3.做一做。
师：请袋鼠宝宝将袋子打开，铺平睡在上面，并将自己的肚子对着天花板。现在用自己的小手摸一摸自己的头，再用自己的脚去轻轻碰碰头（分左脚右脚）
师：现在再将自己的肚子对着袋子趴下来，我们要变成一架飞机，请把双手打开变成飞机的翅膀，再请把双脚收回去变成飞机的尾巴，用双手抓住手脚把自己的头高高的抬起，准备飞机起飞。
