以后的每次上课，我都会备好课：备教材，备课标，备学生。我先自己写好教案，写好teaching plan，与其他组员再一起讨论，试讲。同时，在临睡前，第二天在去实习学校的公交车上，以及上课前15分钟，我都会在脑子里回顾下将要上的课的基本教学步骤。到实习学校，我都会将要上的课的教学目标，教学重难点，以及教学步骤和导师说下，让导师给我意见和建议。我觉得这点是很重要的。特别是我们对学生已有的认知水平不了解。这个时候张老师就会告诉我，这个知识点学生已学过了，只要复习下即可，或对学生还是新知识，需要详细讲。同时导师们都比较有经验，他们了解学生，知道什么样的方式学生易于接受。所以我每次上课前，都会先请教导师然后才上讲台。上完课，我都会与导师，与其他实习生交流，让他们给我评价。在回学校的车上，我也会反思下今天的教学以及和导师，和学生的相处情况，回到宿舍，写下反思日志，反思并总结一天的情况。反思自己课上做得好的地方以及不足之处并想出解决办法。第二天上课时，我就特别注意提醒自己不要犯同样的错误。同时，我也经常去听其他组员的课，把自己的课与他们的进行比较，找出值得自己学习的地方。此外，我也积极参加了英语组的集体备课活动。在备课过程中，我也积极发表了自己的一些设计想法。有些想法也得到了导师们的认可与采纳。导师们还说不愧是陈老师带出来的啊，我听了也觉得很自豪。当然在与导师的交流中，有时也会出现自己的想法和导师的发生问题。这时，我就会仔细分析问题的根源，分析导师的观点，然后尽量把两者的精华相结合。如，在上unit 6备课时，课文中出现了wool,cook,foot,wood,look,book cool等单词时，尤其是字母“oo”这个发音，在什么情况下读长音/u:/,什么情况下读短音/u/；张老师说讲的不是很清楚，这时我想出了一条好的记忆方法，就是“毛厨师踩着木头看书”，除此之外都读长音/u:/，在讲课的时候学生都感觉

记起来很容易；张老师听完课说讲的还不错。张老师经常都会强调板书设计。他说因为学生只有了解了教师的习惯之后，才能更快地吸收知识。记得有两天，我因为事太忙了，备课不充分，上课时出现了一些错误，张老师很严肃地给我指出来，从那以后我每次上课前就是熬夜，也要把课准备充分之后才休息。总之，对于导师的意见，我都会虚心接受的，我从来没有表现出厌烦或不满的情绪。因为，我牢记陈老师在动员大会上说的：别人给你提意见是你的幸运，是想帮助你。我觉得这句话很有道理。

同时，在教学过程中，我会刻意地去记住每个学生的名字，并叫出他们的名字，因为学生会觉得如果老师能记住他们的名字说明老师重视他们。而且对每个学生的性格、特点我都大概有所了解。不管是上课提问还是课后的交流时，我是叫他们的名字。班上有一名学生只有英语不好，其他都很棒，通过和班主任了解，我发现他是由于不喜欢英语，从而怕英语，所以就学不好英语，因此对自己就没有了信心。于是，我利用下午放学的时间留下来给他补课，并引导他慢慢地主动学英语，结果在第四次月考时他的成绩提高了十几分。他自己也很高兴。在留言中，他希望我继续关心他的学习。在帮助他的同时，也有很多其他本来不爱学英语的学生也主动来办公室要求要一起学习。张老师和王老师都说现在他们的学习兴趣提高了，并且，成绩也有了进步。另外，我发现学生对老师的评语其实是很重视的。而我发现自己在课上只会说：very good, good ，excellent这种评价学生根本

