侮辱的味道（insulting words 或 slur）
For your information, the word you just used is derogatory（或 inappropriate）to describe someone of my race.（只想让你知道：你刚刚所用的字，来描写我的族群，是很不合适的） 英语改错问题
首先要说的是：每次改错要你指出错误的地方肯定有错，绝对不会没错，而且肯定在这行，不会到前面或者下面去！！
然后要说的是：从革来看，改错的判卷方法改变了。找出错误0。5分，改对错误0。5分 有错的一句话，最多10个英语单词，大家首先按词性来划分一次 名词错误的可能 （1）名词单复数
只有这1种可能，而且到现在的改错，我就记得就1次单复数没考，其他场次必考！ 形容词错误的可能
（1）意思颠倒，要改成反义词
这个错错每次改错题目都有，所以看到错的句子有形容词，先上下文看看，有没有意思反了 （2）词性错误
2个形容词在一起，那肯定有一个是修饰另外一个的，所以要改成副词 介词错误的可能性
（1）固定短语的搭配问题，不如key to,answer to, be faced with等
这个错错每次改错题目都有，所以看到错的句子有介词，先看左右，有没有搭配错误 连词错误的可能性 （1）承上启下的错误
有时候，表示递进的，但题目中给出even if，所以要把if去掉；有时表原因的，但题目中是therefore，所以要改成because。。这样的错误也时常出现，但不是每次出现 （2）非限制性宾语从句只能由which引导，题目中很会用that来误倒 代词错误的可能性
（1）代词与先行词不一致
前面说了是单数，后面用了them，所以要改成it。 这类的错误也经常发生 动词错误的可能性 （大头！！） （1）时态错误
明明文章在说过去的事情，但用了个is，所以要改成was 这个错错每次改错题目都有，所以看到错的句子有动词，先看上下，有没有时态问题 （2）主谓不一致
they was doing …… 这样的错误，找不出么，6级也别考了 （3）非谓语动词提前形式的错误
viewed……，they were doing…… 像这样的情况，viewed就要改成viewing 如果后面是it,前面是ing形式，也要注意的 （4）平行结构错误
前面连着2句都是to做什么，to做什么and do什么， 这时候就要在这个do前加to 如果是to doing，就要改成to do
以上这些错误在考试中占6-7分左右，大家可以一定要抓住，后面的分数就难拿了 另类错误
（1）易混淆的词
比如：His persistence was awarded when the car finally started 中间的awarded是错误的，应该改成rewarded （2）从上下文来看，应该改动的词 一般发生在名词的身上！！ 比如前面说美国人吃饭的习惯，后面写了chinese，那就要改成American （3）固定词组用错一个，造成意思完全改变
比如：It also takes rise to a blurring of the dis tinction between science and technology 要把takes 改成 gives 这样的难点错误，解决方法是，能改则改，不能改确定哪个词错，骗2个0。5分
总的评注：做改错题一定要具有一双\"慧眼\"。重要的不是自己会运用一个语法点或知识点，而是能够识别出错误的用法，以审查的眼光去面对每一个改错题。这就需要掌握必要的答题步骤和技巧。 答题步骤：
1一般来说，做题时千万不要拿起来就改。先花
一、两分钟从头到尾通读全文，对文章大 致内容有所了解，做到心中有数。
2然后把重点放在有错误项的标题号行，寻找较容易辩认的语法错误，如主谓不一致、时态、
语态使用错误、非谓语动词错误等等。
3如果错行中不存在上述明显错误，则应查看是否有词语搭配错误，易混词错误、词性错 误等等细节错误。
4如果错行中既不存在语法错误，也不存在词汇错误，则从整体上查看上下文意思是否连贯，连接词是否使用正确，是否有逻辑混乱的现象，如否定句误用成肯定句造成句意不通等。注意：有时没有错项的行对改错很有帮助。
