在中国瓷器中,最珍稀也最具典雅之美的就要数元代的青花瓷了。他那蓝天白云一样的色彩之美令人爽心悦目。今天我要为您介绍的就是一组非常漂亮的元青花。

元青花因为存世稀少,非常珍贵。据专家统计,全世界收藏的元青花,仅有400多件。中国收藏有200多件,约有一半收藏在海外。近期上海博物馆聚集元青花精品,举办了一场元青花大展。

青花莲池游鱼纹盘就是元青花。大展上的精品之一,现藏于中国湖南省博物馆。它口径为45厘米,底径为25厘米,是元代景德镇窑的代表作品。此盘体形硕大,釉面光亮,所绘青花色彩艳丽明快。盘外壁绘有缠枝莲花和石榴纹。盘内壁从盘沿到盘心,共有三组纹饰,盘心绘有鲂鱼,鳜鱼各一条,上部为鲂鱼,鲂鱼头小身大,嘴部微张,细鳞明显。它高耸着背鳍,翘首摆尾在水中游弋。盘心下部的鳜鱼,就是唐代诗人张志和“西塞山前白鹭飞,桃花流水鳜鱼肥”里提到的鳜鱼,鳜鱼尖嘴,下颌长着尖尖的牙齿,鳃盖、背鳍和臀鳍上都长着尖尖的刺,鱼身上花斑细腻,鱼背部青料浓郁,至腹部颜色逐渐变淡,鱼腹留白,显得自然生动,鲂鱼和鳜鱼的四周长满了莲花、莲叶和各色水草,它们姿态柔美,随水波漂动,极具动感,两条鱼自在游弋于莲叶之间,颇有江南水乡,玉溪连夜的诗情画意。在中国古代,鱼戏莲叶间还有着美好的吉祥寓意。莲的谐音为连。鱼的谐音为余。整个画面的意思是连年有余,象征富裕生活的绵长久远。腹壁与盘心以白环相隔,绘有一圈象征富贵的缠枝牡丹。牡丹浓淡相宜,娇艳柔美,盘的口沿处,绘有一圈海水纹,奔放流畅的线条,让人想起海面上追逐奔跑的浪花。 青花莲池游鱼纹盘的构图,极具匠心,盘心与腹壁之间的空白,仿佛水墨画上的留白。使得整个画面既疏朗有致,又突出了盘心,“鱼戏莲叶间”的绘画主题。在元青花瓷器上,像鱼纹盘这样的动物纹饰非常普遍。这些动物大多有着吉祥的寓意和生动的造型。它们大都张嘴摆尾,动感十足,给人以鲜活生动的艺术魅力。在中国古代,鱼代表富裕喜庆,所以元青花瓷器上的鱼藻图案非常多。

青花鱼藻纹罐,有着与青花莲池游鱼纹盘相似的装饰题材,口沿处一圈海水纹,肩颈部一圈缠枝牡丹,腹部空间内莲花盛开,莲叶漂浮,水草随水波晃动,一条鳜鱼和两条鲤鱼游戏于水草和莲叶之间。鳜鱼、莲花、莲叶的形态与青花莲池游鱼纹盘非常相似,几乎可以想象,他们很可能出自一人之手。莲池题材的元青花,还有这件青花莲池鸳鸯罐,口沿处饰海水纹,罐身绘莲池小景,池中莲花盛开,莲叶随风摇曳,一对鸳鸯游弋其中,鸳鸯张口鸣叫,似在互诉衷肠,形象非常生动。花青花瓷器上的动物纹饰非常动感,除了鲜活的鱼,生动的鸳鸯,还有孔雀、凤鸟、麒麟和龙等形象.在这件青花孔雀牡丹纹罐的罐身上绘有一对孔雀,孔雀一雌一雄,一静一动,一只回首凝视,一只昂首欲飞,两只孔雀均张口鸣叫,似在遥相呼应,唱和情歌。而在四系扁方壶的正面,装饰着凤鸟和麒麟。凤鸟展翅飞翔,麒麟回首翘尾。凤鸟和麒麟的周围开满雍容华贵的牡丹花。壶的另一面,装饰着一对孔雀,一只展翅翱翔,一只昂首翘尾。它们周围同样是姿态各异的缠枝牡丹。壶的两侧各绘一串菊花,菊花上部饰如意纹,整件器物纹饰繁复,显得非常华贵。元青花上的鸳鸯、孔雀、凤鸟、麒麟和龙,在中国古代都有着美好的寓意。

