本学期是2017——2018学年下学期。我担任八年级两个班英语教学任务,为了能圆满、顺利的完成八年级英语(下)的教学任务,特拟订本学期教学计划。

一、学生情况分析:

本学期我任教的八年级

一、二两个班的学生。通过初中一年半的英语学习,大多数学生已能听懂有关熟悉话题的语段和简短的故事,在单词背诵方面没有以前那么吃力。但学生没有养成良好的学习习惯,没能课前预习和课后及时复习。同时由于各种因素的影响,学生发展参差不齐。部分学生因为基础不够好,学习很吃力且自暴自弃,有的因此扰乱课堂纪律,这给教学带来不少困难。而学生个体而言,八年级的学生无论从初中学习阶段还是身心发展阶段来看,都处于关键时期。学生在情感态度、学习策略等方面还存在诸多需要进一步解决的问题。例如:很多学生不明确英语学习的目的;学生缺乏毅力,碰到困难就退缩;大多数同学没有养成良好的学习习惯,学习没有计划性和策略性;不善于发现和总结语言规律,在思维上和学习上都存在很大惰性。

二、指导思想:

本学期坚持多读多练,选择性背诵的模式,早自习,课堂及课外多使用录音,提高学生的语音语调,让学生领会英语朗读的美感。其次,强化单词的记忆与巩固,多方面帮助学生理解巧记,让学生能学以致用。再次,强化落实,让学生将笔记,错题整理好,时常翻阅,学会温故知新。此外,注重过程评价,评价要及时适当,激励学生持续学习,促进自主学习能力的养成。最后,差异化教学,因材施教,对不同的学生目标分层。尽可能让每个学生都能获得进步。

三、教材内容分析:

本学期使用的是外研版八年级下册英语教材,共有10个教学模块和两个复习模块。每个模块都列出明确的语言目标、主要的功能项目与语法结构、需要掌握的基本词汇,并分为三个单元。Unit1部分是基本对话内容,Unit2部分是阅读训练并为写作做铺垫。Unit3是扩展和综合的语言运用。相对而言U3语言应用部分篇幅加重,对知识点的落实要求提高。本学期要掌握的语法点有:

1、感官动词的使用;

2、现在完成时的了解与运用,并能与其他时态进行区分使用;

3、简单句的构成;

4、并列复合句;

5、宾语从句的运用。

四、具体措施:

1、钻研教材,根据学生的实际情况调整课堂,争取做到教学效果最大化。

2、单词关常抓不懈,听写依旧坚持“少吃多餐”的原则,一个模块单词分几个部分,每次一个部分听写,模块结束后再总的默写一次,加强学生对单词的识记能力。同时发挥小组长的作用,对每次单词订正等情况进行检查强化。

3、每个模块中选择部分内容要求学生背诵,并且依托现代教育技术,多使用录音和电脑对学生进行情感上的熏陶。开发教学资源,拓宽学习渠道,从而培养学生良好的英语语感和人文底蕴,激发学生学习热情。

4、多与学生沟通,了解学生学习状况和需求,及时改进教学中存在的问题和不足。

5、积极开展丰富多彩的英语活动,解决学生出现的问题,提高学生兴趣。如单词听写比赛、朗读比赛、学唱英文歌曲、英语沙龙等活动。

6、加强学生笔记和错题整理的检查,强化学生对知识点的掌握,让学生学会学习,温故知新。

7、差异化教学,对全体学生立足于基础目标,对课本进行“瘦身”,重在基础的夯实。培优补差,对成绩较好的学生的要求提高。对学困生进行专门的辅导,让他们在小进步中树立自信,尽快成长起来。

8、不断学习,加强自身素质,提升自身业务能力。

一、指导思想

为促进教育教学质量的提高,在本学期的英语教学中,要坚持以下理念的应用:

二、班级学生基本情况分析

整体而言,学生成绩和学生的学习态度的两级分化十分严重,少部分英语基础好的优秀学生,不管是在学校,还是在家,都能认真学习、主动思考问题,同时还能够及时反馈学习情况,在他们身上,教和学得到了比较好的统一。与此相反的是,另一部分同学英语基础很差,有些连26个字母都不能背全;学习态度也十分懒散,不但不愿学,不想学,还影响课堂纪律,影响他人学习。其他大部分学生属于中间层次,虽然不太吵,但学习情况依然很不理想,还是存在很多不想学不愿学的情况。总的来说,学生在英语学习上所存在的问题主要表现在:(1)听、说、读、写等方面的基本技能未能掌握,连音标和单词的拼读都没有掌握好;(2)受方言影响,多数同学的发音不准确。(3)单词量掌握较少;(4)上课时精力不集中,对英语有一定的抵触心理;(5)学生整体的惰性还是很强,自觉性很差。(6)学生在情感态度,学习策略方面还存在诸多需要进一步解决的问题。例如:很多学生不能明确学习英语的目的,没有真正认识到学习英语的目的在于交流;大多数同学没有养成良好的学习习惯,不能做好课前预习课后复习,学习没有计划性和策略性;不善于发现和总结语言规律,不

反意疑问句又叫附加疑问句,是在陈述句后,对陈述句所叙述的事实提出的疑问。

其基本结构有两种:一是“肯定陈述句+简略否定问句”;

二是“否定陈述句+简略肯定问句”。

反意疑问句的前后两部分在时态、人称和数上都要保持一致。

几种特殊情况:

四、学情简要分析

初二年级共6个班,学生人数249名。通过初一年半的英语学习,大多数学生已能听懂有关熟悉话题的语段和简短的故事。能与教师或同学就熟悉的话题交换信息。能读懂短篇故事,能写便条和简单的书信。但由于各种因素的影响,学生发展参差不齐。有少数学生因为基础不够好,学习很吃力而自暴自弃,有的因此扰乱课堂次序,这给教学带来不少困难。

五、提高教学质量的可行措施及教改措施:

(一)、面向全体学生,注重素质教育。

(二)、以学生为主体,尊重学生个体差异。

(三)、采用活动途径,倡导体验与参与。

(四)、开发课程资源,拓展学用渠道。

又是一年春来到,不过这个春天对于八年级学生来说,却非常独特。因为三个月后,同学们将迎来地理,生物两门学科的中考。初中阶段的角逐真正拉开了帷幕,好戏已开始上演。面对这样的大形势,该如何理顺作为基础学科的英语教学思路,也尤为重要。

一、形式分析:时间紧迫,任务繁重。

本册共10个单元。听力的内容较

以前复杂,但更强调语境。2d 的对话篇幅和以前一样,但内容充实,语言点,短语较以前多。阅读增加一篇。sectionA 3a 的阅读篇幅不大,语言难度不大。section B 的阅读文章有一定深度。

总之,八年级下的语言综合运用能力要求更高。不过,值得高兴的是,由于一年半的积累,大家已经对英语中词的分类有了认识和掌握,对于简单句的结构已经能掌握,对于基本的语法知识能够做到了解。勇于开口说英语的意识,勇于阅读的意识都在增强,许多同学能够用英语表达思想。对于做题的思路有了一定的认识和掌握。

3、课时安排:平均7天一个单元。期中考试前学习units1-5 期中考试后学习units6-10。期中考试前和期末考试前几乎没有时间复习。

二、学情分析:都有升学愿望,层次划分却更明确。

1,通过调查,班级45名同学的家长99%都有意愿让孩子升入高中学习。

80%的学生升入高中的意愿明确。15%的孩子意愿强烈。剩下的学生还处于游离状态。如果不在开学阶段做好情绪铺垫,这些孩子中会有一部分因为情绪紧张陷于焦灼状态,不利于学习。

2,不可否认,学生层次划分更加明显。100分以上的同学由于一年半的积累和扎根,形成良好的习惯和一定的能力,这便是他们在今后的学习中正能量,使得他们今后的学习比较轻松,步子越来越快。80-100分的学生会再次分化。不及格的同学在学习上会有更大的困难,在英语方面并不表现在接受能力上,而是由于落下太多基础知识,造成了时间上的不足,完全无法利用课堂资源。加之本学期时间紧迫,课下时间资源有限,所以势必形成恶性循环。

三、解决方案:找准方向,充分利用课堂。让勇气,自信和拼搏为理想保驾护航。

1、理念

学生方面:

