英语=词汇+阅读能力

一． 单词记忆法：快速重复记忆法

快速重复记忆法的精要所在就是高速的阅读量与不断的重复，初学者应在3小时之内看完所有的四级词汇，最终目标是45分钟完成所有词汇。要素：1.看单词时心中将单词默念，同时看完后面的重要意思，重要的单词要写在作业本上，不必写汉语意思

2.背单词时要集中所有注意力，切记不可分心

3.本记忆法解决四级词汇需四周时间，每周任务如下： 第一周：每天将所有单词读三次

第二周：每天将所有单词读两次

第三周：每天将所有单词读两次

第四周：每天将所有单词读一次

如能按照上述要求去做，必能一月之内掌握四级词汇。

二． 语法学习

语法学习要掌握重点，知道大概，不必做过深研究，重点的语法能够掌握即可，英语语法大约有这么几类：主谓一致，倒装，时态，语态，虚拟语气，定语从句，名词性从句，语法我会专门抽时间给你做讲解 要素：语法的学习不是重点，了解大概即可，语法的学习是为分析句子结构服务的，即为阅读服务的。达到水平：能够在一个长句子里面找到主干部分。

三． 英语听力

方法：

1.听之前，抽出五分钟，浏览题，认真去看每个选项，猜想每个句子可能的语境，这样能够为正式听打下基础。

2.听时，要找准每个对话的重点词汇，不必每句话都听懂。这就要求平时练听力时注意这方面的训练，培养感觉，听力感觉很重要。所谓感觉就是你掌握了方法和一定的训练之后培养出来的一种能力。

3.听后，要迅速选择答案，如果不知道自己如何选择，凭自己的第一感觉，切忌拖拖拉拉，耽误下面的题目

总结：虽然方法重要，但是英语听力要想提高，还是的多听，不要觉得时间太短

不会有什么效果，其实只要你听了，就有效果。

四． 写作训练英语作为与汉语作文一样，要有一个固定的套路，最常用的套路是：三段式+几个优美句子+几个从句，只要按照这个套路走，便能得到比较理想的分数。

1.三段式

即整篇文章分成三个段落，第一段落要提出你所要表述的东西，第

一段落要简单短小，第二段落是分析所要论证的东西，一般从正反

面两个方向来表述，第二个段落是文章最重要的部分，一般要求

70字以上，第三段是陈述自己的观点，外加总结。

2.优美句子+从句

每一段的开头与结尾都必须有优美句子作为铺垫，优美的句子可以

从真题的作为范文中去寻找，然后自己总结，优美句子关键在于平

时的积累，如果优美的句子能与常用短语结合在一起，那就更完美

了。

从句是为了使文章更条理而且富有文采，一般会使用虚拟语气和定

语从句，如果一篇文章能够四五个这样的句子会相当不错。

五．阅读能力的提高

快速阅读+选词填空+大阅读（两篇）

阅读是四级分数比重最大，也是最难的一个部分，词汇很多，而且做题时间很短，这就要求平时一定要掌握正确的方法在量的基础上发生质变，提高阅读能力，下面的总结都是我知己摸索出来的，会给徒弟做一个详细的解释，希望你能够尽快掌握这种方法，我也会专门给你辅导。

