1.美食

It cannot be denied that there are many delicious foods in Huainan.But when mention cates or special food, the first thought of my mind is tofu and Huainan beef soup.Now I want to have a brief introduction about the two kinds of food.

Tofu, I think when I mention it, many people may laugh at me.Is it a cate? I can see it everywhere.It’s so common.But I can be sure to tell you, in Huainan, tofu is not just a simple ingredient, but also a kind of culture.If you come to my hometown, I will show you a tofu feast.At present, Huainan tofu products have as many as dozens of species, more than 30 kinds of cooking methods, and it can make more than 400 kinds of dishes.Huainan tofu is like a treasure, just like jade board.Huainan beef soup is also a famous specialty.The material are exquisite, it must take the cattle of Huai River as raw material and using the ox bone to boil soup.And it only uses homemade butter to made red oil.Ah, the beet soup looks fine and tastes good.It is so delicious! In my opinion, the most representive university of Huainan is anhui university of science and technology(安理工)，although it is just a college of the second rank.The university was founded in 1945, covers an area of 1400 mu with three campuses.So why I said it is the most representive?

First, the most famous major is blasting, which can reach the top ten of the national university in this major.It has close contacted with our local resources.Huainan is rich in coal, coal-mining is also a hot industrg.And blasting is a neceary part in coal-mining.Second, I don’t want to say that, but most of the students in this university is local residents.It supplies more and more outstanding graduates to local coal-mining, decreasing the probability of the coal accidents, we have to thank it deeply.There are also many other colleges in Huainan, for example, Huainan normal university (淮师院)，huainan union university(淮南联大).but I think we should have a long-term sight, to build more high level universities, and cultivate more talents to contribute to our hometown.

4.历史：

I come from a beautiful city named Huainan ,Which is located in the north of Anhui as Province as an important center city Huainan is a young city, built in 1952 with an area of 259,6square kilometers and the population of 2,425,000.In Xia and Shang Dynasty,

Huainan is part of “Huai Yi”.in the following years ,it had different names and

belonged to different counties .it is until the March of 1949,The people’s Republic of China decided to set up the Huainan City.And in January,1977,Fengtaibecame part ofHuainan .in july ,2004,孔店乡、三和乡and the othe five towns were included in Huainan City .From then on,Huainan has become the city ,it administers 5 districts and 1 county.As the city which has the most areas in Anhui Province, it has the local legislative power and it is a very beautiful city..

高一学生正处在世界观形成时期，他们是“成人的身躯，少年的心理”，情感摇摆不定，自我意识相当强烈。为了表明他们“大人”的独立性，往往以自我为中心，一方面强烈要求信任他们，理解他们；一方面又出现了否定老师，否定家长及他人的心理倾向。他们使命感强，责任心差，“对人严，对己宽”，稍不如意，就会采取过激行动，并不顾及后果。他们常常原谅甚至美化自己的缺点错误，强词夺理；看问题片面，不少学生不会辩证地看问题；眼高手低，有出人头地的愿望，却又不愿付出艰辛的努力。他们最缺的还是自我控制能力，比如玩游戏不能节制，自习课偷听音乐，明知高一不是谈恋爱的时候，可就是经不住诱惑等等。这种不稳定的心理状态，具有向两个方向发展的可能：一是向创造性、建设性的自我实现方向发展，为社会作贡献；二是走向极端的、过激的危害社会的方向。我们班主任必须加强引导，避免出现第二种可能。

本学年我担任高一一个班的班主任，并教这个班的语文课。为了有利于学生的自我实现，针对所带班级学生的心理状态，高一开学初，我就制定了这一年的工作目标：调动一切积极因素，化消极因素为积极因素，培养学生的进取心，让学生生活在希望之中，从而逐步增强班集体的凝聚力。

进取心，是一种立志有所作为的精神，是一颗希望之星，是一首奋进的歌。作为学生，也许学习能力有强弱之分，品德修养有高下之别，但他必须有一颗进取之心。如果没有进取心，他的学习和工作就缺少动力，看不到希望，甚至消极厌世，生活也将暗淡无光；相反，如果有了进取心，那么他就有了一种积极的生活态度，易于树立远大理想，并为之努力奋斗，也就有可能无往而不胜。因此，千方百计地保护学生的进取心，竭尽全力地培养学生的进取心，这是我们每一位教育工作者义不容辞的责任。为此，我作了一些工作：重鼓励，施行心理关怀。这是一种新兴的教育思想，也是我们培养学生进取心的重要原则。从本质上说，高一学生大多具有积极向上的天性，倾向于充实、发展自己。他们渴