不知道自己的优点在哪里，甚至有可能对老师的表扬产生听觉疲劳，“麻木不仁”，久而久之，也就不当回事了。因此每一次表扬一定要从具体的一点出发，确确实实地抓住学生的闪光点进行表扬。因此我就尽量用各种方式表扬学生。如批改作业时，有进步的学生，我会给他们一个笑脸，或写：有进步哦，继续努力！无论如何，我都会尽量想办法找出他们的优点，给与及时表扬，并对错误进行正面反思。为了使学生学到的知识得到巩固；在不增加学生负担的情况下，精心设计一些合理的作业，难易程度适中；向学生提出明确的质量要求和书写规格。做到全批全改，适当批些鼓励的评语，并且分析研究学生完成本次作业的优缺点，做到作业点评详细。检查学生是否听懂。在这次实习后，我学到很多知识，不仅仅是教师的技能；还有做一名合格老师应具备的基本素质，以前的我是紧张恐惧，而现在是从容大方，自信成熟，实习生活现在已画上了一个圆满的句号，但我们的教师还得继续努力，有句话说“路漫漫其修远兮，吾将上下而求索”。我将带着满怀的希望去追求人生道路的目标。无愧教师这个职业。这在教学过程中是十分重要的。

外语系0706 xx 光阴荏苒，一个月的实习将要划上圆满的句号。曾记得，当初带着“师者,传道授业解惑也！”、“教师是人类灵魂的工程师。”这样的目标和骄傲,我开始了我的教师实习之旅,近一个多月的时间里,教学理论一点点转化为教学实践,模拟教学变为真正面对面的教学,尽管生涩、但也正在慢慢地成熟起来。在这段日子里，我以一名实习教师的身份去生活，去学习，留下了我大学期间最令人难忘的一段时光。现在回首走过的路程，我感慨颇多。下面就将这点点滴滴做个总结。

一、准备阶段 8月30日—9月8日为前期准备阶段。在这阶段，我们九中实习组的全体成员在实习指导老师曹老师的带领下积极认真地准备着：熟悉教材、备课、试讲及评课。在这期间，实习组的每一个成员都在认真努力地对待每一个环节，以便自己在教学上更进一步，以全新的面貌进入实习学校。 9月8日下午，我们实习组在曹老师的带领下来到了九中。而我就在那天的下午来到了七年级131班，担任他们的实习班主任兼实习英语老师，开始了真正的实习生活。

二、班主任实习阶段

从班主任实习的开始，我就坚持以一名真正的班主任标准严格要求自己，坚持每天早到晚归。最初的几天，我基本上是想原任班主任何老师了解班上的基本情况，学生的学习情况等，并利用随堂听课的时间老师点名回答、课间与学生聊天的机会及批改作业将学生与其名字对上号。记住学生的名字，不仅是拉近师生间关系的一种捷径，更是一种尊重。为了记住学生的名字，我可是用尽各种办法，功夫不负有心人，我很快地就记住了他们的名字。经过最初的几天，学生们慢慢的和我熟悉起来。有什么事情，也会跑到办公室告诉我，请求我的帮助。每天的做操集会、眼保健操、小结课、大扫除等，我都第一时间与学生待在一起组织、监督，让我们班显得特别的整齐、守纪律。每天大大小小的活动都与学生们待在一起，我们的关系越来越亲密，他们把我当自己的姐姐。而在我的眼中，天真可爱的他们就如自己的弟弟妹妹一般。

难以忘记初为人师的第一节课，星期三的第二节课，第一次踏上讲台，虽然

课前准备得比较充分，但是还是有些紧张，但同学们完美积极的配合，让我这节课顺利成功的完成了。课后曹老师认真的给我点评，让我知道了哪些不足。在接下来的每一节课，我都用心的准备教案，向原任英语老师请教，何老师老师看过以后，很认真地为我指出教案中的缺陷，还有一些要注意的问题及建议，对我的教案给以了很高的评价并鼓励我，这让我更加有信心。还有我坚持上课之前先试讲。每次在上课的前一晚，我一定会现在宿舍先试讲，请室友听课并指出我的不足，这样我能及时的更正，第二天就能表现完美了。除了精心准备课以外，我还认真仔细地批改了每一份作业，记录下他们的易错点，并通过作业反馈学生掌握的情况，调整教学进度。更进一步在课余和课后帮他们补习。看到学生在慢慢的进步，虽然有些疲惫，但心里却十分的欢快。