1.快速阅读

快速阅读一共10个小题，时间是15分钟，今年四级与往年相比快

速阅读做了很大的改动，自认为是简单了，他要求从每个问题中找

到在文中对应的段落。

方法：先看题，先浏览所有的小题，然后从第一个小题出发从文中

找相应的段落，记住找的时候速度一定要快，不必知道讲的是什么，

只需找准题目对应的段落即可，针对这种情况，平时一定要控制时

间去练习，快速阅读命中率必须要在六成以上。

2．选词填空

选词填空是非常坑爹的一道题，建议放到最后，如果没有时间去做，

先通读全文，知道文章大概，选出简单的，不会的凭感觉选出即可。

3．大阅读（四级最难也是最重要的部分，共十个小题，时间15分钟） 学习方法总结如下：

（1）.写看题，用一分钟的时间把五个小题浏览一遍，画出你认为句子的关键词汇。

（2）.从一开始读文章，有题目涉及到的段落精读，没涉及到的段落略读，知道意思即可。当遇到题目的段落时，一定要仔细阅读，分析上下文。

（3）.大阅读最后要练到对七个以上。

总结：阅读理解需要很长的时间来学习，我会单门抽时间给你做复习，把所有的

方法教给你，这里有好多东西说不清楚，只做总结。

六． 翻译部分（汉议英）

翻译是今年新加的一道题，用来取代原有的完形填空，其学习方法与写作类似，关键是考语法与短语，平时要注意重点词汇与重点短语的

积累，翻译的时候一定要把重点词汇和重点短语翻译出来。

下面给出最佳90天四六级复习的八步法最佳安排：

第一步，（30天）《背单词、低强度模拟题、无意识翻短语表》。

准备一本四级单词手册，建议到书店购买新东方的四级大纲词汇乱序版（绿皮的），大概有30个单元的单词，每天背诵一个单元，1个月正好背会，仅仅会英译汉即可（认识即可）。可以在百度文库下载。

四六级改革后词组短语比单词要重要得多，听力复合式听写增加短语听写，这要求对听到的短语极其熟练，并且能清楚地听出连读和爆破音，如果仅仅是认识或者背过一两遍短语，那么不可能如此条件反射的听懂所读短语并且精确默写。而且不仅听力，阅读上仅仅看懂单词往往依然无法看懂句子，无法读懂文章，而且翻译、作文和复合式听写更需要较大短语量的支持。但是四六级常见短语有上千个，还有变形和异构体，应该是从你高考完事就开始背的，所以成功留给有准备的人！新东方给他们大二学生发的那个新东方短语表挺好用的，这个绝对是高频的短语，共两篇，一共720个。每天背30-40个，一共分20天正好背完。

模拟考试方法：开学后至少也要五天一套。四级题的做法是按照考场要求先答作文，限时30分钟，然后快速阅读，限时15分钟，然后答其他的，并控制总时间不超过2小时05分。绝对不可以中途发短信、看手机、上厕所、喝水、吃东西，不答作文和不计时答卷更是十分错误的做法，这也是这段文字我拟的标题是《模拟考试》而不是《做题》的原因。很多四六级考试失败的同学并不是没有努力备考，而是因为没有按照考试的时间和习惯进行模拟，导致考场上不习惯。人都有一个追求本能习惯的潜意识，就像熬夜学习的人不能起早、四点半吃晚饭的人七点吃饭会很饿一样，习惯发生变化就会导致不适应。你平常模拟题不写作文考场上让你写作文就会闹心，闹心就会影响成绩。而且通过平常的全真模拟，你会形成一套自己的答题模式，比如我在备考四级的时候发现125分钟的考试时间以我这么差的水平根本不能答完卷，但是如果舍弃一篇阅读就会导致不及格，而如果舍弃完形填空能够仍然保证过级，于是在考四级那天感冒了，头疼的厉害，注意力没法集中，就又出现了时间不够用的情况，所以根据平时经验，我舍弃了完形填空，发现成绩依然过线了。这也是让大家做完题要给自己批分的原因。要按照710分的模式批，百分制毫无意义。（建议详细研读后面标准分转化表部分）。

第四步，（28天）《继续背作文万能句、低强度模拟考试、反向记单词、单词测试、听力总攻》。

作文万能句反复复习，这一个月每天重头到尾读一遍！（记住，一定要每天读一遍，既然你看到这里了，就希望你能坚持，这套复习计划的特色就是环环相扣，效果叠加，哪个环节出现漏项，叠加效果就会消失！都影响整个复习成果的！记住，坚持方能创造奇迹！） 小规模的模拟考试，每周1-2套题，精改！做过的所有卷纸，都要用红笔详细的改好，我随便拿一张你做过的四六级卷纸问你一句话如果你不能给我翻译过来，那说明这套卷纸你改的不精。精改一套胜过略做十套，如果你改完的卷纸不是红笔满篇标记无数旁批若干的话，那说明你改的不细！这是十分致命的！

30天时间，反向记忆单词，每天1个单元，30天正好30个单元，这次是要求汉译英的！！不是认识就可以的，你做模拟题的时候其实就会发现，复合式听写的长句子写不出来很多时候都是因为单词拼写不会，你只背英译汉导致单词根本不会写，更不可能听出来，即使听出来也写不对。所以反向记单词这个环节切勿省去，否则别想答高分。

