成都铁路工程总承包有限责任公司，是根据铁路局跨越式发展的总体部署，按照集约化管理、专业化经营，规模发展的原则，将原分布在川、黔、渝二省一市的五个铁路工程公司整合重组的有限责任公司。
Chengdu Railway Engineering General Contract Co., Ltd.is a company with limited liability by integrating and recombining the five railway engineering companies distributed in the two provinces including Sichuan and Guangxi and Chongqing Municipality, based on the principles of intensive management, profeional operation and development in a large scale according to the general allocation for striding development of railway bureau.总承包公司是国有铁路工程施工总承包二级企业，具有铁路工程、房屋建筑工程、市政公园工程总承包资质和铁路、铁路电气化工程、钢结构工程、河湖整治专业承包资质。总承包公司下设三个二级资质子公司。2006年元月1日，路局为解决委托运输站段管理多元企业散、小、弱的现状，实现规范管理、规模化经营，明确资产及经营管理主体，将全局工务、电务、供电系统多元经营企业资产全部纳入总承包公司管理，明确总承包的管理主体。经过整合形成了19个分布在川、渝、黔地区的铁路工程施工分公司。
