（一）
一、关于试卷分析
创设试卷的策略思想
本次命题体现素质教育要求，加强考试内容与学生生活实际的联系，重视对学生运用所学的基础知识和技能的考查。试卷中把学生必须掌握的基础知识作为重点考查的内容，如：听力题的一题、二题；笔试题的一题、二题等，因为这些知识的掌握能更好地为今后的学习打下坚实的基础。小学英语确立以听说能力的培养为主要目标，读写跟上的原则，试卷从教材教学要求和学生的实际水平出发，着重考查学生听力、理解、运用语言的能力，突出语言的交际功能。在试卷的设计上，增加了对学生活用语言能力的考查。如：听力题

四、五题等。试题难易适度，题型灵活多样，有利于提高学生学习英语的兴趣，促进学生乐学，善学。
试卷考查的内容

失分情况
听力题第二大题听音选词第一小题失分较多，A.readB.rideC.pa正确答案为B，一些学生没有分清read和ride,所以选错了。笔试部分第一题将单词补充完整，有的需要填一个字母，有的需要填两个字母，有些学生是不会拼写单词失分了，有些学生是马虎了，只填一个字母失分了。笔试题第三大题第三小题失分较多，学生不知道now的位置。还有第五题单项选择，对题率为70%错误的原因是多方面的。如特殊疑问词的运用，句意不理解，第三人称单数的运用等。
对学情的分析
（1）从卷面反映出85%以上的学生学习态度端正，学习习惯良好，答卷书写较以前工整、干净、认真、规范，学生良好行为习惯的养成教育和学习基本功训练效果显著。
（2）基础题型普遍完成较好，如听音选图、看图判断学生的得分都较令人满意。
（3）学生对单词补充的选择，都较以前进步不少，有60%-65%的同学能顺利完成。
（4）试卷表明，学生对句子的意思不能完全掌握，透视出学生掌握的词汇量有限。
考前预测与结果基本相符，尤其是基础题的得分率与预先估计的十分相像，这说明我们的教学夯实了基础，抓住了重点。排词组句四道题中有两道是书中句型，学生完成很好，另两道句型相似，改了单词，有些学生不会变通，这是事先未想到的。
对教学成败的分析
教学中注重正确的语音输入，创设情境理解语意，加大基础知识的训练力度，才使得本次考试得到了较好的成绩。学生掌握了基础知识，但还不能灵活运用；知识面狭窄，缺乏一定的生活常识；语言综合运用能力较差；以上这些还有待于在今后的教学中得到加强。

注重培养学生良好的听、说、读、写的习惯，把习惯变成能力。按《课程标准》所规定的有关五级听的要求，加大听力训练量。在教学中不仅要培养学生的听力技能技巧，还要扩大听力资源，使学生能尽可能多的获取语言输入量，使其听力水平逐步提高。

3.审题能力有待提高。有少数学生学习习惯差，特别是在认真读题上，不少学生老是匆匆读题急于做，以至于不按要求做题，不认真而导致失分。
4.学生的书写习惯不太好，如：单词字母书写不规范，大小写错误，字迹潦草、凌乱、卷面不整洁等。
5．学生的书面表达中中国式的英语较多，拼写错误也较多，在日常教学中如何对学生进行有效的写的训练仍是教师需要考虑的问题。
（二）对策及建议
1.个人的专业知识和教学技能有待提高，缺乏教学经验和教学技能,课堂教学的实效性较低，课堂上的学生听力训练。
2.提高课堂教学效率，精讲多练,提高学生学习英语的兴趣和效率。加强对单词的认知，达到听、说、读、写、默；加强对句型的背诵，强抓过关并落实到每个学生；加大阅读量，在平常的教学及练习中，注重阅读理解解题技巧方面的训练，提高其答题能力。
3、强化阅读，正确引导，开阔视野。随着《课程标准》的实行，对学生在阅读方面的要求越来越高。而中考对考生阅读理解能力的考查，已由过去的浅层考题过渡到找出短文主旨、推断深层涵义、文中细节和猜词解义，特别要注重语篇和应用。为此，在初中阶段必须适应这一要求，加大阅读量，提高阅读速度，提高考生的阅读理解水平，而且要帮助考生掌握阅读技巧。
4、循序渐进，加强训练，提高写作技巧。在课堂教学中，教师按“句---段---篇”的训练程序，由易到难，循序渐进。在平时的训练时，要分阶段进行，有内容，有侧重。要学生学会谋篇布局的能力，找准切入点。要学会互评作文。同时教师应加强辅导，帮助学生掌握一些写作技巧，注意书写习惯，增强写作信心，从而提高学生的写作能力。
5.经常对自己的教学进行反思，并使之成为一种职业习惯。教师要形成读书学习与反思的习惯,增强研究意识,以研究者的眼光审视、分析和解决自己在教学实践中遇到的真实问题,克服被动性、盲目性。这对自己的教学会有更深的思考和提高。
6.在提高学生综合运用能力的同时，加大对优等生的培养和对后进生的监管力度，培优补差，缩小两极分化。要设法创设交流活动情景，以激发学生的学习兴趣，引导学生积极参与语言实践活动，培养学生自主学习的能力。