更新理念,变被动“学习”课本为主动“利用”课本。层次高的学生要发展自己的语言综合运用能力。听力要能在语境下听,能盲听跟读。口语要能熟练运用主动利用课堂和学生资源。找好搭档是个好方法。阅读要充分利用课堂,积极思考,当堂复述。要做好课前准备,主要是一些思想方面的。课上是语言方面的。课下是语言和写作方面的。总之,要提高思维能力和语言能力。层次不高的同学,更应利用好本册课本,找回落下的单词,短语和用法。那不是“努力”二字所能包含的。2d和3a要会背诵和默写。听力材料要熟读。2b要熟读,自选段落背诵。

教师方面:

二、教材分析

《新目标英语》八年级(下册),全书共有十个单元,另两个复习单元,每个单元都列出了明确的语言目标,主要的功能项目与语法结构,需要掌握的基本词汇,并分为A和B两部分。A部分是基本的语言内容,B部分是知识的扩展和综合的语言运用。每个单元还附有SELF CHECK部分,学生可用来自我检测本单元所学的语言知识。本教材各单元话题灵活,贴近生活实际。在本册书里要学习的一些语法知识点有:一般将来时、过去进行时、现在完成时、间接引语、时间状语从句、条件状语从句、反意疑问句等。同时每个单元后都提供了一篇阅读文章,用以训练学生的阅读能力,扩大学生的阅读量。

三、具体目标

1、认真钻研教材和课标,精心备课,认真上好每一堂课。确定每堂课的基础内容,预备内容和拓展内容,满足不同层次学生的不同需求。

二、教材分析

八年级英语是河北教育出版社出版的冀教版英语,教材编排有以下目的:

1.要使学生受到听、说、读、写、英语的训练,掌握最基础的语言知识和语言技能以及培养初步援用英语交际的能力;养成良好的外语学习习惯,掌握学习外语的基本方法;为进一步学习和运用英语打下扎实的基础。

三、教材重点、难点

本册教材从语音、词汇、语法、阅读等方面着手

1、语音教学 本册课本在上册的基础上进一步学习和运用音标和单词的发音规则,着重抓好学生的预习,自学能力。

2、词汇教学本册课本所要学习、掌握的单词约400个,另有固定搭配和习惯用语若干条,任务较重。

3、语法教学本册课本的语法教学项目有:动词过去完成时、过去进行时、情态动词、五种简单句的结构等。

4、阅读教学是重中之重,本册课本中的阅读课文比上学期难了很多,仍以对话为主,还有一些简单的短文。因此,提高学生的听说、表演对话的能力仍是本学期的一个教学重点,还应有一定的语法基础,具备相当的句子表达能力,能运用一定的词组和句型。

四、学情分析

从整体情况来看,学生英语基础较差,兴趣不高,甚至有部分学生的听说读写能力还不够一年级水平,所以在课堂教学时,出现有学生不守课堂规则,不愿听课、睡觉或是做与课堂无关事情的现象,这使得课堂难以调控,难以形成英语学习氛围。有少部分学生基础较好,自制能力较强,能认真听课,按老师要求完成各项任务,。总的来说,本班的英语教学具有挑战性,需要耗费不少时间和精力。

五、教学措施

1、依据学生基本情况,逐步激励学生对英语产生学习兴趣。

2、重视课堂教学质量,逐步提高学生英语交际能力。

3、有意识培养学生听力、表述、朗读、书写和作业的基本能力。

4、重视思维过程系统编排,由浅入深,由易到难,由已知到未知,循序渐进,点面结合,逐步扩展,循环往现,以加深影响。

5、特别注重阅读能力的培养。

初二阶段的英语教学工作十分关键,而这届学生英语底子薄,兴趣不高,在这种情况下,就需要更加深入地研究教材,根据学科特点及学生特点研究切实可行的课堂教学模式。努力探索适合学生特点、学生乐于接受的教学方法及模式。同时,要进行分层次教学。对于好的学生要加大知识的容量,拓展知识的层面,使好学生成绩更上一层楼;对于差生要因势利导,因材施教,使差生在原有的基础上有所提高。

六、教学进度