5找到错误项之后，按要求形式进行改正、删去或增添，并设法找到一个正确项使句子在 语法、语义和逻辑上都成立

妇女常见疾病包括生殖道感染———性传播疾病、生殖器官肿瘤、子宫脱垂及尿瘘、乳腺疾病几大类。妇 女常见病对女性身体和心理的危害极大。 1949 年以来我国妇女常见病的发生情况有了很大的变化，由于重视妇女病的普查普治工作，使得原先 较高的宫颈癌的发病率显著下降，性传播疾病也在一定历史时期内有所控制。解放前遗留下来的严重危害 妇女身心健康的子宫脱垂和尿瘘随着产科技术的提高以及孕产期保健的加强，发病率大幅度下降。 然而，近年来，随着社会的发展和人们生活方式的改变，生殖道感染———性传播疾病的发病率却有 所上升。妇女生殖道感染（ReproductiveTractInfection，RTIs）成为最为常见的疾病之一。北京大学第一医 院妇儿保健中心近年在广西和河北两地的调查发现，已婚妇女生殖道感染的患病率为 42．1％，几乎占妇 女人群的一半。而云南的调查报道为 69％，超过了任何一种病痛人群的比例。另据报道，一向被视为危害 妇女健康的“杀手”的宫颈癌的发病率在局部地区出现上升趋势，发病年龄年轻化，过去宫颈癌发病年龄 一般在 40 或 50 岁以后，如今 30 岁患者已不鲜见。 不良生活方式正在成为“第一”病因近20 年来，性传播疾病（性病）发病率上升成为日益突出的问题。性传播疾病，主要是不良的生活方式尤 其是性行为混乱所致。她说，过去我国妇女人群宫颈癌发生主要是由于早婚早育、多生多产以及长期受慢 性炎症刺激的结果。而近年来宫颈癌发病率的上升更多的则是性传播疾病病毒感染影响所致。缺乏保健意 识和良好的卫生习惯是一个较为普遍的问题。 许多女性在健康问题上存在误期， 比如， 重表不重里， “治” 重 不重“保” ，重知不重行。女性消费的 90％都花在服装、护肤、养发上，而很少花钱用于内在保健。另外， 受封建思想影响，妇科疾病被视为“难言之隐” ，许多妇女得了病后，不到难以忍受的程度就羞于就医，小 病拖成大病，贻误终生。 治疗方法多但治愈较难。 生殖道感染包括：滴虫性阴道炎、霉菌性阴道炎、衣原体感染、细菌性阴道炎及宫颈炎等。由于某些 生殖道感染疾病无明显症状，因而受到患者的忽视。然而妇女患生殖道感染的直接危害将导致不孕症、流 产、异位妊娠、宫颈癌等不良后果，妇女在妊娠分娩期患生殖道疾病还可通过母婴传播威胁胎儿的健康。 患生殖道感染的妇女不仅自身受到身体和心理上的伤害，还可能对其家庭、甚至社会产生某种影响。生殖 道感染虽不属疑难病，但通常复发率高，治愈较难。因为影响它的因素比较复杂。女性要保证健康的性生
活同时要养成良好的个人卫生习惯，如不要使用公共浴池和公共坐便器、禁止混用清洁外阴用具等。她告 诫广大妇女，一旦患病，就要及时治疗，治疗不可追求速效。从社会调查的一组数据可以发现，92％的女 性生殖系统疾病，如阴道炎，宫颈糜烂等，均与男性性生活不洁有关。尤其要注意的是，由于生殖道感染 是男女双方相互传染，有时治疗也必须是双方同时进行。 社区防治是关键 北京医科大学牵头对全国 15 个省市城市社区所做的调查发现，在被调查地区，有 77％的社区可以提 供妇女常见病的普查普治服务，但近两年妇女常见病的普查覆盖面仅为 25．7％。据了解，前些年妇女病 的普查普治工作每 2—3 年进行一次，但近年来普查率有所下降。而由于普查工作不力，许多病难以及时发 现。更让人忧心的是那些下岗人员、退休职工及无业者缺乏必要保健，使妇女常见病的发生埋下隐患。由 于妇女是一弱势群体，其健康极易受社会文化观念和社会体制变化的影响。随着我国经济体制改革的不断 深入，卫生体制改革也在逐渐展开。在城市，医疗体制正由单一的公费医疗社会保障体制转变为公费医疗、医疗保险、大病统筹等多种形式，这些都会对妇女患病情况和就医行为产生一定的影响，需引起有关方面 重视。谈到今后的发展模式，王教授指出，妇女常见病重在预防，随着医疗体制改革，妇女常见病防治将 主要放在社区进行。 妇女生殖健康领域存在的问题
