Good afternoon, profeors, I am glad to be here for the interview.My name is C and I’m 23 years old.My undergraduate period will be accomplished in Anhui Medical University and I major in clinical medicine.
Grown up in a family of teachers, I always keep interested in knowledge.And I have a good character of concentration and perseverance.As long a set a goal, I will stick to it until I succeed.Ireceived scholarship every year during my undergraduate period and own the first place in school English listening contest.I am also a girl who has abroad interests.As for spare time, I usually paint pictures, sing songs and play Guzheng and I love cooking dishes.
Now, after a brief introduce of myself, my dear profeors, you may want to know the reason why I choose nuclear medicine as my postgraduate subject.Well, five years ago I went into Anhui Medical University dreaming of becoming a succeful physician.But in September 2012, something happened to my family totally changed my mind.My grandmother was ill in hospital but even MRI couldn’t tell the exact problem.Finally, she was sent to the affiliated hospital of my school and got diagnosed with pancreatic cancer under PET/CT.Thanks to the early diagnosing, my grandmother received timely treatment and soon recovered.From then on, I became to regard nuclear medicine as an emerging science of great importance.
So, now I am longing for the opportunity to continue my education here.And, if I am lucky enough to get the chance, I’ll concentrate on study and research in this field in the next three years.And I hope I can form a systematic view of nuclear medicine and make a solid foundation for future profeion .