望被欣赏，被鼓励，被赞美。作为教师，我们对学生施行心理关怀，从精神上、心理上关怀学生，鼓励、表扬、奖励学生，有助于满足学生的正常心理需要，培养学生的进取心，使他们拥有成功的体验，拥有足够的自信与自尊，他们便有可能发挥出自身的潜能，不断取得成功，甚至创造出奇迹。施行心理关怀，要纠正两种偏向：一是无原则地赏识学生。当你走进现在的课堂就会发现，到处充满着老师对学生的赏识，“不错”、“真棒”之类廉价的表扬、赞美不绝于耳，甚至学生把题答错了有的老师也称“答得好”，还怂恿其他学生为其鼓掌。这种无原则的赏识，虽然比辱骂好，但它混淆了正确与错误的界限，不利于培养学生的是非观念。同时，高中学生大多明白事理，廉价表扬无益于培养学生的进取心，因此要做到表扬有据，“表扬值得你表扬的”。二是放弃批评。现在流行一种观点，叫做“学生永远是对的”。我以为这话言之太过，不仅违背了客观实际，而且违反了教学相长的起码原则。如果学生永远是对的，那就是说教师随时有可能是错的，那学生来学校干什么？是来教老师的吗？因此，学生不可能永远是对的，教师绝不能放弃批评。施行心理关怀，也不是不要批评，而是要恰当地批评。鲁迅在《未有天才之前》一文中说：“恶意的批评家在嫩苗的地上驰马，那当然是十分快意的事；然而遭殃的是嫩苗——平常的苗和天生的苗。”这说的是文学批评的事，我以为也完全适用于教育。对有缺点错误的学生，如果一味贬斥，肆意讽刺挖苦，痛快谩骂，就不仅达不到纠错的目的，而且容易损伤学生的自尊心，使之产生逆反心理，甚至将人逼到生命的绝路。如果善意地动之以情，晓之以理，或者把批评变成“如果怎样做，你会更好”，就会使学生在不足中看到长处，从失败中看到希望，既接受批评，又不失其上进的勇气。因此，我在教育教学中，始终坚持正面教育，对学生施行以鼓励为主的心理关怀，发掘学生身上的优点，抓住学生的闪光点，及时表扬，恰当使用批评，收到了较好的效果。

定班规，树立进取意识。一年来，我们制定和完善了《高一（10）班纪律管理办法》《高一（10）班组长职权》《高一（10）班表彰奖励办法》《高一（10）班班干部轮流值周制度》《高一（10）班值日生演讲制度》《高一（10）班安全制度》《高一（10）班卫生制度》。这些班规，不仅理顺了班干部、团干部、课代表、组长、学员之间的关系，而且规定了职务的升降，优劣的奖惩，避免了班主任凭个人好恶行政，有利于树立学生的竞争意识和进取意识。

办报纸，激发进取热情。一年来，我组织学生办过4期《天泉文学报》。为了调动全班每个同学的积极性，每期报上每个同学都有一篇文章发表。根据我的体会，文学报一定要办得有档次，有水平，有吸引力，适合高中生的审美情趣。我教学生办的文学报都是每期一个印张（即一张《人民日报》那么大），由我设计版式，请专业人员排版，请正规印刷厂

用60克胶版纸或80克书写纸精心印制。既然是文学报，体裁就要尽可能完备。我们的《天泉文学报》每期包括4版：一版是杂感随笔，二版是小说，三版是散文，四版是诗歌。此外，既是文学报，就一定要有文学味，绝不能停留在一般作文的水平上。每期印600--1000份，我们向全国各地报刊和教育行政主管部门、新闻出版管理部门寄去100多份，向学校领导、各科室、语文老师、高一各班送出100份，班里每位同学一人一份，家长一份，剩下的按一份一元的成本价卖给校内同学。多的时候卖过600多份。这学期学校领导不让买了，我们就白送。每位同学都参与了卖报、送报的活动。不久就收到了市教育局领导发来的短信“寄来的文学报收到，谢谢！看得出您教的学生都很优秀。”其实他不知道，我教的是普通班的学生，学生的文章也是经多次修改才有那个样子的。廖晨雅的《好学生小可》及我的评语，发表在成都《今日中学生》杂志2007年一二期合刊上。今年4月，美国高中学生来我校交流，我们送给他们文学报，他们高兴地收下，每人还写下了一句热情洋溢的赞语，说是虽然读不大懂，但看起来好像是艺术。试想，当一份格调高雅，内容新颖，设计精巧，印制美观的《天泉文学报》展现在你面前时，你会是什么感觉？至少是眼前一亮吧？如果这份报上登有你用心写的作品，你又会是什么感觉？难道你不会怦然心动而产生愉悦之情吗？同学们正是这样，当他们每次看到自己的作品登在报上时，那种劳而有得，劳而有功的喜悦和幸福之情，真的无法形容。上期报刚印出来，又开始为下期报组稿，同学们生活在期盼和希望之中，文章一篇比一篇写得好，进取的热情经久不衰。