1、妇女的地位低下导致获得保健的机会不平等 由于历史和社会的原因，妇女与男性相比仍是社会的弱势群体，特别是受传统文化观念和性别歧视的 影响，女性健康面临比男性更为严峻的挑战。在我国部分农村地区，女童获得营养和保健服务的机会明显 落后于男童，由于发生恶意丢弃和溺婴现象的多是女童和先天性缺陷病婴，女童的死亡水平已高于男童， 出生婴儿性别比在一些地区严重失衡。另外，妇女获得基础教育，卫生保健知识方面也明显落后于男性， 在农村，往往认为女孩子迟早要嫁出去，不必多受教育。由于受教育少，不能掌握更多的谋生技能,就业的 机会少。婚育方面对性科学知识的缺乏，只能在生活中接受传统的旧观念，成年婚后，成为家庭的生育工 具。不懂得也没有能力帮助自己和孩子预防疾病，有效的控制自身健康。

对中小学生午餐健康问题的意见和建议
现在由于大多数父母忙于工作，没有时间给孩子带饭和送饭。有80%的中小学生都在学校吃午餐，中小学生正是长身体的关键时期所以中午的进餐对他们还讲非常重要。
就道里区来说现有中小学近50所，有食堂的学校不过5所而且都是郊区学校，那么40多所中小学校都是在吃营养餐配送公司的餐。现在的配餐公司大多数都建在郊区三环以外的地方，加之现在的交通压力比较大，使得配餐公司不得不提前装餐，一般在早上7 8点钟就装合上车。路况正常的情况下一般在9 10点钟到达学校（因为到学校后还要卸车，人工背到班级门口还要分各班的数量，所以必须要提前到），有特殊情况时学生还要晚吃一会饭。学生一般在11点40左右能吃到在塑料盒里捂了4 5个小时的饭。这种送餐的方式加大的运输成本，也不能保证学生用餐的安全。而且现在的送餐公司的原材料进货途径不统一对肉 禽 蛋 蔬菜 等没有统一的标准和监管，不能保证学生用餐的健康，所以我认为各校必须改变学生的这种用餐方试。
饮食安全是现在社会的焦点，学校如果出现了食品安全事故那么无论是校长还是局长都要承担一定的责任，为了回避风险化解矛盾，各区的大部分学校都关闭了食堂改用配餐公司送餐。我想从学生饮餐健康方面来讲这也是一种不负责任的一种表现。所以我们必须要寻求一条既能保证我们学生饮食健康又能保证学校饮食安全的道路。
具体设想如下：
第一， 我们每所学校必须成立食堂，证我们的师生在第一时间能够吃到热乎可口的饭菜。
第二， 学校食堂的经营权必须交给有信誉有经验有资质的正规食品公司
餐饮公司和大酒店来管理操作。
第三， 根据学生各阶段的发育特点和各年龄段身体对各种营养的需要统一菜谱合理搭配。
第四， 食堂所用的原材料必须统一进货保证绿色保证质量，可由教育局和学校组织招标肉 禽 蛋和蔬菜的厂家和供应商。
第五， 学校食堂的监管一定要多元化，卫生 防疫 学校 教育局及家长委员会都要有专人每天对食堂的材料和管理进行监管保证从原材料到加工的每一个环节都得到监督。
在《关于加强青少年体育增强青少年体质的意见》中，特别针对青少年营养状况存在的突出问题，要求积极开展科学营养方面的健康教育；建立和完善青少年营养干预机制，对城乡青少年及其家庭加强营养指导；通过财政资助、勤工俭学、社会捐助等方式提高农村寄宿制学校家庭经济困难学生伙食补贴标准，保证必要的营养需要。 《学校卫生工作条例》第四条规定教育行政部门为学校卫生管理部门，卫生行政部门为学校监督部门，教育行政部门要帮助学校制定各项卫生管理工作制度，只有两方面联合协作才能真正搞好学校的食品饮食行业的工作。另外，加大卫生宣传的力度，宣传食品卫生法和食品卫生知识，使学校领导提高食品安全意识和法律法规意识，保证学生身体健康。

10月29日，卫生部公布的一项调查显示，国内大企业员工身心健康问题突出，超八成人受过各种健康问题困扰。此次调查人群以中青年员工为主，员工最大的困扰来自“疲劳”和“失眠”。78.9%的员工有过“烦躁”情绪，59.4%的人感受过“焦虑”，38.6%的人觉得“抑郁”。（10月30日《中国青年报》）
中青年员工不仅在企业中是主要劳动力，在社会上和家庭中也是“顶梁柱”，“上有老下有小”，面临着较大的工作压力和社会与家庭责任担当——超八成人遭遇健康问题，不难理解。不过，这只是“八成企业员工健康出问题”的一个表象因素。
