在国内外太阳能用银电极浆料市场，中国制造尚处于空白状态，国内太阳能电池生产所用的银浆全部采用进口，对国外的依存度为100%。目前市场上的太阳能银电极浆料基本被美国杜邦公司（DuPont）、福禄公司（Ferro）和德国贺力氏公司（Hereaus）三家所垄断。据统计，仅国内市场太阳能银电极浆料的年销售量就在在800吨以上。

为保证原材料质量和浆料生产质量稳定，公司选用了国际同行业中最先进的专业分析检测仪器和生产设备，主要有美国制造的比表面积分析仪、激光粒度仪和感应耦合等离子体发射光谱仪，日本制造的激光显微镜、扫描电镜及能谱仪、原子吸收光谱仪、德国制造的综合热分析仪、美国制造的博勒飞的粘度计、瑞士制造的布勒三辊研磨机和各种量程的称量设备，以及其他电子浆料专用设备。为了有效地进行太阳能电池用浆料的配方调整和性能改进，提供浆料批量稳定性试验，配合用户对太阳能电池用浆料进行持续改进和稳定生产，以及为用户提供太阳能电池用浆料的相关使用工艺试验参数，并缩短用户的浆料工艺调整周期，公司投入巨资建立了全套太阳能电池浆料试验线。该试验线可用于125*125硅片和156*156单晶和多晶硅片的浆料丝网印刷、烧结和测试，并可进行小批量生产。

To ensure a stability of raw materials and slurry production, the company has introduced the most advanced profeional analysis testing instrument and production equipment in international industry, which include surface area analyzer, laser particle analyzer and inductively coupled plasma emiion spectroscopy with \"Maid in U.S.\", laser microscope, scanning electron microscope and energy disperse spectroscopy and atomic absorption spectroscopy with \"Made in Japan\", and comprehensive thermal analyzer made in German, BROOKFIELD-viscometer made in U.S., Bulle-three-roll grinder made in Switzerland and all kinds of weighing equipment and some other special electronic slurry equipments.The company has invested much for building a full set of solar cells slurry testing wire, so as to effectively adjust and improve the formula and performance of solar cells slurries and offer relevant proce testing parameter of solar cells slurry for users and shorten the adjustment period of users\' slurry proce.The testing wire can be used for printing, sintering and testing of 125*125-type silicon slice and 156*156-type singular-crystalline and poly-crystalline silicon slice and some small-lot production.

■工作进展

公司目前已成功开发出太阳能电池用正面、背面银电极浆料，其性能达到市场主流同类产品，2011年6月中旬背面银电极浆料开始推向市场。预计到明年年底销售可达5亿元人民币左右，计划3至5年内在国内上市。
