俗话说，希望是自信的动力，自信是胜利的源泉。马，只有跑过千里，才能知其是否为良驹;人，只有通过竞争，才能知其是否为栋梁。海阔凭鱼跃、天高任鸟飞。 我坚信，学生会的工作锻炼中，一只稚拙的雏鸟必将长起丰满的双翼;我坚信，通过今天的洗礼，明天必将受益匪浅!任何话说得再多都没有意义，只有行动才敢证明一切。我将会用自己的实际行动来证明自己的实力。希望各位学哥学姐能给我一个展示自己才华的机会。

三、学生干部培训常态化，强调人才交流、培养及延续 我们学生干部不是一定要有较强的工作能力，需要不断地指导和培训。要把学生干部培训作为一种常态化机制来抓，要将学生会所有人都列入培训范围；要切实开展包括学生会全体人员、部门人员、部长级人员等在内的培训工作；培训的内容和形式一定是创新的、有实际意义的，对学生干部的工作一定能够起到积极作用的。

四、改变生活部的工作状态

新学期里，我系的卫生工作将面临新的挑战，在这一学期里，卫生区域将有所扩大，

严肃寝室纪律，组织部内人员轮值检查卫生，纪律，就寝情况，适当的搞寝室美化大赛，寝室联谊活动，让同学们都得到最好的生活环境；

联合校勤工助学优先安排困难同学的兼职工作，让困难同学感受到“一方有难，八方支持”的温暖；

联合学习部组织过欠学分过多同学，帮助他们开展找原因，查过错，向前进的活动；联合体育部组织趣味体育活动，如踢毽子，跳绳，拔河等，特别要给那些不擅长体育的学生一个最好的参与机会；

We will never forget our freshman year at college.In general it is a time filled with anticipation, some anxiety, and wonderful discoveries.
