不敢尝试的人生是可悲的。正如美国的查尔斯所说：不断前进，那么你在某件事上栽跟头可能是预料之中的事；但是，我从来没有听说过，任何坐着不动的人会被绊倒。伟大的尝试，即使失败了，也是壮美的。除非你停止尝试，否则就永远不会是失败者。

这就是沟通的力量，是化解人与人的矛盾的良药，是连接世界的纽带，是维护人与自然和谐的必备养料。因此，学会沟通，架起沟通的桥梁，它会引领你驶向成功。
担当
七尺男儿，既要有\"会当凌绝顶，一览众山小\"的气魄，又要有\"一人做事一人当\"的勇气。担当是接受并负起责任，是态度也是行动。
担当是什么？从水浒梁山中的\"一人做事一人当\"到近代中国孙中山的革命救国，他们身上无一例外的背负着责任。责任有大有小。当学生，你便有读书的责任；当父亲，你便有养家的责任；作为国家领导，你便有救国兴亡的责任„„人一出生便背负着责任。有责任便要有担当，担当需要有勇气与态度。有的人敢于担当，有的人畏于担当，有的人逃避担当。作为新时代的年轻人，我们应该敢于担当，承担起自己的责任。
担当不能是一纸空言，而要付之以行动。华盛顿误砍樱桃树，但却敢于担当。司马光在小朋友都跑掉的情况下，敢于担当，打破缸，救出了伙伴。从古到今有多少先烈敢于担当，得以流芳百世。\"人生自古谁无死，留取丹心照汗青。\"文天祥几百年前一声吼，担当了宋臣的责任。\"王侯将相宁有种乎？\"几千年前一声怒吼，陈胜担当起反抗暴君的责任。可见担当不仅是一种责任，而且也是一种行动。
当儿子患病，母亲自愿为其捐肝；那么当“母亲”有难，儿女又岂能逃避。5.12特大地震中，人民解放军担当起抗震救灾的责任；南方雨灾，人民群众承担起清扫积雨的责任；森林大火，消防员担当起了灭火救灾的责任„„这一切担当是为自己，为他人，为家庭，为国家„„可能为了自己小小的承诺；可能为了自己的身份„„
个人要担当，国家又岂能逃避。从中华人民共和国屹立于东方以来，我们的国家就开始担负起自己的责任。每年我国都不断地派遣维和部队，维护世界的和平；对其他发展中国家提供援助，帮助他们度过难关。小到个人，大到国家，担当是我们应尽得责任。在现实生活中，我们也要有担当。小时候我不懂什么是担当。98年洪水爆发时，我看到解放军战士舍生忘死在洪水中面不改色，我才明白什么是担当，什么是责任。从那以后，我才渐渐由一个男孩变为一个男人。有人说：\"一个男孩变为一个男人要从担当开始。\"我想是这样的。在生活中我们要学会担当，敢于担当，这样才能成为一个大写的人，我们人生的标点应该是一个大大的“！”，而不是悄然无声的“„„”
拥有阳光
大自然中的阳光驱赶走世界的黑暗与寒冷，给人间带来光明和温暖。无论是希腊人对阿波罗的景仰还是中国神话夸父追日的美传，都体现出人们对于阳光的感激与崇敬，自然界不能没有阳光，否则万物无法生长；人类社会同样不能没有阳光，否则，心灵只能在晦暗中消亡，每个人都要拥有阳光。
拥有阳光，是要拥有“仰天大笑出门去，我辈岂是蓬蒿人”的自信与激昂。法国总统萨科奇小时家境十分贫寒，经常受到同龄孩子的嘲弄与讥讽，有一天，他骑自行车穿梭于树林间，被邻家的富裕子弟们拦住，一把拽过自行车摔在了地上，说：“像你这种穷鬼，哪配骑自行车？”说罢，狂笑着离开。萨科奇并没有反抗，而是回到家里在日记本中写道：“我不是想当总统，而是一定要当上总统。”
正是他的这种自信给他带来了无穷的斗志、动力和激情，使他在挫折面前不低头、不畏惧，勇往直前并最终取得成功。
拥有阳光，是拥有“复值接舆膝狂歌王柳前”的害达与超然。
这种豁达与超然不是陶潜“不为五斗米折腰”而隐居南山的归隐之情，而是一种积极用世、乐观向上的心态，桑兰正值青春飞扬时期，却不甚摔落，将后半生交付轮椅。然而，她不仅没有悲痛、沮丧，反而更加乐观坚强，积极生活。现在她上了大学并且是中央电视台特约奥运记者。她的人生更加富有意义，她的阳光更加灿烂。陶潜遇到仕途不顺却只想归隐避世，逃离现实，较之于桑兰，又差矣！
拥有阳光，是要拥有一种发自内心的坚定的自尊与自爱。