同时30天时间把新东方绿皮乱序版单词本后面的300道单词复习用的选择题做了，每天10道，详细改正，忘记的单词要认真回顾记忆。 听力的复习，

四六级听力要先做，做完对答案，错误的题目标记，但不写正确答案，然后不看原文再听，把打叉的题自己改过来，然后再看答案，看看哪些改对了，哪些没有改对，然后看原文听一遍，对照原文分析自己没听出的部分是什么原因，最后再次播放一遍，仔细体会刚刚没听出来的部分的发音方法和句子结构。四六级听力一般是不单独复习的，因为练习真题过程中以及每周答模拟题过程中都会有涉及的，但是如果你听力很差，也可以到书店买一些听力辅导书，四级听力和六级听力都有的，至于什么网上的四六级听力课程班，已经有多个人问我了，这个说实话辅导班确实是有效的，但更多的还要靠你自己，辅导班只是在网上教给你如何去听，如果你学习的自觉性比较差，或者希望别人规划你的听力复习，也可以考虑到新东方的收费课程，地址是新东方在线：http://www.daodoc.com/&userId=53140188 ;

第五步，（30天） 《持续进行模拟题训练、看做过的卷纸，读考前预测日志》

1、每周两套模拟题持续到11月底

第六步，阅读新题型听课

12,.2那天用心选一套模拟题按考试要求做完，使用标准答题卡，用涂卡笔涂卡，填图卡号姓名全真模拟，批分！然后利用6天时间批改，每天改一点，记住听力不能一天改完，要每天都改一部分。改完后全卷浏览，总结分析。

做过的卷纸，看错题，看标记的单词，能看多少看多少，由于大家的题量不同，不一定非得都要复习一遍，但是要不断翻，反复翻，周四78节体育课最好就请个假别去了，这样周四中午可以去抢图书馆，下午坐在图书馆里就来回翻吧，一遍一遍的翻！我空间里有一个日志《四六级即将开考，快来看看你的过级概率、快来看看冲刺方略》，看看这篇日志，它会教给你如何从做过的题目中思考归纳总结。新东方绿皮乱序版单词本后面的300道单词复习题在上一个环节已经都做完了，这环节最后两周就是好好看看这些题，每天看40道。

这一周的晚上，建议耳朵不要闲着，晚上22:30-23:00之间，把四六级真题听力拿出来裸听（就是不看原文，因为你已经都做过的了），主要是熟悉英语环境。

英语四六级考试实施710分制而不是百分制，过级分数线是426分即60%。（一般省份425分也算通过）。100分到710分两种分制之间有一个复杂的计算公式，需要参考标准分常模和考生排名，涉及很多函数还要考虑考正态分布。这个公式我们是很难弄懂的，所以暂时无需操心，考前我会在空间告诉大家如何批改自己的模考试卷计算自己的成绩。

下面有还有一些小误区，需要嘱咐：

1.英语四六级考试作文没有草稿纸，不能打草稿，必须直接写，平常模拟的时候习惯打草稿的同学，请尽快改掉这个习惯。

2.英语四六级考试作文是限时的，先发作文答题纸（即答题卡一），作文限时是30分钟，这期间你是看不到其他题目的，所以作文写太快是没有用的，写完你也不能干别的！所以考试总时间130分钟有30分钟是作文，剩余时间就很少了，不容乐观。

3.作文限时30分钟，但是25分钟的时候就发阅读的题了，只不过这个时候不允许翻看，作文限时结束后打铃或者老师口头宣布可以答阅读了，这个时候作文卡是不收回的。4.播放听力之前有试音时间和发答题卡二的时间（听力答题卡与之前不是一张卡，之前的答题卡一已经收走了），所以你有足够的时间读题，和你们说这个是因为好多人答模拟题的时候都是利用录音中度direction的时间看题，考试的时候多了一些时间却不知道怎么利用了，这个时候要全力集中看题！都读一遍也是时间足够的，但是要全力集中！这是决定听力胜败的命脉时刻！！

5、2012年12月22日，迎来了第三次全国四六级大改革，全国统一首用“多题多卷”形式。参加本月22号四六级考试的童鞋们注意了：本次考试首次实行“多题多卷”的考试形式，即在同一考场内使用多套试卷进行考试，每一套试卷的题目内容都不一样，是真正意义上的“多卷”。跟以往采用一套试题, 仅通过题目顺序变化实现“多卷”有所不同。考试时考生除按原有要求填（涂）答题卡上相关内容外，还须讲试题册封底上的条形码揭下，粘贴在答题卡二的相应框内，而且考生要在试题册封底指定位置填写姓名和准考证号，任何一个环节有误整个试卷作废。多题多卷的培训材料ppt已经发至本日志附件，请点击下载。

