一、书信

书信我们分为两部分：信封和内容。

1、信封的写法。

英语信封上的地点名称由小到大，视其长短可占二至五行不等。

三、通知

书面表达步骤

1）课标语言技能五级目标中对写的要求是：能独立起草短文、短信等，并在教师的指导下进行修改；能使用常见的连接词表示顺序和逻辑关系；能简单描述人物或事件；能根据所给图示或表格写出简单的段落或操作说明。

2）中考书面表达试题的话题是课标规定的话题，所需用的语言基础知识，是以初中学过的最基本的词汇与句式为出发点。通过让考生用英语描述自己的生活或学习体验，来检验他们的创造性运用语言的程度。通过测试反映出不同层次的学生都有话可说。要写好书面表达主要应把握好：主题鲜明性，语言的得体性和寓意的连贯性。

◆认真审题，明确题目要求表达的中心思想和反映这一中心思想的全部内容要点和深层结构，分析研究题目和给出的材料的真实意义，推导出短文的主题思想和内容要点。
