今年3月以来，各种校园意外事故频繁发生。某校一小学生因玩危险游戏断送宝贵的生命，城区某小学生从二楼跳下摔成骨折，某学校一学生因与另一位学生发生争吵而打架斗偶，令人触目惊心。我们学校也不平静，教室里学生钱包被偷窃，至今窃者还消遥法外，有同学在校门口的丁子路口被摩托车撞成残疾，上周五又有部分同学在回家途中游泳。还有吃午饭时被开水烫伤，游戏时摔伤，所以校园安全应引起我们全体师生的高度重视和警惕。

2010年29日中午12时许，正是学校课间操时间。孩子们从楼上冲下准备到校园做课间操，在二楼至一楼左侧楼梯口处，一名走在前面的女生因鞋子被人踩脱，蹲下身子提鞋时，后面的孩子蜂拥而来，造成踩踏 事件发生，当时正在这里值班的老师准备奋力拉起倒地的孩子，后面的孩子不知前面发生的事情，还在继续拥挤，因此造成比较多的人员在这次事件中受伤。共有123名学生被送往阿克苏地区第一人民医院进行救治。阿克苏市第五小学发生这起踩踏 事故，造成41名学生受伤，其中：轻伤34人，重伤6人，病危1人。
同学们，这些可怕的踩踏 事件已经给了我们一个警醒，那么在学校里，怎样防止踩踏 事件的发生?当我们面对踩踏 事故时，应该怎么做才能保证自身安全?
1、在楼梯通道内，上下楼梯都应该举止保持文明，人多的时候不拥挤、不起哄、不打闹、不故意怪叫制造紧张或恐慌气氛。
2、下楼的学生应该尽量避免到拥挤的人群中，不得已时，尽量走在人流的边缘。
3、发觉拥挤的人群向自己行走的方向来时，应立即避到一旁，不要慌乱，不要奔跑，避免摔倒。
4、顺着人流走，切不可逆着人流前进，否则，很容易被人流推倒。
5、当自己或前面有人突然摔倒了，要马上大声呼救，告知后面的人不要向前靠近。
6、若自己不幸被人群拥倒后，要设法靠近墙角，身体蜷成球状，双手在颈后紧扣以保护身体最脆弱的部位。
7、假如陷入拥挤的人流时，一定要先站稳，身体不要倾斜失去重心，要用一只手紧握另一手腕，双肘撑开，平放于胸前，要微微向前弯腰，形成一定的空间，保证呼吸顺畅，以免拥挤时造成窒息晕倒。即使鞋子被踩掉，也不要弯腰捡鞋子或系鞋带，有可能的话，可先尽快抓住坚固可靠的东西慢慢走动或停住，待人群过去后再迅速离开现场。

这教育片人人看了都会伤心，而那些不遵守交通法规的人，看着都流泪了，还不听劝告……难道他们没想想以后的结果吗？想了，就是一时图方便，忘记了这么多的教训。

校园是我们每天生活、学习的地方，每天大约三分之二的时间是在学校里度过的，所以说校园的安全与我们紧紧联系起来，它关系到同学们能否健康的成长，能否顺利地完成学业，也关系到我们每一个家庭的利益。可往往有的同学认识不到这点，随便在校园里打闹、在上体育课时不按老师的要求去活动，甚至还有的放学后在楼梯上故意拥挤同学等等，这样很容易造成无为的伤亡，一旦悲剧发生，就会给家庭带来伤痛，给自己造成损失或影响学习。这样的惨痛教训是不少的。
2005年因交通事故造成的中小学生伤亡人数超过二万五千人，平均每天有将近12名中小学生丧生在车轮之下。在其他安全事故方面，比如食物中毒、运动伤害、火灾、溺水等，每年大约有1。6万名中小学生非正常死亡，平均每天有40多人，也就是说每天将有一个班的学生在地球上“消失”。同学们，这是多么触目惊心的数字。
“生命是宝贵的，生命对于每个人来说只有一次，错过了就再也无法挽回。”大家知道，安全教育是学校教育永恒的主题，生存是一切的根本。我们的每一位同学，都应牢固树立“珍爱生命警钟长鸣”的指导思想，加强和提高自身的安全意识，提高自我保护能力，防止意外事故的发生。