搞活动，展示进取能力。有调查显示，在下列情形下，学生的身心容易进入最佳状态：当学生有兴趣时，自由参与探索与创新时，被鼓舞和被信任能做重要事情时，有更高自我期待时，对教师充满信任和热爱时。同时每个人都有长处和短处，我们教师完全没有必要天天拿着放大镜去寻找学生的短处，而应满腔热忱地去发现学生的长处。为了让学生的身心长期处于最佳状态，我有计划地组织了一些活动，给学生展示才能创造机会，让他们把自己的长处亮出来：一是长期坚持课前3分钟演讲。由每天的值日生负责，人人都有机会轮到，演讲内容不作任何限制，学生准备得相当认真，演讲一个比一个精彩。二是作为奖励，聘请乐于学语文并取得好成绩的同学担任课外读本辅导员，让他们扮演教师的角色，他们得到信任，受到鼓舞，刻苦钻研，认真备课，认真讲课，不仅体会到了当老师的艰辛，而且发挥了很好的带头作用。三是举办诗歌比赛和演讲比赛主题班会。由学生自己写诗歌自己朗诵，自己写演讲稿自己演讲，全班同学人人参与写作，由老师选出好的参加朗诵和演讲比赛，由评委评出一二三等奖，比赛结果登在《天泉文学报》上。上学期举办过“宽容之心”诗歌比赛，本学期举办过“和谐之声”演讲比赛，都是全程录相，赛后刻成光盘，发到参赛者手中，同

学们积极性很高。四是举办学习方法交流会。让在考试中取得优异成绩，或学习进步大的同学与全班同学交流。这种活动，一年中举办了4次，多数同学都掌握了一套适合自己的学习方法。五是积极参加学校和年级组组织的各种活动。去年参加年级组举办的庆祝红军长征胜利70周年歌咏比赛，由于放录音带时出现失误，没能获奖，大家感受到了失败的沮丧。我便对他们进行“细节决定成败”的教育，并鼓励大家在以后的活动中好好表现。今年五月，年级组举办礼仪大赛，一个平常表现不太好的同学主动请缨，自编情景剧，同学们团结一心，精心排练，结果全年级10个队参赛，我班取得了第3名的好成绩。此外，我还积极鼓励同学们到学校各大组织参加竞选竟聘，结果余秋韵被聘为校团委组织部长，邓任美希被聘为校园电视台英语主播，张迪杰被聘为学生会体育部长、校园电视台汉语主播，一年来，他们都工作得很出色，张迪杰被评为校学生会优秀干部，校园电视台先进工作者。张迪杰还成功地主持了学校科创艺术节的开幕式、礼仪大赛、综合场演出。各种活动为不同兴趣和爱好的学生展示才能，取得成功，创造了条件。

评先进，激励进取精神。根据《高一（10）班表彰奖励办法》，每学期结束前，评出班里的优秀学生干部、三好学生、行为规范最优生、行为规范生、成绩优异生、积极上进奖，登在《天泉文学报》上，全班绝大多数同学都能得到表彰。此外，凡是学校要求我班上报的先进，我们都特别重视，并根据条件，本着公开公平公正的原则，全班同学无记名投票选举，本学期我班就有13位同学受到学校表彰，其中还有1人被评为市直属三好学生。学生进入高一后，有的学习跟不上，虽经努力仍不能取得好成绩，进取精神严重受挫，以至于破罐子破摔。较大面积地表彰先进，不仅及时肯定了成绩，宏扬了正气，而且有利于学生加强自我约束，增强自信心，健康向上，从而有效地激励了学生的进取精神。

调心态，从教师做起。积极进取，是一种良好的心态。心态决定成败。然而“教育意味着一棵树动摇另一棵树，一朵云推动另一朵云，一个灵魂唤醒另一灵魂。”（德国著名心理学家和教育家雅斯贝尔斯语）要学生调整心态，从而保持积极进取的心态，养成健全的人格，我们教师必须首先调整好心态，控制好情绪，保持一颗进取心，用我们教师的进取心去“动摇”、“推动”、“唤醒”学生，去感染和影响学生。有专家通过个案分析指出，三分之二成年人的心理疾病产生于中小学时期，而中学生心理疾病多源于教师，对此我们应予以足够重视。现代化生活日益紧张繁忙，面对激烈竞争和严峻挑战，教师极易产生心理疾病，心态也易变坏。这将导致不适当的教育行为，从而对学生产生不良影响。在十届人大三次会议上，山东鲁南制药厂总裁提出给教师减负，这可能难以落实。但我们教师自己要调整心态，使之始终处于积极乐观﹑平和稳定的状态，以旺盛的精力，丰富的感情，健康的情绪，投入

