I take with me the memory of my office on the fourth floor of Lopata Hallwith no chance to re-enter the debate hall after I left.

I take with me memories of university holidays which never seemed to apply to graduate students.I remember spending many a fall break and President\'s Day holiday with my fellow grad students in all day meetings brought to us by the computer science department.

I take with me memories of exams that seemed designed more to test endurance and perseverance than mastery of the subject matter.I managed to escape taking any claes that featured infamous 24-hour-take-home exams, but remember the suffering of my le fortunate colleagues.And what doctoral student could forget the pain and suffering one must endure to survive the qualifying exams?I take with me the memory of the seven-minute rule, which always seemed to be an acceptable excuse for being ten minutes late for anything on campus, but which doesn\'t seem to apply anywhere else I go.

I take with me the memory of Friday afternoon ACM happy hours, known not for kegs of beer, but rather bowls of rainbow sherbet punch.Over the several years that I attended these happy hours they enjoyed varying degrees of popularity, often proportional to the quality and quantity of the accompanying refreshmentsHere\'s how it goes:

实习报告

一、实习内容

实习的经历快要过去，回头看一下我在那里留下的足迹，我相信那不会是我旅途的结束，而是我充满挑战和希望的开始！

回顾这2个月的实习岁月，从刚开始的新鲜、忐忑不安，到后来的淡定、释然，再到现在的习惯，热爱这个职业。在实习期间，每天5点多就要起床，7点钟到校，蛮辛苦的，但是对于经过这段时间的学习，我收获到的很多经验，让我觉得辛苦也不算什么了。作为一名实习生，刚进校园，懂得东西很少，正因为这样，我才能像海绵一样汲取知识。在实习中，我感觉到了自己知识建构上存在许多不足，也缺乏很多教学经验。

1.班主任工作：

班主任作为全面关心学生成长的主要教师、学生主要的精神关怀者、影响学生发展的重要的人，无疑肩负神圣而又重要的职责。如何做好班主任工作？是值得每一位老师不断思索的。作为一名实习班主任，虽然在实习过程中，我学到了很多，但真的要去做班主任，还是有很大差距的。实习之初，我觉得自己首先要了解我所带的班级和班级同学，了解是班主任工作的基础。于是第一周，先和同学们见面、做自我介绍，向指导老师询问有关班级的情况，刚开始，根本分不清楚他们谁是谁，我只能记住没几个英语重默的常客。后来随着各项活动的开展，我开始慢慢地都记住了学生的名字。有时候，我也会在休息的时间，去教室看看大家都在干些什么，了解大家的学习生活，也会和学生聊一些话题，我会感觉到我与学生之间的距离在渐渐地减小。每周三下午，老师会让我管一下自习课，在这样的氛围之下，我们更能近距离地接触到他们。

作为一个班主任，要负责班级的主题班会，所以我就策划了一次主题班会，主题是“青春路上，我们在一起”。我认为在花季的年龄相逢，有缘在一起度过将近三年的高中岁月，在这段时间里，将一起面对巨大的挑战，需要的是互相的鼓励，一起加油。而且，我发现我们班的学生都是羞于表现自我，有点小群体现象，所以对于一个刚组建的新班级来说，最重要的是团结，一起来关心这个班集体。在班会课的最后，由我做了主题班会的总结。

在实习的过程中，我感受到了班主任工作的艰难，不过这的确很能锻炼我们， 1

工作反思：

在两个月的班主任工作中，我对班级成员有了一定的了解，但是有时候我对于他们不够严厉，所以有时候这些小朋友会不听话，还有我缺乏耐心去了解每个学生的真实想法，这些都将是我今后努力的方向。

2.教学工作 ：

教学是作为一个老师的首要任务，能否教好课，直接关系到学生对老师的评价和认可，甚至影响到学生对课程的兴趣。

前期我会经常性地去听老师的授课。通过听老师授课，我知道了老师上课的流程和学生的课堂表现。除了本科目的指导老师，我还听了别的一些老师的课。这让我在之后的自身进行教学的时候有了可以借鉴的典范。在实习过程中，我上了几节英语课，虽然对于上课我开始有点眉目，但是，教学过程和环节中总是存在疏漏的地方。我想，真正要走上教学岗位，成为一名优秀的教师，还需自己以后不断的努力实践。我在上课教学中暴露了许多不足之处。在我上第一堂课的时候，我出现了这样或那样的问题：上课时我的声音不是很响亮，这导致有些学生没听清楚指示；我没有把握好时间，导致整堂课没上完；大概我教案设计的比较单一的关系，大家都提不起神。不过在老师的提点之下，上第二节课时我就尽量避免了这些问题，虽然还存在不足，但是我感觉我的胆子也变大了，因为我刚上

第一节课时，声音有点颤抖，但在第二节课时，我已经明显改善了很多。 教学反思：

教育是一个互动的过程，不单老师要认真投入教学，还需要学生的积极配合，才能达到做老师的目的，把知识真正教授给学生。在我上课时，我就是忽略了学生的反应，没有勾起学生的上课兴趣，我觉得这点我需要很大的改善与提高。实习虽然很辛苦忙碌，但对我来说是一次非常有益的磨练和尝试。最后我想衷心感谢XX附中给了我一次这样的经历，也感谢X老师给予我全方面的指导和帮助。

二、实习工作总结

实习使我的教学经验获得了很大程度上的提升，我学到了很多书本上学不到

的知识。此中的酸甜苦辣我会在今后的工作中不断品味、去回味、去探索。在这段时间里，有我的很多“第一次”：第一次真正站在讲台前、第一次面对学生说了很多话„„我想这些酸甜苦辣、这些“第一次”将是我今后踏上工作岗位后的一笔宝贵的财富。