解读“企业员工的健康问题”，其实这并不仅是一个“健康”问题，而更多的是一种因为公平缺失催生的权利贫困综合征。在企业工作过的人都知道，导致员工群体性“失眠”和“烦躁”、“抑郁”的关键因素不是劳动强度，而是对企业没有归属感和自身权利缺乏安全感。
譬如劳资关系的不对等。在很多时候，眼看权利空间被一步步压缩挤压而无可奈何；再譬如分配不公。企业管理者制定的调资方案带有利己性——企业利润向企业高管、中层管理人员倾斜。
中国社会科学院工业经济研究所公布的《中国企业竞争力报告(2007)》指出，中国企业利润大幅增加，相当程度上是以职工的低收入为代价的。如此种种，超八成企业员工“身心健康问题突出”就不足为奇了。显而易见，这不是给企业员工休休假、看看病就能解决的问题。让企业劳动者“有尊严地活着”，拥有丰润合理的劳动报酬、相应的社会地位和话语权，真正实现体面劳动，才是根本路径。 （陈一舟）

社会调查报告
暑假期间，我在网上看了大量关于农村已婚妈妈的健康状况情况，了解到我国近几年来关于农村已婚妇女的健康存在很大问题。我决定利用暑假期间对农村已婚妇女的健康状况做一个简单的调查。
为了全面掌握和了解全县农村妇女身体健康状况，我去县计生局做了简单的了解。为了进一步促进广大农村妇女提高卫生保健意识、增强自我保护能力，县妇联配合县妇幼保健院、县计生服务站抽组专业技术人员，先后深入全县14个乡镇对6688名农村妇女进行了常见病诊治、妇科常规检查、宫颈病理刮片等妇科疾病检查。
一、基本情况
1、2007年8月至11月底历时4个月，对全县9个乡镇82个村3082名农村妇女进行了系统的妇科病体检，检查出各种异常或患有疾病的妇女2348例，患病率高达76.3%。其中宫颈炎病人922例、阴道炎及外阴阴道炎病人919例，宫颈息肉病人75例、附件炎病人333例、子宫肌瘤病人67例、阴道膨出病人63例、子宫切除术后病人77例、盆腔炎病人51例、子宫脱垂病人23例、陈旧性会阴裂伤病人9例、其他妇科病30例。阴道宫颈刮片病理检验结果：实查3082人，巴氏Ⅰ级29例，巴氏Ⅱ级2644例，巴氏Ⅱ级追360例，巴氏Ⅲ级39例，宫颈癌10例。巴氏Ⅱ级追和巴氏Ⅲ级之间的399例病人都是需要定期复查和积极治疗的重点对象。
2、2008年，县计生服务站抽组专业人员深入全县14个乡镇为3606名农村育龄妇女免费检查，妇科检查3606人，B超检查3606人，乳腺检查377人，宫颈刮片检查771人，共查出患病人数2524人，占妇查人数的70%，其中：阴道炎及外阴阴道炎病人1766例、宫颈炎病人378例、其他妇科病1793例、疑似宫颈癌症病变15例（以上数据含交叉项）。
3、农村妇女“两癌”免费筛查项目在我县实施后，截止2010年年底，我县共筛查适龄妇女18017例，在宫颈脱落细胞镜检的基础上落实阴道镜检查1538例，病理组织学检查314例，确诊宫颈癌6例（浸润癌）；报告原位癌22例；CIN321例；CIN242例；CIN172例。
二、存在问题
1、全县农村育龄妇女中患病人数较多，患病率高达76.3%。
2、患病类型复杂多样，异常检出率相当高。
3、农村已婚育龄妇女长期处于亚健康状态，给个人、家庭、社会各方面带来各种消极影响，给家庭幸福、社会稳定和妇女地位的提高带来了严峻挑战。
三、原因分析
1、农村生产生活环境较差，对农村妇女的身体健康造成危害。随着劳务经济的不断发展，大量农村男劳力外出务工，生活的重担全部落在了妇女肩上，她们既要抓好农业生产，又要照顾好老人孩子，长期操劳是她们易患病的主要原因；目前，农村大量使用农药、化肥造成了有毒有害物质的大量残留，畜禽粪便、生活垃圾随意堆放，大部分在雨水的作用下渗透到地下，污染地下水，是农村妇女患病率高的重要因素之一；畜禽粪便臭气熏天，蚊蝇滋生，遇有雨水天气，在村庄内四处横流，给农村妇女健康也带来严重威胁。