五个“动作”打造四六级最高分

第一招，看听力。四级听力的小对话，展示了一个个很实用的场景，用语很地道，如果考生能把历年来四级考题中的小对话全部跟读、模仿、背诵下来，那么你的口语一定会很溜。如果考生的中学基础还不是很牢固，考生还可以用它来进一步学习基本词汇、基本语法。此外，在听力部分，无论是小对话还是段子，都有少许生词，而这些词汇，如果考生能做到一听就懂，放在阅读中自然是一看就会，这些词汇将成为考生词汇大军中的“嫡系部队”，听、说、读、写、译，均可随时调遣，再以这些词为基本词汇，通过词根、词缀、同义、反义、形近、音似等多种方法，大幅度扩大词汇量。由此可见，招人不待见的四级听力，其实“浑身上下都是宝”。并且，听力题的文字答案是四级考试中最简单的一部分，以它为突破口，先看着它，认认真真把每一个单词都搞明白，每一个句子都弄懂，再多读几遍，然后一句一句地听写，找出自己听不懂的地方和下笔写时拿不准的单词，多查字典，多问老师，再跟着录音多读，直至背过。这样，两套题下来，听力将会有质的飞跃，词汇量也会猛增数百。并且，多背诵句子、短文，对作文也大有裨益。

第二招，听写听力。此时，就不要先看文字答案了，要直接一句一句的听写，听不懂、写不出的地方，多听几遍，再根据音标查一查辞典，还可以看一看选择项，找一点线索。实在写不出来，就先放它一马，但要留出位置，做出标记。一套题听写完了，再对一下答案，最好用另一种颜色的笔，标出写错的和没有写出来的部分。再分析一下没有听写出来或听写错误的原因，是连读、弱读、失音、混同还是由于英音与美音的差别，然后跟读、背诵。听写记录一定不能扔了，它不仅铭刻着考生征战四级途中的每一个脚印，并且是考生以后复习的好材料。如此再认真学上十套题，听力中的18分可收入账下。

第三招，造作文。找到四级每一套考题后面所附的范文，在把文章结构弄懂、每一个词、每一句话都搞明白的基础上，一定要背熟。它可以进一步巩固基本语法、扩大词汇量。十几篇下来，自己再操练一下，尽可能地运用自己已经背的很熟的词汇和句子，然后检查一下错误。练上几篇，一定会在考试时思如泉涌，十来分钟后，一篇佳作跃然纸上。过完以上两招，听力与作文即可稳拿30分，四级及格已胜利在望。

第四招，抠阅读。不要求快，要知道，要想做到一目十行，必先十目一行。阅读也要像听力一样，一句一句的抠，每一个词都要弄懂，甚至要把印刷错误也揪出来，然后熟读，能背过若干篇更好。在此过程中，可以大幅度提高词汇量，并且，由于所背的单词有具体的语境，印象也深。此外，还可以练就一身较高的语法功力。阅读中的句子，尽管较长，但仔细分析一下，不外乎比中学英语课文多了几个从句、几个非谓语动词、几个介词词组而已。这样认认真真抠上50篇4级阅读文章，阅读拿下30多分，不在话下。此外，词汇也会上涨一千有余。

第五招，滤单选。先做上一遍，找出做错的和拿不准的，一个题一个题的弄懂，一句一句的读熟，遇上生词，要和阅读中的生词一视同仁，立刻收入单词本并且招至账下。

上面的五招是按照考试的答题顺序进行临阵突击复习的。在考四级前把四级单词快速扫一遍，挑出还不认识的，多读几遍对考试是很有帮助的，考试前最重要的是对以前所学习的知识进行巩固。

四.四级长难句

（1）长难句的词汇和语法结构 1）词汇：核心词汇+普通词汇 2）语法结构

1.定语、同位语、表语、宾语、状语； 2.并列结构 3.插入语 4.倒装； 5.强调；

6.省略：分词作定语，独立主格结构；例如;if time permits ,we would do it better !省略形式：Time permiting ，we would do it better ！【如果状语从句的主语不一样，可以保留这个句子的主语，同样对后面的动词发生形式变化。】

