创新英语游戏（苏南） 1.单词、句型糖果/单词、句型羽毛
教学目标：集中幼儿注意力，让幼儿多开口说单词及句型。 教具准备：单词卡、句型卡或板书。 游戏玩法1： a.通读卡片。
b.教师朝双手中间念出单词或句型，包好做成糖果，扔向小朋友，接到糖果的小朋友要大声说出单词或句型。（可以个人、分组、全体） 游戏玩法2： a.通读卡片。
b.教师将卡片贴在黑板上，教师不出声，假装用手把单词放到手里，做成单词糖果，然后扔向小朋友，这锻炼了幼儿的观察能力，集中了幼儿的注意力。
注意事项：要求教师表演要到位，增加游戏的趣味性，扔的方法要多变，例如：可以从高出抛，也可以从地板上滚，还可以做成“单词羽毛和气球”，吹给小朋友。
2.小乌龟运单词
教学目标：练习单词、句型（大班、学前班）。 教具准备：单词卡、句型卡、塑胶垫子。 游戏玩法：
a.通读卡片，最先答对者玩游戏。
b.将幼儿分组，讲解规则，请幼儿扮演小乌龟，跪在垫子上，教师将图片放到幼儿后背上，幼儿要讲单词运到目的地，然后拿下来念出单词。但是还不可以回去。
c.该小组的其他幼儿必须回答老师三个问题，运单词的幼儿才可以回到座位。
3.Magic Dice (神奇的色子) 教学目标：特别好玩有趣的计分方式，激发幼儿说英语的兴趣，提高幼儿的竞争和团队合作意识，帮助教师管理纪律。
教具准备：自制大色子一个，计分规则一张（或者直接画在黑板上）
游戏玩法：
a.将幼儿分组，给好组名，喊出口号。
b.在黑板上画好计分模式：楼梯、小蛇、小鱼等，在上面画上 1到10。 c.讲解规则：回答对老师一个问题就可得一分，违反一次纪律减一分。先得五分者有一次机会扔色子。
d.扔出一点：电网-1分；两点：棒棒糖+2分；三点：炸弹0分；四点：魔棒，任选1~10之间任何数；五点：台风0分；六点：大臭屁-3分。 注意事项：教师一定要用肢体语言和表情来讲解规则，既有效又可激发幼儿兴趣，在活跃课堂气氛的同时要注意控制课堂纪律。
4．“放我出去！”
教学目标: 又是一个有趣的计分方式。激励幼儿开口说英语。 教具准备：单词卡、粉笔、黑板。 游戏玩法：
a.将幼儿分组，给组名，喊口号。
b.给每组画上一个卡通人物/或班级小朋友的头像。
c.讲解游戏规则：第一组答对问题，教师就在第二组的图上画一条线，反之亦然。最后就会出现很好玩的情景，有一组的小人被关在监狱里啦。
d.请本组的小朋友一起来解救他吧，只要说出一个单词，教师就擦掉一条栏杆。 注意事项：
教师要随时注意观察幼儿的情绪，因为有的幼儿看到被关起来，会很激动，会不高兴，所以这个时候一定要让其他幼儿说单词，马上将他救出来。
5．大猩猩摘香蕉
教学目标：练习单词及句型。 教具准备：贴有单词卡的香蕉图片。 游戏玩法：
a.通读卡片，将“大香蕉”放到地板上。 b.将幼儿分组。
c.讲解规则：教师读单词/句型，幼儿要模仿大猩猩走路的样子，选出相应的单词/句型卡并读出来。 d.最先答对者得分。
6.架子鼓
教学目标：练习幼儿听力、口语、和互相交流的能力。练习数字或时间。 教具准备：塑料高凳子、小锤子。 游戏玩法：
a.教师扮演架子鼓手，敲击凳子，表演一段来吸引幼儿。
b.教师示范：例如，教师敲三下，Children, children, what’s the time?