鸳鸯寓意夫妻和睦,爱情美满。孔雀寓意富贵满堂,吉祥如意。凤鸟是百鸟之首,祥瑞的化身。麒麟则是仁慈的象征,是只有太平盛世才会出现的瑞兽。龙代表权威和尊贵,大部分是皇家御用之物。在元青花所有的动物纹饰中,龙的形象最为普遍,这些龙大多神态威猛,腾空飞舞,具有中国元朝龙的典型特征。 这件青花龙纹象耳瓶上的龙为四爪龙。龙昂首张口,腾飞于云海之中。青花波涛龙纹盘中的龙,龙身纤长,似从水中腾飞而起,劈开的海水在龙身四周激起朵朵浪花,气势恢宏。在以云龙纹装饰的元青瓷器中,最奇特还要数这件的青地白花云龙纹菱口盘了。它的盘身通体施青料,盘中央用白色勾勒出,一条追赶火球的巨龙,巨龙神态威猛,腾空飞舞。整个盘子的构图非常简练,线条活泼流畅,描绘出一幅神龙出水,驾云而行的壮美景象。青地白花云龙纹菱口盘属于青地元青花白花的,于白地青花的风格正好相反。它是以青料为地,纹饰留白,形成以暗衬明的艺术效果。由于元青花所用青料,产自伊朗,非常昂贵,通体施青料成本很高,所以青地白花的瓷器非常稀少。这件青花海水白花龙纹,八棱梅瓶,同样是罕见的青地白花。梅瓶青花浓郁,以青地白花的技法勾勒出四条张牙舞爪游龙。游龙翻腾于波涛之间,非常壮美。

Among Chinese porcelains, the rarest one with the most elegant beauty is the blue and white porcelains of the yuan dynasty.Its color as beautiful as the blue sky and white cloud is fascinating.today, I will introduce a group of very beautiful blue-and-white porcelains of the yuan dynasty for you.For scarcity, the blue-and-white porcelains of the yuan dynasty are very precious.According to the statistics by experts, there are only over 400 blue-and-white porcelains of the yuan dynasty acro the world, in which more than 200 ones are in china and about half are collected overseas.recently,shanghai museum, has gathered the fine blue-and-white porcelains of the yuan dynasty from many museums in the world, and held an exhibition.Blue-and-white porcelains plate with patterns of swimming fish and lotus pond is one of the fine ones on the exhibition.It was collected in hunan provincial museum, china, at present.It has a caliber of 45 cm and a bottom diameter of 25 cm, which is a typical one of those made by Jingdezhen kiln of the yuan dynasty.It is large and glazed.The blue-and-white color is very bright, and the outer wall is drawn with lotus and pomegranates patterns, while the inner wall, from rim to center, has three groups of patterns.The plate center is drawn with one gurnard and one mandarin fish.Gurnard is on the upper part.It has a head small and a big body, a slightly open mouth, and apparent scales, which towers its dorsal fin and swims in the water.The mandarin fish on the lower part is the one mentioned in the verses “in front of xisai mountains, egrets fly here and there; 一. 现状分析

作为一名刚刚上岗的高中英语教师,我现在能感到的是压力和喜悦。在研究生毕业之后,我带着一颗既激动又忐忑的心,来到了二十八中。刚到工作岗位时,自己还有一点成竹在胸。但是随后在第一次试讲并不成功、自身不是师范类研究生院校毕业、以及没有在高中实习经历的三个原因的作用下,我感受到了前所未有的压力。所以我在暑假期间,对必修一上的所有的单词及知识点都做了认真仔细的整理,但是在实际的教学过程中,还是遇到了重重困难。首先,因为缺乏经验,很多知识点不知如何处理。学生基础差、接受能力较弱,一些知识点讲还是不讲,讲应该讲到哪里,以及阅读课与语法课等等如何处理的问题,还在摸索中。其次,同样由于缺乏经验,没有掌握正确的教学方法。个人感觉,现在我只是将知识说出来,而不是教出来,一直没有掌握一个正确并有效的教学方法。我只是一个知识的灌输者,却不是获取知识的引导者,没有自己的讲课特点,也做不到培优补差,课堂效率低下。