五.关于四级词汇的学习

（一）.词缀词缀记忆法

（1）词根词缀的记忆技巧--通过已知学未知 例如：spirit 烈酒，精神；inspire v.吸气，inspiration n.灵感，expire expiredtime；Genesis is one percent of inspirition and ninetynine percent of perspirtion。God ble you ！愿上帝保佑你！

（2）了解一个词的根本含义 minute （一分钟）分； minor未成年人， minority 少数民族；junior high school 初中。senior high school高中；Ministry 部，min—任何事物的最尖端， （3）拼写错误 convenient 方便的，便利的；separate v.分离，分开；

（二）相似词的记忆：

（1）型似词的记忆法：

a.最无聊的型近，pray 祈祷；prey 捕食，捕猎；（e可以用eat 记忆捕猎）

b.从后往前看都一样 Lump 青春痘，肿块， dump 垃圾堆，jump 跳 tump 水泵 （词根-ump） c.从前往后看都一样 cannon n.加农炮，can n.罐头

candy n.糖果，candle n.蜡烛 canal n.运河 canoe n.独木舟 ,（can-有管子的意思），sneeze n。打喷嚏，（sn--往往跟鼻子有关），snwore n.打呼噜，snoopy n.偷窥，

（2）意近词的记忆法：changed greatly 变化大，had god a lot of changes 变化大，dramatically 戏剧性的，radically 根本地，drastically 激进地，completely 十分，完全地，savorily entirely 完全地，one hundred percent 变化大，

（3）同类词的记忆 April 四月，August 八月.....march 三月，Monday Tuesday mars 火星， march 长征 行军，long march 长征，monitor 班长，grade 班级，aphrolite aphrodite 金星 美女性感之神，lava venus金星， volcano 火山，be at volcano kewpie 四六级答案规律

1.ABCD分布均匀。即：20个阅读理解，ABCD基本上是个5个但近年来出现4664的分布，只有一次出现了8个D

2.不可能出现3个答案相同的，例如：AAA这样的答案一般来说是有问题的。

3.词汇题是ABCD7887，最多的可以达到9个。如果出现了10个C很有可能有问题。

4.听力题，前面十个听到什么就不要选什么，后面十个听到什么选什么。

5.作文应该是图表题。切忌使用“There is................”.\"I think that.............\"这样的句子。

快速阅读要求考生在15分钟内完成一篇1200字左右的文章和后面的10道题。前面7个题是判断正误(包括NOT GIVEN)，后3个是填空题(答案基本都是原文中出现的原词)。从文章的篇幅和题目的设置都让我们感觉到，考生在复习阶段必须有意识地培养快速阅读能 力，以便有效地应对这个部分的测试。

一、逻辑关系在快速阅读中的运用

快速阅读理解能力的提高是有一定方法可循的，为此我们首先提示考生应该尤其注意文章逻辑关系在快速阅读中的运用。逻辑关系散布在文章的句子内部、句句之间、以及段落之间。最基本的逻辑关系有以下几种：

1、因果关系：as a result ，therefore，hence，consequently，because, for, due to, hence, consequently等等。

2、并列、递进关系：and, or, then，in addition，besides，in other words，moreover等等

3、转折关系：however，but, yet, in fact等等。

这些我们其实已经很熟悉的逻辑提示词在文章中起的效果，并非仅仅是衔接文章的句子，从阅读的角度来看，其实同时在给我们某种提示，告诉我们哪些句子是有效信息，相对重要的信息，哪些信息是相对不重要的信息，因为我们在处理文章的时候，有一条清晰的思路，你不是为了完整翻译文章而进行阅读，而是为了获取主旨来阅读。

例如：You have just finished your meal at a fast food restaurant and you throw your uneaten food, food wrappers, drink cups, utensils and napkins into the trash can.You don‟t think about that waste again.On trash pickup day in your neighborhood, you push your can out to the curb, and workers dump the contents into a big truck and haul it away.You don‟t have to think about that waste again, either.But maybe you have wondered, as you watch the trash truck pull away, just where that garbage ends up。

我们注意到，在该段尾部出现了“But”。这里的“But”，说明作者陈述的内容的逻辑主旨发生了变化，因此，转折逻辑词之前的信息就变得不重要了，简单的处理方法是可以仅保留阅读转折词之后的信息。