孩子，是家庭的希望。学生，是祖国的未来。一场场灾害，让我们失去一个有一个的同胞。溺水，地震，火灾，车祸，一氧化碳中毒……这些灾难时时在我们身边徘徊，突如其来的意外会使我们不知所措，随时都可能失去生命。那如何防御这种灾难呢？
在今天早上，我打开电视机，观看了“安全教育”这一课，这一课，令我受益匪浅，感慨万千。里面讲到了三个要点：①珍爱生命，安全第一，②安全教育，至关重要。③人人关心，保护生命。我看到里面这样的报道，因溺水和车祸死亡的人数，是占多种灾害中的第一位，车祸大多发生在城市，那是因为很少人遵守交通规则，而溺水大多发生在农村，许多孩子在没有经大人的同意和陪同下，私自到河边等游水玩耍，因水流太急而溺水身亡。我还看到这样一段片子，在成都市某学校发生了大地震，因学校安全教育意识强，全校师生竟没一个伤亡，可见，安全意识是多么重要，当人们埋怨灾害时，是否反思过自己，如果平时多做地震演习，遵守交通规则，在游泳时对自己的水性有自知之明，那就会大大减少生命的威胁。至于火灾，在我看来大多是人们自己造成的，有位学生在看书时点蜡烛，最后睡着了，蜡烛烧到被子上引发了火灾，还有位学生烧开水时没注意，导致水烧干后引发火灾，还有大部分学生为了用电方便，把电路的通路改成短路，以至于引发火灾。
一条条被灾害夺走的生命和一条条从灾害死里逃生的生命，这几乎源于有没有安全意识。为了我们宝贵的生命，为了我们美好的将来，让我们共同遵守安全意识，珍爱生命，远离灾害吧！

篇5：生命，安全从我做起
今天我和同伴放学回家的路上，看到了有一辆轿车撞倒了一辆自行车，骑自行车的阿姨从地上爬起来骂道：“你是怎么开的车啊？难道你开车不长眼睛吗？”开轿车的叔叔也下车和她骂道：“你才不长眼睛呢，我正要停车，你为什么还向前骑啊？”然后他们就你一句我一句的骂了起来。由这件事，我想到了我班的黑板报的一句话：“红灯停，绿灯行，黄灯让你等一等。”这句话让我懂得了怎样去珍爱生命，生命中安全最重要。
这不从那以后，我校校长订了由国务院应急管理办公室。教育部基教司。公安部交管局。消防局。国家安监总局监管二司编写出来的《小学公共安全教育读本》里面记着怎样去珍爱生命，出行安全教育。
最近的板报里有《只有安全才有梦》里面有这样一句：“不知道这种惨剧曾经出现过多少次，也许只是一秒之差，宝贵的生命便从此消失了。也许是一念之间，过还是不过，一个鲜活的生命便永远闭上了他那可爱的双眼。”
最后我懂得了珍爱生命，安全出行，从我做起，从小做起。
篇6：安全在我心
按照规定，从1996年起，每年三月最后一周的星期一为全国中小学生安全教育日。今天我在国旗下讲话的主题是《安全在我心》。
生命诚可贵。中外古今，多少诗人，作家用优美的文笔唱出了对生命的歌颂。人们歌颂生命，因为生命是宝贵的，人们热爱生命，因为生命是美好的。
然而，生命又是脆弱的。当生命遭到灾难或伤害时，它就会转眼消逝，一个个生命消逝了，那些鲜血写成的教训，使我们感悟到了生命的可贵，感悟到了安全的重要。

安全隐患无处不在，他时刻威胁着我们每一个人的生命健康！安全对于我们这样的学校来说，更加尤为重要！
有一则交通事故的报道中写道：有两名小学生在马路两边相遇，他们互相跑过去，刚到马路中间，突然，一辆大卡车行驶过来，受到惊吓得他们没来得及就被大卡车撞着了，结果造成一名小学生当场死亡，一名受了重伤，立即送往医院抢救……
看了这则报道，我受益匪浅。无论无何，都不能向那两位小朋友一样，只顾见面，不人安危呀！同学们，生命诚可贵。我们的生命只有一个，我们要珍惜生命，珍爱生命，保护自我，注意安全。不能工作一些危险的事，比如说：在马路上踢球；在悠然气体面前玩火；拿着危险的物品玩耍；在避静的小道上玩；把生人带到家里等等。我们每一个人都要要树立安全意识，做好自我防范。
在加强学校安全防范措施和对我们进行安全教育中，交通安全是一个重要的方面，所以加强对小学生的交通常识和交通安全教育是当务之急。同学们每天上学、放学以及平常生活中都离不开坐车走路。要遵守交通法规，行人要走人行道，没有人行道时要靠右行走。过交通繁忙的马路横走时，我们一定要走斑马线。因为斑马线上行人优先，来往车辆要减速让行人先通过。有红绿灯的交通道口时，一定要等到绿灯亮时才能通过。走在路上不能边走边看书、边走边打球、更不能突然横穿马路，这是非常危险的，随时都有可能发生交通事故，应引起我们特别注意。放学路队应遵守纪律互相督促，保证我们每一天的安全。
第二个问题就是乘车的安全，我们要遵守哪些规定？首先，对乘车提出的一个要求是：讲文明、守秩序，严格遵守交通《法规》，维护交通秩序是我们每一个人应尽的义务。所以讲文明、守秩序既关系交通安全，又表现出一个人的精神面貌。乘车我们要做到“四要四不要”：
1．要在站台和指定的地点候车，不要在车道上候车。
2．要排队依次上车，不要争先恐后相互拥挤。
3．要在车停稳后，先让下车人下车，然后再上车，不要在车还在运行时就靠近车边抢先上车。
4．要扶老携幼、互相礼让，不要争抢座位，不带易燃易爆危险品上车。
在这里我提醒同学们，我们小学生一般都不满十二周岁，不能骑自行车上学。最后祝同学们健康成长，做一个全面发展的优秀学生。