在英语组长的带领下，由各年级负责老师牵头，分工明确、责任到位，活动考虑周全、精心策划。英语节的整个流程是在全体英语组教师开会商量的基础上定下来的，对所安排的任务英语组老师们都认真准备和实施，有的活动（如开幕式和个别单项比赛）临时调整，但是大家都积极配合、献言献策、没有怨言。

本届校园英语节得到了学校***的重视和支持，筹备期间，校***对英语节各项活动方案给予指导和建议。英语老师，在没有影响正常英语教学工作的前提下，利用休息时间指导学生参加各项活动，批阅单词及书法比赛的试卷，为了进一步丰富校园英语文化氛围，他们

三、总结经验，吸取教训改进不足

2.如果你想在英语能力上有提高，以下几点应注意，a多读，有时间和毅力的话，多记些常用语；b多听，可以听广播，听英语的有声读物，有一个好办法也很有效果，就是多看英语电影，可以先从简单的看起，慢慢来，一般故事类电影的语言和语速非常适合。c多写，可以用英文记日记，结交英文笔友，可以结交很多朋友。d多说，有条件的话，认识一个外国朋友，不仅可以和他们练习口语，还可以了解外国人的思维模式和生活习惯以及文化等方面的知识；没有条件的可以自己在脑子里模拟情景自己和自己练习，多学电影中的说法；也可以找英语好的人一起共同探讨共同进步！其实我自己悟出的一个道理：学习英语不是一个脑力劳动，而是一个体力劳动的过程。只要刻苦没有办不到的。方法只能自己悟出来，只有自己的方法才是最适合自己的。希望我的建议能给帮助。

一、“心到”。在课堂上应聚精会神，一刻也不能懈怠，大脑要始终处于积极状态，思维要

活跃、思路要开阔，心随老师走，听懂每一句话，抓住每一个环节，理解每一个知识点，多联想、多思考，做到心领神会。

二、“手到”。学英语，一定要做课堂笔记。因为人的记忆力是有限的，人不可能都过目不

忘，记忆本身就是不断与遗忘作斗争的过程。常言说，“好脑筋不如烂笔头”。老师讲的知识可能在课堂上记住了，可是过了一段时间，就会忘记，所以，做好笔记很有必要。英语知识也是一点点积累起来的，学到的每一个单词、词组以及句型结构，都记在笔记本上，甚至是书的空白处或字里行间，这对以后的复习巩固都是非常方便的。

三、“耳到”。在课堂上，认真听讲是十分必要的，不但要专心听老师对知识的讲解，而且

要认真听老师说英语的语音、语调、重音、连读、失去爆破、断句等发音要领，以便培养自己纯正地道的英语口语。听见听懂老师传授的每一个知识点，在头脑里形成反馈以帮助记忆；理解领会老师提出的问题，以便迅速作答，对比同学对问题的回答，

以加深对问题的理解而取别人之长补自己之短。

四、“眼到”。在认真听讲的同时，还要双眼紧随老师观察老师的动作、口形、表情、板书、

绘图、教具展示等。大脑里形成的视觉信息和听觉信息相结合，印象就会更加深刻。

五、“口到”。学习语言，不张嘴不动口是学不好的，同学们最大的毛病是读书不出声，害羞不敢张嘴。尤其是早读课，同学们只是用眼看或默读，这样就只有视觉信息，而没有听觉信息在大脑里的反馈，当然记忆也不会太深刻，口部肌肉也得不到锻炼，也就很难练就一口纯正的英语。所以，要充分利用早晨头脑清醒的时间，大声朗读；课堂上要勇跃回答老师提问、积极参与同学间讨论和辩论，课下对不清楚的问题及时提出，要克服害羞心理，不耻下问。对学过的课文要多读、勤读、苦读，可以跟录音机读，竭力模仿其语音语调以纠正发音，要读得抑扬顿挫朗朗上口，一些精典文章最好能背得滚爪烂熟。利用一切可能的机会，练习英语口语，比如，与外教交流、参加“英语角”活动、与同学进行对话、讲英语故事、唱英文歌曲、演英语短剧、进行诗歌朗诵等。除了对课本中的范文要细读精读之外，还要多看些适合我们中学生的课外读物，既可增长知识，又开阔了我们的视野，也提高了我们的阅读水平。