我给大家讲个真实的故事,去年我们班来了一个男孩,他的名字叫-刘磊,他看上去是那样的沉默寡言,没有同龄孩子的活泼与开朗,在上课的时候不敢大声的回答问题,当我让他到前面做对话的时候他甚至都大哭了一场,连看大家一眼都不敢,声音低的就像在说耳语一样,我深知这是他对自己没有信心并且缺乏必要的鼓励所造成的。所以,后来我每次上课都给他表现的机会,并且每次我都鼓励他说:Jake你这次比上次有进步, 同时我也让全班的同学一起为他鼓掌,我也告诉他的妈妈在家也多鼓励孩子,只要看到他的进步就表

1、教学理论计划

以《英语课程标准》为指导,以课堂教学为阵地,切实转变教学观念,坚持面向全体学生,努力创设良好的英语教学环境,进一步提高英语教学质量,同时,要有时刻学习的意识,不断更新自己的知识结构,为学生的终生发展打下良好的基础。

2、教学实践计划

(1) 我们斌心学校的学生英语成绩两极分化特别严重,这种状况是恶性循环,有一部分同学已经厌恶英语学习,教学有时无法进行。所以在这学期,我计划采取多种教学方法诸如:利用直观教具、动作、表情和玩游戏等方法吸引学生,进行生动活泼的开放式的课堂教学,使学生从愉快的情景中学到知识,让学生乐于学习。从而提高学生对英语学科的学习兴趣,提高了教学效果。坚持向课堂40分钟要高效。

(2)努力创设良好的英语教学环境,进一步提高质量意识,为学生的终生发展打下良好的基础。因为小学英语教材容量在不断加大,难度在加深,每周三课时已不利于学生知识的巩固和运用。学校层面尤其要保证完成各年级的英语课时数,确保学生每周有足够的时间接触外语。深入了解小学英语教学实际,确保学生有足够的早自习和课外辅导时间。

(3)加强中小学英语教学的衔接。如果中、小学对英语教学互不了解,容易造成学生学习脱节或重复,使学生造成畏惧或厌倦的心理,以致影响学生的英语学习。所以中小学之间有必要加强联系,增进了解, 充分利用网络,强化电化教学。

(4)在平时的教学中,要注意落实教学常规,提高教学效益,确立课堂教学思路:着眼于培养学生综合语言运用能力,通过创设合理的教学情景,引导学生在模拟或真实交际中理解、模仿和运用语言;充分运用实物、图片、手势、直观教具和表演等方法,生动活泼地进行外语教学。

(5)、采用以活动课为主的教学模式,突出在活动中学、练、用,强调用语言做事,每个活动的展开要有情景,有语言,有过程,有结果。任务型的活动可以适当渗透其中。

(6)、课堂教学中采用集体、个人、小组等多种活动形式,创造机会引导学生全员参与、全程参与,突出学生的主体地位,促进学生的积极情感体验。

1.学习水平不均

有的学生对小学英语比较重视,学得很好,基本上可以很快进入初一的英语学习,但有的学生或学校不重视,学得很不好,特别是在农村学校,还有几个甚至完全没有学过。因此,整个班级的英语水平很不平衡,给日常教学带来诸多的不便,提高了难度。

2.学习习惯不好

学生刚刚从小学进入初中,处于一个衔接的阶段,学习任务加重,学习的习惯可能不是很好,没有形成一定的适合自己的方法,或者以前的学习方法不再适合初中繁复的学习,所以学习方法都还有待改善。

总之,既要避免优秀生不够学的现象,又要努力把目前英语有欠缺的学生拉上去,激发他们的兴趣和信心,赶上中上的水平学生。在今后的教学中应该注重培养、激发兴趣,教给学生适当的学习的方法,从学生的学习兴趣、学习能力、生活经验和认知水平出发,倡导体验、实践、参与与交流的学习方式和任务型的教学途径,发展学生的综合语言运用能力,使语言的学习过程成为学生形成积极的情感态度、主动思维和大胆实践、提高跨文化意识和形成学生自主学习能力的过程,这是新课标和新目标英语的要求。