人们每天都会因不同的目的而行走在马路上，而当我们行走在马路上时，交通安全是不是你意识当中最重要的呢？有人说：天太热不系安全带有什么问题呀，开车接个电话有什么呀，喝了点酒开车有什么呀，超速行驶有什么呀……，可正是这些有什么呀，夺去了多少鲜活的生命，破坏了多少幸福的家庭。很多人都抱怨交通法规真麻烦，可是又有多少人知道，交通法规并不是一纸简单的文字而已，它是由多少个车轮底下鲜活的生命，多少个幸福家庭的破裂而产生的呀，有一句交通安全宣传语说得好：“交通法规生命之友”。为了自己和别人的安全和幸福，我们每个人都应该遵守交通法规！
很多人嫌交通法规麻烦，让我们来假设一下，如果没有交通法规我们的道路会是什么样呢？没有交通法规人们不用等红绿了，人们为了赶时间可以超速行驶了，人们也可以边打电话聊天边开车了，人们在大热的天也可以不系安全带了……，但是，没有红绿灯的路口有多少车辆会撞上，又有几个路口可以畅通呢？天热为了省事儿不系安全带，这会给司机增加70%的伤亡率你知道吗？喝酒开车你是感觉痛快了，难道你不知道酒后驾车是车祸发生的主要原因吗？在我国，每年因车祸而死亡的人数达10万左右，也就是说，平均每天有300左右的人是死于车祸，每天有300个左右的家庭瞬间变得天塌地陷，而造成车祸的重要原因之一就是酒后驾车。人们常常以为喝一点点酒没有关系，其实通过实验证明，饮酒的人每100毫升血液中就含酒精50毫克，这时人们的反应能力就有所下降，当血液中酒精含量达到150毫克时，反应下降50%并使人运作失调，手脚失控从而导致车祸的发生，下面就由我亲身经历的一场车祸说说吧，那是2003年11月23日，我终生难忘的日子……

交通法规对于那些嫌麻烦的人还是那么不重要吗？人的生命对于你们的麻烦就那么不值得去重视吗？我们是祖国的未来和希望，虽然我们一个人的力量是微不足道，但是，我们可以通过自己自觉遵守交通法规的实际行动来带动身边的人，我们也要跟身边的每一个人宣传，跟我们的爸爸妈妈叔叔阿姨们宣传交通法规的重要性，我们不但要珍爱自己的生命，同时也要帮助宣传让所有的人都珍爱生命，遵守交通法规。

听了《交通安全教育》，我深感狼狈，今后我一定对我以前和行为作出悔悟，并好好学习交通安全知识，时刻不忘“安全第一”！

今天我们上了一节校园安全知识专题课，课上我们观看了校园安全录像，上面播放了一段惊心动魄的视频。
内容是一位女同学在下楼时，由于人太多，秩序混乱，大家相互拥挤，最后人群把她挤倒在地，并从她身上踩过去，导致她身受重伤，并且在踩踏过程中，有多名同学受伤，最不幸的是还有同学失去了生命。

