影故事思考“究竟银行给社会提供了哪些安全便利的业务”从而就引出了新课内容。

在讲解新课的主教学过程中,我把电影续集 “傻根的幸福和烦恼 ”分为四个情境来完成:情境一:(课堂模拟傻根存钱)把课堂创设成为一个银行大厅,同学们就是银行的工作人员,老师扮演傻根的角色。就这样,傻根来到了银行大厅,想向银行的工作人员咨询存款业务的相关事宜。这时,老师启发学生思考:“如果你是银行的工作人员你会告诉傻根哪些信息?”通过这样的趣味性师生互动,充分发挥学生的主体作用,使学生深刻理解和掌握存款业务的含义。

情境二:“傻根贷款”:傻根回到老家后,想盖房娶个媳妇,可是现在物价上涨,六万块钱在农村根本盖不起一个房子,无奈之下,傻根就向银行提出了贷款申请。这时,银行的工作人员又应该告诉傻根哪些信息呢?

几年后,傻根家乡进行了新农村建设,傻根想和媳妇开家特色农产品连锁店,由于资金不足,于是他再次向银行提出了贷款申请,这次银行却拒绝了傻根的请求。请同学们想一想,以下哪个原因会导致银行拒绝傻根的请求。原来傻根之前还贷时没有按照贷款合同如期还款。看来他的开店梦只能延期了。

组织学生继续观察傻根生活的动向后,组织学生交流讨论:“情境中傻根先后向银行申请了哪种类型贷款?”“傻根的贷款会被银

行拒绝这说明诚信和贷款有什么关系?”学生通过这种参与合作式的教学过程,不仅掌握了贷款业务的含义和分类还理解了诚信在市场经济活动中的重要作用从而主动树立诚信价值观。

情境三:“傻根的发现”

傻根在多次存、贷款经验中发现,虽然每年的存贷款利率都有变化,但是相同期限内贷款利率是永远高于存款利率的。接着组织学生仔细分析银行业务流程图和存贷款利率表,同时启发学生思考“银行业务流程图和存贷款利率表说明了什么问题?存款业务和贷款业务在银行业务中的地位和作用是什么?”通过这样的分析探究活动带领学生理解存款业务的基础性作用和贷款业务的主体地位,揭示出贷款利息是银行利润的主要来源,同时培养学生合作探究能力。 情境四:(傻根汇款)几年后,傻根的店终于开起来了,生意还十分火爆,于是傻根就使用了很多银行提供的信用工具或服务来进行商业活动,如利用汇票和支票给原料商汇款和转账。但是对此,银行会收取一定的服务费用。

组织学生观看完情境后并讨论:“傻根汇款、转账属于银行的什么业务?这种业务的最大特点是什么?除了汇款和转账外,还有哪些现象也是属于这种业务的?”通过这种讨论活动引导学生掌握结算业务的特点和含义,提高学生分析经济现象的能力。

我的履职设想和责任措施是:抓住机遇,更新观念,深化改革,加快发展。

抓住机遇,西部大开发给贵州各地带来了千载难逢的发展机遇,如六盘水境内,已开工的盘南电厂及即将上马配套的响水煤矿、发耳电厂、等大项目的开工建设,能否拿到这些大项目关系到贵州分行未来的前途和命运。因此,必须集全行之力,在行党委的领导下,组建专门班子,落实专办人员,与省分行公司业务处紧密配合,上下联动,打破常规,特事特办,与投资方建立密切的合作关系,想尽千方百计把响水煤矿、发耳电厂等项目争办到手,确保成功营销贷款。把大项目的争办作为实现贵州省农行可持续发展,确保实现跨越式发展目标重中之重的工作。

根据现代商业银行的发展要求和贵州经济发展特点,用前瞻性的眼光,找准优势,敢为人先,积极拓展新业务,提高业务创新能力。建立“以市场为导向,以客户为中心,以效益为目标”的机构组织体系和营销机制,一是以创新和一体化营销为手段,公司业务突出抓“大”。贷款投向重点支持电力、交通、煤炭、城市基础设施、教育卫生等行业。支持好有竞争实力和发展前景好的非公有制项目,大力发展低风险的票据业务。个人金融业务重点抓“好”,以客户为中心,以市场为导向,提高个人金融业务的综合效益。住户金融业务努力做精。贷款重点放在优质房开企业的“精品”项目上,创品牌效益。坚持以个人住房贷款为主,逐步完善以按揭成效为主要调控手段的风险控制机制,有效规避风险。把住房贷款办成我行的精品信贷业务。存

款工作继续抓“实”,寻找新的存款来源,重点放在对社会经济状况和主要行业发展状况进行研究,加强与计委、经贸委、财政、工商等政府经济管理部门的联系,了解政府投资计划和投资项目情况,细分客户,制定发展计划,确保对公存款的增存。储蓄存款要充分发挥“亿元所”、“星级所”的辐射效应和示范作用。在抓好传统业务的同时,继续抓好代发工资业务,加大银行卡发卡力度,采取奖励措施,调动员工发卡的积极性。全面巩固,发挥几大综合应用系统功能,提升经营管理水平和整体竞争水平。二是全面实施“三年规划”工程,向存款要效益,向贷款要效益,向资金营运要效益,向中间业务要效益,向节约财务支出要效益。

尊敬的校领导,各位老师:

首先感谢校领导和各位老师对我女儿高源一年多的帮助和教导,让她在大学生活中充满了热情和力量,并且快速的适应了由高中转入大学的生活。

如今孩子已经大二,在过去的一年当中,孩子的进步有目共睹。经过大学相对独立的学习生活,孩子如今变的成熟很多,处理事情的方式也转变了许多,分析问题具有了独立的思考能力。尤其是专业方面,孩子由以前的懵懂到现在的成长,并且可以在幼儿园进行实习,同老师的教导有着密不可分的关系。

但是,作为家长,还是希望自己的孩子可以更进一步。

在教学问题上,我只是一个外行人,但是我还是希望老师可以对学生多一点道德教育,增加一些难点,不要让孩子以为进了大学就是进了天堂。现在的孩子,身上不知不觉的总是带着点傲气,希望老师可以严加管教,在走向社会时可以是一个有用的人才。

望子成龙,望女成凤。这是每个学生家长对孩子的期待。在父母心中,孩子的未来大过一切,做家长的不惜一切为孩子的成长做外围铺垫,就好比一株幼苗,如果没有园丁的辛勤浇灌,再优质的幼苗也无法长成参天大树。孩子的成长需要社会,家庭,学校来共同帮助,而老师就像是工程师,必不可缺。非常感谢辛勤的老师们,成为孩子成长路上的指路明灯。

在教学方面,还是希望可以具有针对性,可以对学生未来的职业竞争有一定的作用,强化孩子的专业知识。

在后勤管理方面,希望学校可以保证学生在校的安全,学生远离家庭,学校就成了能使父母安心的大家庭。

最后希望女儿可以学好专业课,努力发扬自己的优点,端正自己的学习态度,积极参加活动,希望校方可以多关心学习生活,创造良好的环境。