本套初一教材共分十五个单元,每单元分Section A和Section B以及Self check三部分。

SectionA : 1a呈现本单元的重点单词,语法结构与功能;1b 呈现任务型听力练习;1c结对练习核心对话;2a,2b是多种听力练习;2c呈现不同的任务。Grammar Focus 呈现语法功能重点;3a-4b提供多种课堂活动。

Section B: 1a此会扩展;1b新旧知识综合运用,同时在原有基础上有所扩展;2a,2b为听力练习;3a-3c提供各类练习形式,随着所学内容的加深,逐步扩展成阅读和写作练习。4a为创造性活用所学知识提供各类课堂活动。

4.综合能力:

在教师的指导下,学生从刚开始简单的音素,字母,单词,短语,句子,文章,最终走向学生自己能用英语思维,用英语解决实际生活中的问题。即:学生用自己所学知识在现实生活中能做一些事情,由课堂走向生活。

采用学生主体,教师主导,任务中心,活动载体的任务型语言教学的套路。

初一年级是英语学习的基础阶段,也是最为关键时期。基础打不好,直接影响学生整个初中阶段,乃至高中、大学 ,以后的英语学习。所以做好初一英语的教学工作至关重要。对此我制定了以下措施:

(一)注重发音教学,加强语音教学的趣味性。利用直观教具和教学辅助媒体,激发爱好,增加容量,整体优化课堂教学。

(二)以旧引新,重视中小学英语知识之间联系

(三)在导入新课中教学词汇。为了巩固,每日进行单词竞赛,值日报告,学唱英文歌曲等。

(四)重视后进生的培养。多与差生沟通,帮助他们克服自卑,增强信心,利用课余时间辅导其学习。

(五)教学上和生活中注意因材施教,做到“一视同仁”关心差生,对其循循善诱,耐心教育。

(六)团结协作,共同进步。教师之间互相学习,勤学好问,做好初一年级的教学工作。

(七)课堂纪律:像学生在课堂上讲话,睡觉等,我会采取作为朋友的方式的提醒,在必要时会给予适当的批评。

(八)作业处理:会根据学生自身的情况,给于适当的惩奖,对于做的好的学生会当全班面给予口头表扬;给于做的不好的学生,前三次会当全班面进行侧面的提醒,不直接进行点名; 对于不做的学生,会单独问他没有做作业是不是有其他原因,一切以朋友的角度进行处理。

(九)考试:整个学期一共要做4到5个测试,是以几个单元为单元,在每次考试后,都会进行分析,当然是要根据学生的考试情况做分析,比如,很多同学错的是那些知识点,从学生实际掌握的角度出发,进行分析,讲解。

(十)沟通:要每个月的与家长和学生进行沟通,也要让家长和学生之间进行定时的沟通。与家长之间可以采用电话沟通,家访,以及家长到学校。于学生之间可以采用单独谈话,在作业批改的后面写上一些话。

二、积极参与听课、评课

三、课后辅导工作

我是咱们班的英语伊老师,非常感谢大家对我工作的支持和帮助,今天我想就以下几点和大家说一说我的想法和做法。

一、学习内容和进度。

1、新起点英语:截止到本周,学完了六单元的第二课。

2、自然拼读:本学期给孩子们介绍了攀登英语的26个字母故事,开始拼读CVC单词。(CVC单词举例:baghitbeddogbus)。截止到本周,学完了21个字母。

二、学生对知识的掌握和上学期的要求基本一致,不同的就是增加了26个字母大写的认读。

1、单词:学生能够根据图片或实物说单词。不要求认读单词。

2、句子:能够听懂并读出各单元前3课出现的句子,能与他人进行简单的对话。

3、歌曲歌谣:能够熟练掌握几首自己喜欢的歌曲歌谣,其他的能够跟着音乐唱出关键词和句即可。

4、故事:能听懂并指图说出关键句子(每单元前三课出现的句子)。不要求每句话都会说。

7、自然拼读内容:要求掌握26个字母的发音和CVC单词的拼读。

三、关于测试。

1、平时自测:每个单元都会进行词句的检查。

2、期末英语嘉年华,让学生在活动中快乐学英语。

四、我的做法:

我所有的做法都基于一个理念,那就是:保证每一个学生都参与其中。

1、继续在图画本上画出所学的英语,鼓励同学们写出单词。

2、轮流小组长制度。小组长的职责是负责小组内同学的纪律,并进行盖章。目前每个同学都已经担任过两次小组长。

3、印章兑奖制度。我这学期的奖品比较特殊,除了书签,就是各种种子,我希望孩子们通过培育种子收获对生命的体验,我也希望能借此在孩子心中播下好习惯的种子。

4、轮流课代表制度,课代表的职责是帮助老师收拾东西,发放印章等。同时会在我的“未来名人签名簿”上写下名字。

5、轮流拼摆字母小火车。

五、下一步准备进行的几项活动:

1、“我和大写字母的故事”主题活动:

孩子可以穿上带有大写字母的衣服、到大街上拍一些大写字母的照片、用蔬菜拼写出大写字母、创作创意大写字母画、创编与字母有关的趣味题目等等。

2、开展“自然拼读大闯关”活动。

3、开展单词朗读评价活动。

4、开展句子朗读评价活动。

5、开展“英语绘本漂流活动”。

我的设想:每个学生提供一本书,要提供这本书的图片和原声录音以及学生自己的朗读录音,之后进行每周一次的漂流活动。拿到书的同学要在一周内读完,并且录音。我希望咱们的家委会能提供一些帮助,能有家长志愿者协助我做好一些事情:1、建立班级阅读漂流群。2、协助大家进行图书的筛选(图书希望是一些解码书,除了高频词汇以外,都是学生通过自然拼读知识能够拼读的单词。),保证大家所选择的图书不重复。3、后期对孩子们的阅读活动进行监督,收集孩子们的阅读录音。(我希望每本书都建立一个文件夹:包括图书的照片,图书的原声录音或者视频(如果有的就提供)、图书提供者的录音,其他同学的录音(录音文件命名:学号+名字+几号图书录音)

当然还会有一些细节的问题需要制定出处理办法:例如如果有孩子将图书损坏或者丢失怎么办;如果交换图书的当天孩子没有带来图书怎么办?

另外也可以有其他的方案:以一个学期20周计算,每个孩子可以读到20本书,所以每个班级也可以准备两套相同的书,以20个孩子为一组进行漂流。

还有最简单的方案,就是我每周在咱们的阅读漂流群中,公布一本书的电子版,每个孩子发送朗读录音。

当然,目前这个活动还只是我头脑中的一个想法,真正实行起来,是个庞大的工程,仅靠我的一己之力是完不成的,所以希望得到大家的支持,家委会的负责人也可以帮我在家长群里做个调查,看有多少家长愿意参与,看看咱们班准备采取什么样的方式,看能不能有热心的喜欢阅读的家长志愿者协助我把这件事情做起来。

最后,希望在接下来的一个月,我们通过各种评价闯关活动,让孩子们把基础知识掌握得非常扎实!

也希望通过前期的准备工作,下学期我们把“英语绘本漂流活动”开展起来,让孩子们在一个学期的时间里至少阅读20本书,真正开启美妙的英语阅读之旅。

the first is how to preview before cla.i call for my students to preview well before cla which will be learned next cla.for new s and phrases in text, students should not only practice spelling but also understand their meanings according to sentences and context.for texts and dialogues, students may understand them through the use of notes, reference books or dictionaries at hand, searching topic paragraph or sentence, then try doing exercises after cla.of all these can help them to find problems or questions as well as master the points that are important and difficult in text, which might lighten the preure of students in new claes.this is a kind of good studying habit and of method available of training the ability to teach themselves.we should call for our students to last for practicing in a consistent way.in doing so, good studying habits can be developed ultimately.the second is how to listen to cla.teachers should make students develop good habits of concentrating on listening to cla and questioning actively in cla.only if listening to cla in earnest, can students settle questions found when they previewed before cla; only if raising doubts actively, can they develop abilities of thinking independently and innovating boldly.mr.ye shengtao once said, “a man should raise doubts when reading books, and settle doubts when running into them.” aristotle also said, “ doubts and curiosity precede thoughts.” and li zhengdao holds the similar idea, “to quest knowledge edge demands learning and questioning; to learn the answer is not the substance of knowledge.” so we can see, it is