大家好！
一个和谐温馨、安定有序的校园是我们每位同学健康成长的乐园，是我们学习知识的殿堂。今天我讲话的题目就是“安全关系你我他，校园安全靠大家”。
我们西隅中心小学的老师们一直以来都非常重视安全工作，无论严寒酷暑，还是刮风下雨，每天都有很多护导教师早来晚走，在校园各处执勤、巡视；校园的走道上，楼梯的拐弯处有“轻声慢步礼让右行”“上下楼梯注意安全”等许多温馨的提示语；另外，学校还专门配备了专业的保安护校。所有的这一切充分说明，学校的领导、老师为了我们同学的安全想得多么周全啊！
校园安全问题涉及面非常广，如交通安全、心理健康安全、消防安全、活动安全等等，要维护校园安全，仅靠学校领导和老师的努力是远远不够的，它更需要的是我们全校一千多名同学的共同努力。
同学，你可曾知道，也许因为你课间随意在走道中奔跑，也许因为你做运动时的不留神，也许你随手扔出的一个小石子、一个饮料瓶，也许你把小商贩出售的不合格食品、玩具带进了校园，我们的校园就多了一份危险，少一份安全。前天下午放学时，因为一个同学把鞭炮带到学校玩，引起了火灾。烧毁了老师停放在停车场的3辆电动车。要不是老师和保安及时扑灭了大火，后果将不堪设想。“安全关系你我他，校园安全靠大家”。在此，我真诚地提醒每一位同学能够努力做到：
1、由于一些人的造假，有不少的三无产品在小商店里出现。值得提醒大家的是，这些食品和玩具的安全没有保障，为了自己的健康，请同学们自觉抵制三无产品，坚决不购买危险的玩具，不携带烟花、鞭炮等易燃易爆物品进校园。
2、课间不追逐、不打闹，上下楼梯靠右行，互相礼让不拥挤，行至拐弯处，要放慢脚步，预防相撞。
3、运动时，要遵守运动规则，注意自我保护；上体育课和课外活动前准备活动要充分，运动时要注意不能剧烈地碰撞，以免撞伤或摔伤。操场上的体育运动器械，必须在老师的指导、监督下使用。
4、同学间遇到矛盾时，一定要冷静、要理智，一定要自觉遵守校规校纪，千万不能发生同学间打架的事件。同学们自己解决不了的矛盾，一定要寻求老师的帮助解决。

近来频频发生的校园砍事件，让我们对孩子的安全充满了担心，内心深深的不安。今天，在摇篮的好朋友家访问，看到了晴晴妈妈写的《孩子，我该如何保护你》，又看到了姗姗妈妈写的《宝贝，不要怕，你不孤独》，让我看到了一个个善良妈妈的心情。而我的孩子还很小，不到上幼儿园的年龄，有外婆尽心尽职的照料，但安全问题还是我们每天都关心和重视的。我想儿童安全防护，还是要从身边的点滴做起吧。

我家宝贝的小嘴特甜，不管见到谁认识的或不认识都会冲人家笑并且甜甜地叫上一声“爷爷”或“奶奶”。对于宝宝的礼貌，我们当然是表扬有嘉，但同时我们也告诉她不要和陌生人多说话，不要吃陌生人给的东西，防止坏人骗宝宝。我们还告诉宝宝家里的住址，爸爸妈妈的姓名，让她牢记在心，还时不时地检查一下她是否了然于心，我想这样也可备急时之需，防患于未然吧。
我们还经常给她讲《小白兔搬家》的故事，通过小小的故事让她知道不要随便给陌生人开门，否则会有危险的。
我家宝宝还太小，许多事情她都是不理解的。所以我们尽可能多的给她阳光一面的东西，不想让她知道太多的丑陋和阴暗的东西，不想让她幼小的心灵充满恐惧，而随着她一天天长大，我们也会来断地教她自我防范的知识，并且充分相信我们生活在一个法治和谐的社会，随看惩治力度的加大，社会治安会一天天她起来，一定会给宝贝一个宽松、安全的生活环境！

随着社会对儿童造成的不安稳，我们做家长的除了要教会孩子要善良、诚实、懂礼貌，更要提高宝宝的自我保护能力。孩子对危险的自我保护能力极差。千般爱护，莫过自护。
面对手无寸铁、善良无辜的孩子，除了呼吁相关部门加大打击违法犯罪的力度外，作为家长的我们，要提前教给孩子一些必要的自我防护知识，就可以让孩子冷静面对侵害、机智保护自己。
一、占小便宜吃大亏

二、熟记电话号码

三、不要给陌生人开门。
平时应教育孩子不准给陌生人开门，不管他说他是谁都不要开门，你可以隔着门告诉他，你爸爸在睡觉，让他过一会再来。然后，给家长或邻居打电话，告诉他们有一个陌生人在家门外，让他们不要挂断电话，直到陌生人离开为止。
四、上下学家长陪护
孩子还读小学时最好有家长接送，如果家长没空来接送可以让孩子跟他的同学一起回家，或者直接去同学家，家长晚上去同学家接就可以了，最好不要让孩子单独回家。
孩子若单独回家应教育孩子如何逃跑，利用旁边一切可以利用的机会溜开陌生人的视线，穿过马路或者走另一条路，避免与尾随者接触。如果这个人仍然跟着你，或者他强迫你跟他走。你要大声尖叫并跑向有人群的地方，例如商店或者行人多的十字路口。不要往你看见的某一所房子跑，因为房子可能是空的；如果这时家里没人，也不要往家里跑。
五、教孩子学会拒绝
放学了，陌生人或者父母单位的同事接孩子回家。只有父母或固定的几个亲友接送才能跟他回家。如果需要其他人接送，一定要给孩子打电话，亲口交代今天将由谁代替接送。或者打电话给老师，交代老师今天父母不来，由某某来接孩子。
六、报纸、电视中的案例作用