2013-2014上学期期中考试质量分析
本张试卷没有听力，笔试部分考试共一百分。主要考察了学生对英语的运用能力。以点盖面的考察了学生在本学期的英语学习情况。
本次考试，学生的整体成绩不是很尽如人意。本次考试及格率为
68.33%，前25%的平均分为94.07分，中间50%的平均分为77.22分，后25%的平均分为27.07分。两极分化依然比较严重。
第一、三题主要考察学生对单词的掌握程度。学生失分较少，但依然有一部分学生对个别单词记不准，今后在单词依然需要多加强。
第二、
四、
五、六题通过考查学生对句子的掌握情况，学生对课文中出现的原句子的印象较为深刻，但是一经变化，学生就不理解，说明学生对句子的掌握依然不够牢固。在第五大题的选择题中，考察的知识点主要还是在前三单元出现过的如单复数问题，固定搭配问题，还有就是词组的使用。通过本题的训练，说明学生对单复数的掌握依然很薄弱，需要加强。对特殊疑问词依然不理解，在今后需要不断的加强训练。
第七题是连词成句题。本题是学生失分较多的题型。在平时的训练中，应该加强学生对本题的训练。让学生找对方法，灵活使用课文中学过的句子，逐渐学会举一反三。
第八题为阅读理解题，本题的出题有点欠缺，从而造成学生在阅读理解方面的困扰，成为学生模棱两可的失分点。代词指代不明。本题难度较大，学生理解起来比较困难。
第九题为作文题。本题虽然为简单描述朋友题，虽然在平时训练中，已经让学生不断的做过此类的练习，但是在四年级的卷子上依然是难度系数相当高的题。但有一部分学生的写作能力超乎我的想象，说明学生的潜能还是很大的。
通过本次考试，我觉得今后应该从以下几个方面改进学生的学习情况：
（1）从平时的课堂教学做起，严格要求教师和学生，加强学生对基本单词的记忆和理解。
（2）在课堂教学中，应该灵活运用各种形式，调动课堂教学的积极性，让学生充分融入课堂，充分理解课文的基础上能够做简单的变通。
（3）通过定期定量的作业批改，加强学生写的训练。在大量的书写练习中巩固学生学到的基础知识。

毫无疑问，多听为上。一般而言，听力有精听、泛听和带着问题去听等方法。通常情况下，发音不准确的学生在听到标准英语的时候往往听不明白，甚至认为磁带中读错了。所以，想提高听力，可以”发音”和”多听”双管齐下。
单项选择：分值（15-20分）
很多学生在做语法题的时候通常以曚为主抄为辅。归根结底反映的就是学生的基本功不扎实。而单项选择主要考察了学生对于小学英语单词,短语,句型的综合掌握程度.一般以考察冠词the的用法;某些短语的固定搭配,例如in, on, at在时间前的用法;句型的时态用法(一般现在,一般过去,现在进行时三大部分).
完形填空：分值（10-15分）

阅读理解：分值（10-20分）
阅读理解和词汇量的大小直接挂钩，逻辑和推理分析能力对这种题型
也有很大的关系。所以提高词汇量是当务之急。目前小升初阅读理解的题型大致有以下三种：
1.四选一。就是A.B.C.D四个选项中选择一个。
2.T/F.判断对错题，也就是ture or false.
3.任务型阅读。这种题目难度较大，需要学生用英文把答案写出来，而不是单纯的进行选择。这种题型需要注意的是，如果能用yes和no来回答的，就不需要再扩充答案，以免出现拼写语法等错误而失分。但是如果是用why来提问，那么回答一定要用because，而且需要用完整的句子。

