When a sophomore, I joined the Aociation of AI Enthusiast and began to narrow down my interest for my
future research.In 1997, I participated in simulation tool development for the scheduling system in Prof.Wang’s lab.With the tool of OpenGL and Matlab, I designed a simulation program for transportation scheduling system.It is now widely used by different research groups in NUST.In 1998, I aumed and fulfilled a sewage analysis & dispose
project for Nanjing sewage treatment plant.This was my first practice to convert a laboratory idea to a commercial
product.
In 1999, I joined the distinguished Profeor Yu-Geng Xi\'s research group aiming at Network flow problem
solving and Heuristic algorithm research.Soon I was engaged in the FuDan Gene Database Design.My duty was to pick up the useful information among different kinds of gene matching format.Through the comparison and analysis for many heuristic algorithms, I introduced an improved evolutionary algorithm -- Multi-population Genetic
Algorithm.By dividing a whole population into several sub-populations, this improved algorithm can effectively
prevent GA from local convergence and promote various evolutionary orientations.It proved more efficiently than
SGA in experiments, too.In the second semester, I joined the workshop-scheduling research in Shanghai Heavy Duty Tyre plant.The scheduling was designed for the rubber-making proce that covered not only discrete but also
continuous circumstances.To make a balance point between optimization quality and time cost, I proposed a Dynamic Layered Scheduling method based on hybrid Petri Nets.The practical application showed that the average makespan was shortened by a large scale.I also publicized two papers in core journals with this idea.Recently, I am doing
research in the Composite Predict of the Electrical Power system aisted with the technology of Data Mining for Bao Steel.I try to combine the Decision Tree with Receding Optimization to provide a new solution for the Composite
Predictive Problem.This project is now under construction.
Besides, In July 2000, I got the opportunity to give a lecture in English in Asia Control Conference (ASCC)
which is one of the top-level conferences among the world in the area of control and automation.In my senior year, I met Prof.Xiao-Song Lin, a visiting profeor of mathematics from University of California-Riverside, I learned graph theory from him for my network research.These experiences all rapidly expanded my knowledge of English and the understanding of western culture.
I hope to study in depth
In retrospect, I find myself standing on a solid basis in both theory and experience, which has prepared me for the
Ph.D.program.My future research interests include: Network Scheduling Problem, Heuristic Algorithm research

5端午节Dragon Boat Festival Dragon Boat Festival is my favouritefestival.It is a traditional Chinese festival held on the fifth day of thefifth month of the Chinese calendar.During the holiday of Dragon Boat Festival, Igot together with my family to have a big meal.We often ate the zongzi.Ittasted very nice.And we saw the Dragon Boat Races.I felt excited because therace was bustling with noise and excitement.At Dragon Boat Festival, we alsodrank realgar wine.Some people thought drank realgar wine can protectthemselves from illne.

少儿3--6岁的这一年龄阶段，为学前期，学前期是少儿语言发展和身心等其他方面发展的关键时期。少儿英语教学的内容可选择少儿感兴趣的主题，由近及远，由易到难，循序渐进地进行。其内容可包括：动物、玩具、颜色、数字、食物等等，可先在3—4岁年龄段教简单的单词，到4—6岁的年龄段再进行简单的口语教学，如先学习Pear(梨子)、Cat(小猫)、Banana(香蕉)等单词读音后，再由易至难，提升至短语及口语对话：Give me a pear，please!(请给我一个梨子)、It is a dog(它是一只小狗)，让少儿在这一年龄段中得到适宜的阶段性学习。

少儿在学习语言的过程中，由于少儿的发音器官发育不够完善，听觉的分辨能力和发音器官的调节能力都比较弱，还常常不能掌握某些音的发音方法，因而产生语言错误是很自然现象，有时口形不对，有时发音不准。在教学过程中，当少儿出现错误时，教师不要重复幼儿的错误，不要给予强化，以免引起少儿错误的模仿，也不能直接打断幼儿思路，苛求纠正语言错误，应该细心观察，找出导致语言错误的原因，用委婉、间接的方式启发幼儿自己来区别发音的正确与错误，及时纠正口误，鼓励少儿大胆发音，而平时教师也应多表扬，多鼓励幼儿，让少儿体验成功带来的愉悦，从而，增强他们的自信心和学习英语的积极性。
五、注重趣味性，将复习贯穿于一日教学活动中
不管什么人学英语，学过之后不复习就会忘记，这就要求教师在日常教学生活中，在学过之后，及时让他们复习。通过复习，既提高少儿听觉的感受能力，使之辨别出语音的细小变化，区别正确和错误的发音，又训练少儿发音器官的协调性，经过复习让少儿掌握单词的发音，同时可将随机提问、师生问答、角色表演、游戏等多种有趣味的形式，贯穿于复习中，以减少复习的机械与乏味。
六、日常生活中的语言培养
少儿在学习的过程中获得的多数知识和技能与他们的日常生活密切相关。因