幼儿回答： It’s 3 o’ clock. 可将1~12点打乱顺序敲。（也可以练习数字） c.请最先答出的幼儿到前面来扮演小鼓手，随意敲，然后问，Children, children, what’s the time? 然后再请最先答对的幼儿上来替换这个幼儿。

7． 爵士舞“Touch, Touch, Touch” 教学目标：练习听力、复习单词 教具准备：单词卡或实物 游戏玩法：

如何创新英语课堂教学模式 --- 浅谈“六步教学法”之我见
【内容摘要】《英语课程标准》提出：“让学生在教师的指导下，通过感知、体验、实践、参与、合作等方式，实现教学目标，感受成功。”它所强调的是教学过程、师生交往以及共同发展的互动过程。教师在注重培养学生独立自主的同时，还要引导学生质疑、调查、探究，让学生在合作中学习，让学生的学习成为教师指导下而变为主动的、富有个性的过程，真正体现学生展示自我的主体性。
【关键词】先学后教 六步教学法 魅力舞台
自从新英语课程改革以来，以学生发展为本的观念，以自主、合作、探究为主的学习方式，逐渐深入人心。新英语课程改革带动了教育观念、课程理念、课程结构、课程管理、教学方法、学习方式的巨大变革。因此，随着新英语课程改革的推进下，我校积极探索新课程课堂教学模式，并开展了以“激扬学生的生命 激发学生的潜能”为宗旨的“先学后教，六步教学法”课堂模式研究。“先学后教”六步教学法是我校进行课堂教学改革与创新的教学模式，它包括“创设问题（2分钟）——自主探究（5分钟）——小组合作讨论解疑（8分钟）——展示提升（13分钟）——当堂检测（10分钟）——总结感悟（2分钟）”六个教学步骤不但环环相扣，而且紧密相连。这样课堂教学设计，为英语课堂教学注入了新的活力，使英语教学不再是单纯的“教师奋力地教，学生努力地学”，而是把以往教学中主要依靠教师的教，转变为依靠学生主动的学，使学生动起来，课堂活起来，真正实现从填鸭式教学的传统课堂转变为学生自我展示的魅力舞台。本文将根据“先学后教”六步教学法下PEP Book6 Unit5 Look at the monkeys A Let’s learn 现在分词教学全市研讨课的实际操作，并就如何让英语课堂真正成为学生展示自我的舞台作粗浅的探讨。
一、Leading in （创设问题）
俗话说“Good beginning is half done!”（良好的开端是成功的一半。）一上课就先 给学生来个“Let’s do”——PEP Book1 Unit4 We love animals Part B ,学生stand up and do the action ,兴奋地模仿起动物的动作来，这不仅可以让学生尽快进入学习状态，还可以快速吸引学生的注意力，激发学习兴趣。通过让学生用肢体语言来表达内容，活跃课堂气氛，并为下面模仿动物的动作而做好铺垫。
在“先学后教，六步教学法”对课堂教学方式进行改革之后，我特别注重设置情景来创设问题引入新课教学，这一来会比单纯地提问题来得更自然。因此，我会在课件上出现一张广州长隆动物园的照片时，说：“Today, I want to go to Changlong Zoo .Do you want to go to Changlong Zoo with me ?”学生也会迫不及待地抢答：“Yes!” “OK, Let’s go to Changlong Zoo now .Let’s go !”我语气激昂地回应学生。这时动用课件里的动态小火车带我们去到动物的生活基地，看到各种各样的动物，我说：“Wow ! Many animals .They are so cute .But I don’t know “What are the animals doing ?” Do you know ?”学生摇摇头说：“No!” 我急忙追问：“Do you want to know ?” 学生连忙点头说：“Yes!”“OK ! Let’s listen carefully and look at the animals .” 我做出认真听和看的手势说。
利用设置去长隆动物园这一情景，创设出新课问题：“What are the animals doing ?”学生带着问题进行认真思考和学习，不再是以往教师单刀直入教单词的机械教学。设置情景进而创设问题，不但能激发学生的学习欲望，还能提高学习效果，使之成为课堂教学的润滑油和催化剂，也为自主学习找出目标和方向。
二、Self-learning （自主探究）
“先学后教”顾名思义是学生先自学，教师后点拨。这一课堂教学模式的改革最大的 特点之一就是让“学生自主学习”这在英语课堂教学中得到更充分的体现。