important to question actively and raise doubts boldly for studying.this is like sunshine and rain to the trees, little trees cannot grow into big ones without them.therefore, whether in cla or after cla, we should actively encourage students to question, to raise doubts, to have discuion, stimulate them to analyze questions and to seek approaches to settle them, and cultivate their spirits of thinking independently and innovating boldly.the third is how to review and summarize.i always call for my students to go over what they have learned that day so as to have deeper impreions of the key contents, just like to see the film in their brains.it is very useful to strengthen the memory and the knowledge they have learned.besides, after a week or a month, students should summarize the related knowledge, homework and analyze papers.this is also good habit of studying.only in this way, can the learned knowledge be pleted.it is of great help to get different thinking abilities for students.the fourth is attitudes towards homework of students.good attitudes towards homework should involve writing it earnestly and normally, and pleting it independently during a definite period.we should consider the homework after reading and amending, not only find the mistakes, including the spelling mistakes, but also analyze the reasons.i also together my students set up archives for mistakes and sum up all different types in order not to make the same mistakes during studying.keeping on doing as that until they form a habit.it can not only improve the students’ practical english level, but also help them to analyze and solve the problems.

一,学习课标,明确教学目标.

为了使我的英语教学适应新时期英语教学要求,树立起新的育人理念,我们英语组集体抽休息时间对《英语课程标准》进行了研读,了解了目前英语课程改革的目的,掌握了目前英语改革的重点,明确了英语课程各级的总目标和各内容的分级目标,理解了英语教学原则,学会了一些科学评价原则等,从而为后面的教学提供了充分的依据,奠定了的扎实的基础,保证了教学的顺利进行.

二,扎实备课,理清教学思路.

备课是课堂教学的重要环节,我在备课时做到了以下几点:

1,课前备课,做到有备而来.我认真阅读各种教科参书,既备教材,教法,又备学生.结合学生的实际和教材的内容,既要考虑知识的纵向联系,又要考虑新知的横向衔接;既要突出重点,又要突破难点;既要体现出完整的教学过程,又要注意好各环节的过渡自然.并制作了各种有趣的教具,如:单词卡片,实物(图片),头饰等教具为课堂教学做好服务.

2,课中备课,灵活安排简单易操作的游戏活动.我通过游戏引入新课教学时,为了不打消学生的积极性,我在实施教学的时候,总是尽量设计一些简单易操作的游戏及活动,将教学内容层层铺开,把枯燥乏味的课堂变为生动有趣快乐堡,让他们在快乐中学习,在玩中获得新知,通过反复的趣味操练(如:唱,演,玩,画,涂色,做手工等形式)来巩固所学新知.在活动中学生们都乐于参与,充分调动了学生们的情感态度和兴趣,学生的积极性得到了充分发挥,教学效果良好.

3,课后备课,总结教学经验.每上完一单元,我都及时对该单元作出总结和反思,写出教学后记,肯定本节课成功的地方,探讨该单元的不足之处,为以后的教学工作打下基础.

三,认真上课,体现以人为本.

《英语课程标准》提出让学生在教师的指导下,通过感知,体验,实践,

参与和合作等方式,实现任务的目标,感受成功.这便要求,英语课的教学要以学生为主,培养他们学习英语的兴趣,提高他们对词汇,句型的听说认读和语言实际运用的能力.为此,我在实际的课堂教学中做了以下几点:

1,巧设导入,培养兴趣.每节的教学我首先通过做游戏,唱英语歌来激发学生的学习兴趣,让学生融洽在学习英语的氛围内.

2,图文结合,掌握新知.根据教材图文并茂的特点,充分运用单词卡片,实物教具,简笔画及肢体语言来启发学生,使学生带着明确的任务目标,并借助图片,动作,表情等手段掌握其义,让他们积极主动参与学习获取新知过程,培养他们学习英语的兴趣.在遇到难读的单词或句子时,我不厌其烦,耐心教导学生认读,力争让他们学了就懂,懂了会用,培养他们认读的能力.在学习新知的同时,还适时对他们进行思想教育.