2007年11月，重庆的一群农民工写信给温家宝总理，希望他们和专家创作的《农民工之歌》登上春节联欢晚会。他们不仅得到了温总理的回信，并且得到了登上春晚的机会。“身上的是泥水，脸上的是汗水”、“昨天我们还是农民、今天当工人哪”、“相信自己，相信未来，我们的人生一样好年华„„”如果不是他们的坚持，如果他们自己都觉得处在社会低层，受人歧视，他们就没有勇气向总理发出请愿。如果他们不珍爱自己的成果，他们的《农民工之歌》就不会震撼我们，并给他们带去诸多关爱和关怀。
我们只有自信、激昂、豁达、超然，自尊自爱，才能真正拥有阳光，才能真正驱走内心的黑暗与寒冷，撷得灿烂的人生。
愿我们每个人都能拥有阳光！
自胜者强
生命，就像是一场战役。我们所能取得的成就，往往不在于他人，而是在于自我。我们能战胜多少个软弱怯懦的自我，就能够奏响多少胜利的乐章。
因此我说，自胜者强。
只有战胜自己，才不会被内心的软弱所拖累。西楚霸王，一腔的热血与豪情在乌江的斜阳里定格为悲怆的交响。若是他能战胜自我，放下所谓的颜面奔赴江东养精蓄锐。也许，就真的是“卷土重来未可知”了吧。而他，在征服了那么多的城邦之后，在破釜沉舟的决绝毅然之后，在战胜了无数精锐之师后，却无力的倒在了那个逃避现实、妄图用死亡来掩盖终结失败的自己面前。
只有战胜自己，才有勇气面对生命中更大的挑战。海伦·凯勒，一个双目失明、双耳失聪的弱女子奇女子，正是用自己数十年如一日的坚韧意志与不懈努力战胜了那个不完满的自己，使自己的内心变得更为完满美丽。她也在史书上为自己留下了富有传奇色彩的、浓墨重彩的一笔。
只有战胜自己，我们的生命才会有更大的意义。生命的意义并不在于我们一路走来时摘得的娇艳玫瑰，而是在于我们在披荆斩棘时留下的累累伤痕，而战胜自己，就是开端厮杀的第一个回合。我们不能倒下，也不可以倒下。我们不能被命运之神征服，不能成为为他卖命、任他摆布的奴隶。
只有战胜自己，我们才能做天地之间的强者。西谚有云：“天助自助者。”是啊，人生就是硝烟弥漫的战场，这里不允许软弱，不允许退缩，拥有的，只是刀光剑影和激烈的搏杀。
我们要先战胜那个软弱的自己，才能昂首挺胸，做一个真正的强者！ 我看到楚霸王失意的双眼与泛着寒光的剑。我看到海伦·凯勒自信的微笑与依旧光芒流转的瞳仁。正是他们，在无时无刻的鞭策着我，自胜者强。
生命是一朵常开不败的花
其实，每个人的心里都有一片戈壁滩，而我们一生的事业就是让那里开满鲜花。——题记
快乐的人生，也会有痛苦，有的人能直面挫折，化解痛苦，而有的人却常常夸大挫折，放大痛苦。不一样的选择，不一样的人生之旅，而要让我们心里的戈壁荒原开满鲜花，就只有直面挫折，而不是放大痛苦。
一枚贝壳要用一生的时间才能将无数的沙粒转化成一粒并不规则的珍珠，雨后的彩虹绽放刹那的美丽却要积聚无数的水汽。如果把这些都看成是一次又一次挫折，那么是
挫折成就了光彩夺目的珍珠和美丽的彩虹。
冰心说：“成功的花儿，人们只惊羡它现时的美丽。当初它的芽儿浸透了奋斗的泪水，洒遍了牺牲的细雨。”如果遭遇挫折，仍能以奋斗的英姿与之对抗，那么这样的人生是辉煌的。
当苏武被流放到北海时，北海的羊群咩咩地叫着，似在欢迎这位坚贞不屈大汉臣子。这十几年的痛苦如果可以当作是一次挫折，那么这次挫折无疑是痛苦的，可是这位放羊老人从未曾放大痛苦，于是十几年后，大汉的丹青上书写下了民族不屈的坚贞气节。
昭君出走大漠，丝绸之路上又多了一串驼铃的丁冬声，“千载琵琶作胡语，分明怨恨曲中论”不应该是她真实心态的写照吧！如果不赂画师，终至出塞算是一次挫折，那么是挫折换来了汉匈两地人民的短暂安宁。
苏武和昭君的举动应该是对直面挫折，缩小痛苦的心理的诠释。人生只有走出来的美丽，没有等出来的辉煌，因此直面挫折，化解痛苦才是我们的最佳选择。
没有必要因叶落而悲秋，也没有必要因挫折而放弃抗争。因为一花凋零荒芜不了整个春天，一次挫折也荒废不了整个人生。
人们常说，风雨过后，面前会是鸥翔鱼游的天水一色，荆棘过后，面前会是铺满鲜花的康庄大道。既然如此，我们还有什么理由“放大人生的痛苦”。
生命是一朵常开不败的花，那挫折必是滋润花的养分，没有经历过挫折的人生是不完整的人生；没有滋润它养分的花迟早也会枯萎。
痛苦和挫折是人生必然要遇到的两大难题，要想让我们的心的戈壁荒原开满鲜花，只有在遭遇挫折时排解痛苦，积蓄人生的力量为新的目标而奋斗，生命之花才会常开不败，生命的存在才会有新的更深刻的意义！