因此，在这环节我设计了4个部分让学生自学：（1） Listen to the new words care- fully.(for twice) （2） Listen and repeat in a low voice.（3） Listen and repeat loudly.（4） Read by yourself, mark where you can’t read and ask your partner or me .虽然“自主探究”环节，只用了短短的几分钟时间，但它让学生先自学，对自己不太明白或不太会读的新单词做上标记，如 swimming ,running , jumping 等，学生大胆地根据语音常识等进行发音，根据图片猜测其意思，在后面的环节教师才进行点拨、纠正，将学生的发音跟正确的发音进行对比，印象会特别深刻。
这一环节充分尊重以学生为本的理念，让学生通过自学，尝试自己学习，自己思考，放手让学生自己发现问题，提出问题，解决问题，培养学生的自学能力，也为小组合作做好初步的知识与情感的准备。
三、Team work （小组合作）
所谓小组合作学习就是在教学上运用小组，使学生共同积极互动，最大程度地促进他们自己以及他人的学习。从本质上讲，小组合作学习是一种教学形式，它要求学生在一些由2—8人组成的异质小组中一起从事学习活动，共同完成教师分配的学习任务。在小学英语课堂上适时地运用小组合作学习非常重要，以教师为中心的课堂教学模式将转变为以学生为中心，学生成为教学的主体，他们在一个近似自然的语言环境中运用语言进行交流，以达到语言学习的目的。小组活动充分活跃了课堂气氛，是小学生所喜爱的教学活动方式之一。 因此，在这环节我把学生分成了8小组，每小组6人，选出一位组织能力较强的学生为小组长，再设计了2个部分让学生小组活动展示自我: Read and act out the new words in your group.(1)小组朗诵。（朗诵刚自学的新单词，每个小组里面不会读的组员，由小组其它组员互相帮肋教会。） (2)小组表演。（根据单词的内容，由小组长组织组员讨论模仿的动作，分配好每个单词由哪个组员表演。） 这样就会让每个学生都既有分工也有合作，个个都忙得不亦乐乎，为下一步上台表演做好淮备。
在这一环节里，小组成员之间互相帮助、互相学习，解决问题，共同完成任务。教师对有困难的小组进行点拨、启发，鼓励学生参与讨论。通过这样的环节，不但有助于照顾后进生，同时也是突出重点难点的关键，并为下一步的展示提升做好铺垫。
四、Presenting & Upgrading（展示提升）
设计流程：展示提升小组上台朗读单词并进行表演（请两/三个小组），然后其他学生对此作出中肯的评价，如：I thinkthey are fluent…游戏：Choose and say.(选数字猜单词，如：Number oneis flying .)Let’s chantMake sentences:（分男女角（看图，用所学的色进行并作动新单词造句，如：作，如：Running ,The duck is running .swimming.)The tiger is Running .）游戏：Gueinggame(Game 1 &Game 2 ) 展示提升环节，我设计了以上5个部分教学，让学生对刚才自学和小组合作讨论解疑的知识进行汇报展示。在小组汇报展示时，鼓励全员参与，主动参与，小组长要根据组员的具体情况进行任务的合理分配，力争做到人人有任务，人人有机会锻炼，人人能得到提高。同时，小组汇报展示时，避免班级思维处于“冷冻”状态，其它小组成员易成看客的现象，因此要求其它小组要认真倾听，深入思考并做出中肯的评价。在这个环节中我还通过各种有趣的教学形式，如：Game, Chant, Sing, Make a sentence等，对本课时的重点、难点知识进行必要的点拨和引导。不过所有的知识结论都是经过学生在自主学习、小组合作的过程而得出的，让学生体会成功的喜悦，激发学生的学习兴趣。
五、Practice（当堂检测）
当堂检测就是通过课堂练习的布置，督促学生独立完成课堂作业，将本节课所学知识通过训练，消化为操作能力，检测每位学生是否都能当堂达到学习的目标，及标反馈信息，做到“堂堂清”。对比以往的课后作业布置，课堂检测的效果更加显著。课堂练习的设计需要典型、适度、适量、低起点、多层次等，可以活动、游戏的方式进行检测，应特别在听、说、读、写各方面进行较全面的设计。
因此，在这环节我设计了三项检测题：