一是持之以恒：每天坚持记忆一定量的词汇，过几天再回头复习一次，这样周期循环，反复记忆，经常使用，就会变短时记忆为长时记忆并牢固掌握。需要注意的是，一旦开始，就要坚持下来，千万不能半途而废，切不可三天打鱼，两天晒网。

二是良好的记忆方法：记忆单词的方法很多，学无定法，但学有良法。我认为，张思中的“集中识词，分类记忆”不失为一种适合中学生的好方法。把中学生应掌握的3500个单词集中汇总，分门别类，先过单词关，然后再学教材，在课本中使用和巩固它们的用法。分类的方法有多种，同一元音或元音字母组合发音相同的单词归为一类；根据词形词性、同义词反义词等集中记忆；把相同词根、前缀、后缀、合成、转化、派生等构词法相同的单词或词组列在一起集中识记印象比较深刻，记忆效果也比较明显。这样每天记40－80个单词，坚持不懈，多联想，多思考，多使用，词汇问题不就解决了吗？在学习的过程中多注视单词的用法和词组的搭配，牢记老师讲过的单词惯用法和句型，这样不仅有助于我们解题，而且在写作时也会信手拈来，运用自如。

第八届英文演讲比赛概况及总结

2009年4月到5月，我们以5.12汶川地震一周年为背景，在全校范围内举办了以“在磨难中坚强，再坚强中成长”为主题的英文演讲比赛，旨在纪念和告慰那些在地震中逝去的生灵们，同时也提醒生者好好珍惜这珍贵的生命，提醒我们大学生们好好珍惜这美好的青春年华。

比赛分为初赛复赛和决赛，学生们踊跃报名参加，积极准备，在比赛中都有出色的发挥，他们有感而发，演讲伴随着一阵阵热烈的掌声表达出我们对死者的哀悼和对生活的向往，充分展现了当代大学生的的蓬勃朝气。面对困难，我们勇敢面对，面对未来，我们期待且充满希望。

是成功了，但是细细回想，我们的成功圆满吗？不是的！从开始的策划，到初赛，到复赛，再艰难的到决赛，细细看来到处充满了瑕疵，甚至是很大的漏洞。首先，我们的活动办的条理很不明朗，在确定了主题之后接下来的初赛复赛决赛的题目、每场比赛的流程、以及最后进决赛的人数都应该是一套很精确的下来的，而不是初赛结束了才着手去想复赛的题目、复赛结束了还没确定该让多少人进决赛。而且所有的流程策划都只有少数人知道，甚至到最后决赛的时候还有常委不知道比赛环节、都到星期三了还有干事认为是周二比赛。其实这些在事先确定下来之后就应在开常委会的时候跟大家讲清楚让大家都清晰地知道这个过程，明确自己的任务。这些我们都还做的很不够。再者，我们的宣传也很不到位，在最后决赛的时候除了选手之外，很少人知道当晚在林学楼报告厅有安农第八届英文演讲比赛。甚至会员都不知道。当然，像礼仪人员倒水方式不正确之类的小问题也是很多的。

经历这次活动，我们发现了很多问题，组织上的，协调上的，考虑问题的缜密性等等，所以通过这次活动，我们也学会了很多东西，让我们对自己有了一个清晰地认识，知道了自己的不足，我想这就是举办这个活动所带给我们最珍贵的东西吧。所以我想任何一个好的社团都是在大大小小的成功和教训，欢笑和汗水中成长起来的。通过我们的努力，相信我们协会一定会越来越强大。越来越优秀。