2、农村妇女自我保健意识淡薄。农村妇女自我保健意识淡薄，保健知识了解少，60%的妇女不知道妇女健康检查是什么，有的农村妇女即使知道保健知识的重要，但对健康检查总采取有意躲避，怕难为情；有的农村妇女对每年一次的健康检查总认为必要性不大；有的农村妇女对良好的卫生习惯总感到麻烦。5%的农村妇女身患疾病后，不去求医问药，反而为封建迷信、邪教等不良思想所蒙蔽，被法轮功、门徒会等非法组织所利用，认为不吃药也可以治病，延误了病情，残害了身体，毁坏了家庭，影响了社会稳定和国家的安定团结，特别是40岁以上的妇女情况较为严重，从而导致了妇科疾病的发生。
3、农村妇女的经济状况较差。在我县，绝大多数农村家庭的经济收入仍然很低，收入渠道不宽，加之农业生产成本逐年提高，供养老人和孩子上学花费较大，经济状况比较困难。在检查治疗费用方面，一般的小病少则就需上百元，多则高达上千元，多数家庭难以承受高额的检查治疗费用。所以，一些农村妇女在得病时，顾虑较多，一是不主动进行检查，或者发现病情后，不及时治疗，除非已不能参加体力劳动、影响到生产生活后才去诊治；二是缺乏正规治疗。患病妇女要么自行购药，以缓解症状；要么不遵医嘱，只要症状减轻，便放弃治疗。调查显示，70%以上的农村已婚妇女患有程度不同的妇科病，患病妇女中去医院做检查的只有30%，70%以上的妇女因为医疗费用太高选择自己买药或放弃治疗，导致病情加重和治疗时间的延长，因病返贫现象屡见不鲜。因为贫困看不起病，因为得病更加贫困，看病的经济支出增加必然导致生产生活支出的压缩，生活质量也因此大为降低。
4、农村医疗条件和诊疗水平有限。目前，我县农村医疗卫生条件和诊疗水平有了进一步改善和提高，但医务人员普遍专业素质低，技术力量薄弱，难以满足广大群众的需求；农村医务人员短缺还导致健康教育、康复指导等预防、保健业务开展不够；乡村私人诊所非法行医、假劣药品充斥市场、过期药品、无标签无标价的状况，严重扰乱了正常的医药市场秩序，制约了农村卫生服务能力的提高。
5、有关部门的职能作用没有得到充分发挥。基层三级保健网络建设还不健全，孕产妇系统保健管理不够严格，产前检查、产后访视等孕产妇系统保健管理工作未能全覆盖，导致个别孕产妇死亡。在宣传形式上，没有根据群众不同的文化、年龄、需求进行个性化的宣传服务。
四、对策及建议
1、加强宣传教育，提高广大妇女的思想认识。加强妇女健康保健知识的宣传教育，使广大妇女掌握妇女病的特点、症状、危害和预防等方面的知识，做到平常预防、患了不慌、及时诊疗；消除多数妇女认为病是“常见病，无大碍”和得大病就“见不得人”的错误认识，认真对待病情，做到自己不随便用药，不有病乱投医，以免耽误治疗的时机；重点宣传私下接生、非法接生所造成的严重危害和教训，让群众了解住院分娩的安全，分娩时主动地选择正规医院。
2、加强服务体系建设，建立长效服务机制。建立健全县、乡、村三级卫生服务网络，采取医疗技术、资金及人才培训等形式进行对口帮扶，成立农村妇女卫生保健服务队，建立农村妇女健康档案，及时掌握农村妇女动态的健康状况,为广大育龄妇女开展好产前、产中、产后及术后回访的生殖保健服务工作。各有关部门要充分发挥职能作用，加强领导，靠实责任，财政部门要在经费上优先考虑；县、乡计生技术服务部门及妇幼保健院，要依托本部门的技术资源优势，把服务触角延伸到村，把服务网点辐射到村，把服务人员“下放”到村，逐步形成县、乡、村三位一体的服务机制，每季度开展一次妇女病普查；卫生部门要加强行风建设和职业道德教育，规范服务行为，改善服务态度。
3、加强基层医疗队伍建设，提高一线防控能力。对村级和社区从医和计划生育技术服务人员要实行“准入制度”，加强对基层从医人员的业务培训力度，使其掌握妇女常见疾病的处治和诊疗方法，建立健全对计生和医务人员的考核和监督机制，全面促进服务水平和服务能力的提高，使基层卫生和计划生育技术人员向专业型、多能型服务队伍转变。村级和社区医务室、计生服务室要配备常用的生殖系统病症诊疗设备，逐步实现育龄妇女“小病”不出村。
4、加强流动人口管理，关爱流动女性。针对我县流出女性较多的情况，建立流动人口女性生殖健康户籍地与现居住地的协调机制，对在生殖健康服务中发生的问题及时进行交流和解决。通过多种渠道、多种形式为流动人口女性开展生殖健康咨询、生殖健康服务，使流动人口女性得到应有的生殖健康知识。流动人口女性也要积极参与现居住地的管理、教育和服务活动，不断提高自身的生殖保健服务率。