1、Listen to the song and do .听一首简单的英语歌--- Walking , Walking 并做动作。歌词是这样的：Walking , walking , walking , walking .Hop , hop , hop , hop ,hop , hop .Running , running , running .Now , let’s stop .Up and down ...学生们听着歌曲随即做出相应的动作反应。这项练习是检测学生对动作单词“听”的能力。
2、口头说出动词的现在分词。这一项由小组讨论得出构成现在分词的三种形式，如：walking --- walking , write --- writing , run --- running ...这是训练学生“说”的一项小组合作练习。
3、Writing （看图，回答问题。）让学生写出现在进行时的结构，如：What’s the rabbit doing ? It is jumping .这项无疑就是针对学生“写”方面的训练了。
当堂检测题的设计，要遵循“由浅入深，螺旋上升”的原则，也要注意题目的灵活性、针对性和科学性。让学生在完成练习时巩固本节课所学的知识，培养学生的语言表达能力、写作能力和解决问题的能力，提高学生运用英语的综合能力。
六、Concluding（总结感悟）
课堂总结是一节课中必不可少的一部分，绝对不能忽视。课堂总结的功能远远不止于以往在教学中匆忙地读读板书的重点内容，其实它可以在较短时间内对一堂课知识的梳理和帮助学生记忆、理解，分辨重难点。
因此，我会给一分钟让学生思考本节课的收获，然后叫个别学生来说，结果学生的总结是异彩纷呈的而且是惊喜的。他们不但说出了本节课学到的重点单词、句型和现在分词构成的三种形式，还说出了我们要热爱大自然，保护动物！( Love nature ! Protect animals ! ) 等情感教育方面的内容。
总之，我们要重视“总结感悟”这一环节，它不但回顾本节课的知识要点，引导学生能够对本节课的学习过程进行总结、反思和感悟，提炼出本节课的学习重难点，还对所学的知识进一步巩固提升、放射拓展。
“先学后教，六步教学法”虽然是简单的九个字，但其中却蕴含先进的教学理念。可是有些教师认为“六步教学法”在实际课堂上是行不通的，她们把“六步教学法”误解为在课堂上教师是不用教重点知识的，全靠学生自学而学会的。其实，先学后教并不是不教，而是教的目的和方式有别于众而已。“先学后教”的每一步都离不开教师，如同公路上没有路标，车就可能走错路、走弯路一样。“先学后教，六步教学法”进一步体现了自主、合作、探究型学习方法的教学过程，教师在此其中只不过是“路标”，辅助学生学习。只有真正领会了“六步教学法”的精髓并将它融入到教学实践中去，那么，收到的效果将会是令大家意想不到的。

乙方须如实、完整地填写报名信息，向甲方履行告知义务，并保证学员身体健康，无隐患疾病（如心脏病、高血压、传染病等），同时还应承诺：保证乙方学员的身体状况能够适应甲方主办的夏令营活动，如在活动期间乙方因自身疾病而引起的医疗、抢救和住院等费用，全部由乙方自行承担。
乙方必须遵守团队行程活动计划，全部行程必须随营集体活动，未经允许，不得擅自离营单独活动。如出现违反上述规则或甲方规定现象，责任自负。甲方将不承担或退还任何费用。
乙方如违反国家相关法律法规以及社会治安管理条例或不遵守夏令营纪律和相关规定，乙方应自行承担因此而产生的一切责任，同时甲方有权对其进行劝导，情节严重的可令其提前离营并不退还任何费用，所产生的一切后果和费用乙方自负。
在夏令营活动期间，如果因乙方学员个人原因而对他人造成伤害或对他人及公共财产造成破坏、损毁，乙方应自行承担因此产生的一切责任。
乙方不允许带贵重物品、大量现金参营，违反本协议强行带入夏令营者，发生丢失或损毁事故，甲方不负任何责任；乙方应注意妥善保管自己的证件及行李物品，如发生随身携带行李物品遗失、被盗等情况，应在第一时间报告甲方辅导员老师，并保护好现场，等待有关人员处理。如果有涉及保险相关的问题，乙方应保留所有相应的单据和证明文件，以便进行保险理赔工作。
甲方拍摄的参加训练营员在训练
中的相片、DV等资料，甲方可无偿用于宣传、招生等用途。
夏令营期间，原则上不允许乙方提前离营，若因特殊原因需提前离营者，须由乙方监护人提交书面申请，签字确认后将其传真到z，待甲方确认批准后方可独自离营，乙方若在独自离营后遇到任何安全问题和意外均与甲方无关，甲方对此不承担任何责任。
五、其他事宜：
1、退费说明：乙方报名缴费后，凡因乙方自身原因不能参加夏令营，其夏令营报名费按以下原则进行申请退还。
①退费原则
开营前45天（2014年6月11日）之前（不含当天）申请，退还80%报名费；
开营前30天（2014年6月26日）之前（不含当天）申请，退还50%报名费；
开营前15天（2014年7月11日）