教育教学工作，创设一个有利于学生积极进取的环境。

关于开展学生“希望之星”评比活动的通知

为捕捉学生的“闪光点”，鼓励学生进步，做好转化工作，在全校学生中进一步形成崇尚先进、学习先进、争当先进的良好风气，营造催人奋进的校园文化氛围，我校决定开展学校“希望之星”评选活动，评选有关事宜如下：

2、年级组将各班级推荐的“校园文明之星”进行审核，然后向学校推荐“校园文明之星”。（原则上高一年级年级3名、高二年级3名、高三年级4名）

3、学校将各年级组推荐的“校园文明之星”向全体师生公示，由学校评审组审核，最后选出10名“校园希望之星”。

三、注意事项及所交材料

１、各班要实事求是，评选过程要充分发扬学生民主。

希望之星之感

观看了希望之星小学组总决赛十进六这场比赛，有以下几点感受想与大家分享：

第一，学习英语的重点应该是能够将自己的思想表达清楚。必须承认，我国是很重视英语教育的，而且英语教育在当今社会也是很必要的。但是在我国应试教育的整体框架下，我们的学生学习英语，大多都是床上游泳，真的到水里时，还是一样会溺水，因为我们只是学习了理论。不管我们学习了多少理论，没有实践的英语教育一直使我们停留在行动的矮子上无法再长高。英语是一种语言，是用来进行交流的工具，即使我们选择再多的A、B、C、D，我们还是无法学会用英语来表达自己。而贝诺的教学就克服了这一致命的英语学习的弱点。贝诺所创设的全英文全外教的教学环境使学生在国内有机会与外国人面对面交流，听纯正的英语，学纯正的发音。

第二，词汇不在于多，而在于会用，能够用自己所掌握的词汇描述自己的思想。参赛小学手所选词汇基本属于常见、常用词汇，而且他们用词得当。英语中有很多同义词，虽说是同义词，但它们又有各自使用的场合，表达的程度。哪些词常用，哪些词不常用，需要学生自己进行辨别，这种辨别能力是一个循序渐进，慢慢积累的过程。在贝诺时间久了就会发现，外教老师在课堂上常用哪些词，这些词就是学生必须掌握，熟练会用的词。

第三，学会用英语思维思考问题。很多人学习英语忽视了一个很重要的问题，就是英语式的思维，这可以说的是英语学习者的一个致命的要点。外国人的思维不像中国人，我们的思维比较委婉曲折，而外国人的思维是很直截了当的。他们的语言直奔其思想主题，不喜欢绕弯子。要想学会地道的英语，就必须学会他们的思维方式。从我所观看的视频中可以得出这个结论。参赛选手在回答评委老师的问题时，能用尽量少的时间阐明自己的观点的选手一般会得到评委老师的青睐。如果要问怎样才能锻炼这种英语式的思维，我的回答是多与外国人交流，跟着他们的思维方式去思考问题。正是基于这样的需求，贝诺采用全外教上课，以此锻炼学生的英式思维。

Nowadays，Some students may have wrong ideas of what a good student is.they think a good student should study all the subjects well and listen to the teachers all the time, but actually these ones don\'t care about anything except study.

Firstly, we must have clear world values.We must knows what we should do and what we shouldn\'t do.

I\'m a primary school student.I always search for information on my PC, make PPT or type article with word software and sometimes listen to music, play games on the computer in the weekends.Sometimes I write e-mails to my friends on the computer, too.I often chat with people on-line.I usually do my homework on the computer, too, it\'s very easy.

There are many beautiful trips keep in my heart, but the most unforgettable good trip is in 2010, I went to Hangzhou to join in \"National Competition for King of Story \", by the way to there, I went to a old townWest Lake.Especially, I had a exciting Wu Pengchuan ride on Wuzhen Lake, sit down in it, just extend your hand, you can enjoy a cool summer in this clear lake.We all didn\'t want to go home because the view is so beautiful, and thereare so many other exciting things to try, but sadly it was time for us to go.It was definitely an exciting trip.If I have a chance to go there again, I will be more than happy to visit the place.