一、整体分析。
对于本次考试，大多数学生能够认真对待，八年30,班，参加考试的学生有48人，80分以上的学生有5人，优秀率为10.4%，及格人数为20人，及格率为42%， 八年31班参加考试的学生为52人，80分以上的学生有8人，优秀率为15%；及格人数为22人，及格率为42.3%；总体来看，这两个班级的英语成绩不是理想。
二、逐题分析。
1、听力（20分）
本次考试中，大多数学生听力完成的较其他的内容较好，有得满分的同学，但由于对于听力内容训练的较少，还有一部分学生的英语基础较差，很多学生听不清或听不懂句子。在本次的听力试题中，第一题扣分比较多，因为对于此种题型，学生仅见过一次，因此有些平时学习较好的学生在这道题扣分的也比较多。
2、选择填空（20分）
这道题主要考察学生对于基础知识的掌握情况，包括的范围比较广，综合性比较强，但由于学生对于基础知识的掌握不扎实，因此对于这道题，学生答的不好，得分率也不高。尤其是一些优等生在这道题失分也不少，看来对于学生基础知识还应该常抓不懈。
3、词汇（15）
对于词汇的掌握本来就是他们的弱项，很多学生虽然也知道词义，但却达不到灵活运用，代词宾格、主格的用法，动词的各种形式变化，名词的单复数等都没有明确掌握。还有的同学这道题根本就什么都写不上。
4、根据汉语完成句子 （10分）
对于一些固定短语掌握的还是不够扎实。丢分较多。对于动词的形式掌握不扎实。
5、补全对话。（10分）
对于这种题型，学生本来掌握的还可以，可是对于这篇对话，有相当多的同学没有弄明白意思，因此丢分比较多。
6、完形填空。（10分）
这种题型主要考察学生综合语言的运用能力，平时丢分就多，这一次也是一样。
7、阅读理解 （30分） 学生从文章、对话及图片中获取信息的能力较弱。英语阅读能力较差，因此，丢分比较多。
8、作文（10分）
这次的作文主要存在两个问题，一个是学生字迹普遍不工整；一个是能力差，根本就无法完成作文，写了很多内容可是对的句子却不多，有的人甚至一个字都没写。
三、存在的问题
此次考试成绩是差强人意的，主要有以下几点原因：
1、课堂上教师在讲解知识点和学习方法时，没有找到适当的方法让学生很好的理解和运用知识；教师带学生复习的方法和时间都有所欠缺；课后对学生的关注不够；
2、学生在课堂上的听课效率不高，课后没有认真复习及背单词；大部分学生的学习积极性不高，依赖性较强；对所学知识点不懂得基本不发问，学习比较被动；认真背单词的学生又对知识的运用能力较差，不会举一反三；学生在考试时审题不认真，在答题时不讲究技巧。
3、学生学习不够认真，最后的复习阶段，相当多的学生连练习题都不能按时完成，他们的学习态度直接影响了学习的效果。
四、今后的教学建议和教学对策
1、加强理论学习，学习新课程标准，理解新课程标准的要求，了解和研究新的评价机制和命题思路。同时要不断提高教师自身的语言素质。
2、从试卷分析中我们可以看出，基础知识是我们教学的重点，也是学生的弱点，在各种考试中，基础知识都是考查的重点。我们对词汇、短语、句型和语法等基础知识的教学不能仅仅停留在让学生机械记忆阶段，单词、短语的听写 和背诵固然必不可少，但更应注重把词汇教学融入特定的语言环境中，强调对基础知识的理解和运用。
3、要重视词汇教学。单词是教学的重点，只有打好了词汇的基础，才有可能在阅读、写作等方面驾驭自如。但在词汇量较大时，要把握好教学的尺度，重点检测基础词汇，对不同类型的单词，可以有不同的要求，避免学生负担过重，失去学习英语的兴趣。可以适当补充一些构词法的知识来帮助学生记忆单词。
4、加强基础语法知识的教学。语法知识是为使用语言服务的，学习语言的最终目的是为了使用它，现在考查使用语言能力的题目越来越多，尤其在语境中的考查，已经成为各种考试中常见的题目。例如：一般现在时、人称代词、介词、频度副词、名次复数词尾变化和冠词等。学生在这份试卷中相关的语法知识考查题中出现的错误较多。 这就要求我们教师在教学中要善于在语境中教授语法知识，让学生掌握在不同的语境中使用的不同的语法知识，而不是单纯地教授死的语法规则。
5、加强学生阅读能力的培养。阅读能力的考查是英语考查的重要部分，因此，从初一就开始训练学生的阅读能力是很有必要的。老师要充分利用教材中的每个语篇对学生进行阅读训练，不同的题材可以使用不同的阅读方法，让学生掌握正确的阅读技巧会起到事半功倍的效果。阅读能力是长期训练的结果，一定要持之以恒。
6、科学合理地使用教材。教师应该首先科学合理地利用好教材使学生掌握一定的英语基础知识和听、说、读、写技能，形成一定的综合语言运用能力。
7、加强学生审题能力和答题技巧的指导，还要规范学生的书写。
8、在教学过程中教师应面向全体学生，关注不同层次学生的学习状况，应根据新课程标准和课本的要求，把握课堂教学的最低目标，以保护每一个学生学习英语的积极性。因此，教师应鼓励学生积极、主动地参与课堂教学，帮助学生找到适合自己的英语学习方法，为今后的学习和发展打下坚实的基础。
五、后5%个别学生分析。
对于这部分学生存在着一个共同的特点，他们普遍在平时的学习中对自己要求不严格，上课不听讲，课后不能按时完成作业，即使完成也大多是应付了事，对于英语的学习缺乏兴趣，对自己不负责任，这通过他们的答题情况就可以看出 来，他们只要是要求写单词的部分，根本连看都不看，听力内容还没放完，他们的答案早已经出来了，英语试题答十分钟就想交卷。针对这部分学生主要是加强他们的学习意识，让他们从自身想去学，否则这类学生随着年级的增高会越来越多。