之前（不含当天）申请，不予退费。
②申请方式
需以书面材料进行申请。（退赛申请书+营员身份证复印件+监护人身份证复印件）传真至组委会（z）方有效。
③申请时间
以组委会接收到申请材料时间作为退营申请时间。
2、请假说明：乙方参营后因故请假的，甲方不做其他补充培训和退费补偿。
3、本协议未尽事宜，双方通过协商解决。若协商无果，则按国家有关法律法规办理。
4、双方因本协议发生争议的，由双方协商解决。若协商不成，则任何一方均有权向甲方所在地有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。
5、本协议一式两份，甲、乙双方各执一份，具同等法律效力。本协议自双方签字（盖章）,在乙方交付本协议约定的全部团费后自动生效，至双方权利
义务均履行完毕止。

为了带来更好的活动效果，我们特
向营员提出以下要求，请大家严格遵守，对于严重违反活动规则的营员，我们将直接取消参加活动的资格，直至勒令退营，并不予任何补偿。
整体活动守则：
1)营员之间应团结友爱，言行文明，注意个人形象；

Universities or Informal Education?

如何制定
一、你的目标必须是长期的。
没有长期的目标，你也许就会被短期的种种挫折所击倒。设定了长期的目标后，起初不要试图去克服所有的阻碍。就像你早上离家不可能等路口所有的交通灯都是绿色你才出门，你是一个一个地通过红绿灯，你不但能走到你目力所及的地方，而且当你到达那里时，你常常能见到更远的地方。
二、你的目标必须是特定的。

The Difference in Income Sources between American and Chinese Student
As is described in the chart, we can clearly learn that Chinese students depend on parents much more than American students.It is reported that American students get a large amount of income from their part-time jobs rather than from parents which suggests that American students are much more independent.
There are many reasons accounting for that case.First of all, as we all know, Chinese students are ordered to keep on studying for a long time in order to pa exams while American students have much more free time when they can earn money.Secondly American students are taught to be independent when they are young.On the other hand, Chinese students’ priority is to study well since they set foot into schools.Thirdly, American government allows children to do part-time jobs, while Chinese government doesn\'t.Last but not least, the college scholarships in China are not enough to meet most of Chinese students\' needs.As a result, it\'s quite evident that why there exists such a big difference in income sources.As we all know, the way American students use to earn money will make
them much more independent, while we Chinese students will never catch up with up with them.So it’s high time that we were supposed to take measures.