我的家乡兴城是一座拥有2000余年历史的文化古城，位于辽宁省西南部，风景优美，民风淳朴。我们常常这样评价我们的家乡：“兴城有五宝，城泉山海岛。”
兴城的古城建于明代，当时叫宁远州，是对满清的战斗第一线。本地传说，袁崇焕当时就是在东门一炮轰死努尔哈赤，获得了宁远大捷的胜利。兴城有一个习惯，每到正月十五，都要去古城一道牌坊（祖大寿牌坊）和二道牌坊（祖大乐牌坊）下摸石狮子，以求健康和平安。祖大寿和祖大乐都是袁崇焕部下猛将，因其对抗满清，后来家乡人给他们俩竖立了两道牌坊。每到正月15的时候，古城里都是最热闹的。人们拿着花灯走到街里，相互道平安，抢着摸石狮子。有一个讲究说，摸狮子哪，哪里就健康，所以正月十五的时候，街里人总是那么多。在一道牌坊处有一块石头掉下来的痕迹，这也是一个传说。传说在清代时，有一个卖豆腐的小贩总是在一道牌坊处卖豆腐，但是总是缺斤少两。这一天买豆腐的人来找他，他就对着牌坊发誓说，如果我缺你的斤两，就让牌坊上的石头掉下来砸死我！结果，话音刚落，石头就落了下来。后来，老人们都说，发誓不能对着牌坊发誓的，要不然会有报应的。兴城古城内还有好多名胜，如文庙、城隍庙、蓟辽督师府等等。这些建筑，都是在*的时候造到破坏，后来才修复的。就像文庙，小的时候那就是我的幼儿园。兴城的人民，就是因为见过了这么多的历史，才变得谨言善行。
兴城的温泉十分有名，温泉不但是休闲，而且也是养生的好地方。兴城的父老十分习惯休息的时候就去泡泡温泉，又解乏又舒服。我们还常常边泡着温泉，边聊天打屁玩扑克。据说，清朝的时候，乾隆来兴城，当地地方官就请乾隆泡温泉。乾隆泡了之后，有小人进谗说，皇上您是龙躯，怎么能在这个小地方泡温泉，这分明就是想借着您的龙气造反！乾隆听了之后大怒，下令杀了这个地方官。地方官被砍头之后久久不倒，乾隆才知其冤枉，说，朕知你冤枉，你去吧。言罢尸体倒地。
兴城的四周都是山，可以说是三面环山一面对海，地理位置极为险要。想从东北入关，必须要通过兴城。所以明的时候会在兴城这里建立宁远卫以对抗女真。兴城的山里，最有名的是首山。据说过去，首山是渤海海眼，一位名叫金梁的青年为了乡亲们舍身堵海眼，乡亲们为了纪念他纷纷为了他担土造坟，终於堆成了今天的首山。由於首山是造在金梁的头上，古人称头为首，故定名为首山。首山顶有烽火台，山腰处有首山山泉，过去水不方便，我们都是去首山去挑水回家。首山山脚有一座朝阳寺，至今香火依然不断。
兴城临渤海，隔海相望有菊花岛。据说过去有黑龙作怪，菊花女与黑龙搏斗七天七夜最后终于杀了黑龙。菊花女力竭，化作菊花岛永远镇压着黑龙。父老乡亲为了纪念她，便在海边立了一座菊花女像。到今天，还常常有拜祭的人。兴城的沙滩质地很好，有第二北戴河之称。每年7月15日，父老乡亲都齐聚海边庆祝海会的到来。海会是一个大节，这一天常常要祭文庙，祭妈祖，还要演节目，串门，到了晚上的时候要放鞭炮等待。如今，因为泳装的发达，兴城和葫芦岛又有了一个新年的节日——泳装节。兴城就是这样一个城市，古老中焕发着青春，守着传统同时也在创新。

I was born in Ningdu,a small town of Ganzhou .The Meijiang river acro this country,Cuiwei mountain located there elegantly.But I eagerly want to introduce the special local product——Leicha to you.It’s made up of the fragment tea leaves .In order to make it more delicious people usually add some sesame,peanut, celery and even burger into it.But as we all know,different people have different taste,when I was a sophomore,I have brought some Leicha to my roommates.most of them think it very special and delicious but little of them think it smells oddly.Ifone day you go to my hometown,I hope you won’t mi it.
In the end,I want to talk about the people in my hometown.Most of them are not rich,but all of us united.When there is something significant happened,we would gather together to deal with it.Never would I forget the day when I admitted by the college,the people around us helped my parents .
I love my hometown as well as the simple people there.
