Introduction I have got an internship at Beijing China Travel Service Co., Ltd from March to May of the year 2013.The company is located in Dongcheng district Beijing.I work as a staff in customer service.The purpose of the work is to persuade the customers to buy our goods.They will ask me some questions as price, date, the route of travel and so on.That was my first time to go to work.I was full of confidence.And except that, I also had some concerns.I did not know what would wait for me.How to begin my work? How to communicate with the customer? A lot of questions appeared in my mind, but I could not find the answer.With so many questions, I began my work.I believe that through this internship, I will practice what I have learned at college.I am sure that this experience can be pricele in my life.
1.The Purpose of Internship at Beijing China Travel Service Co.Ltd
I majored in Busine English during the three years at university.Although taking several part-time jobs, I never really stepped into society.So this internship is a proce of training for me, a fledgling; it can not only reduce my improper proud spirit developed at school but also teach me the living methods in workplace and society.It is a valuable experience for me, which let me get into the society directly and widely, know the needs of society, understand the society deeply, enhance the adaptability to society, integrate into the society, cultivate my practical ability, and
shorten the distance of thought and busine between a university student and worker, so as to make a good bedding for my graduation as soon as poible to adapt to the society in the future.2.Period of Probation

3.The Place of Internship
Beijing China Travel Service Co., Ltd is located in Garden Building, Dongcheng District, Beijing.I lived in Changping District.I go to work by bus and subway.Every day, I had to get up early to go to the company where I worked.I was always caught up with the morning rush.I can hardly adapt to it in the first beginning due to never getting up early in my college life.So I was really tired after work.However, I never gave up.I thought this internship made me get used to this kind of life earlier and merge into the society as soon as poible after graduation.
4.The brief on the Company in question
Beijing China Travel Service was established in 1956, with a long history of more than five decades, Beijing China Travel Service Co., Ltd (BCTS) belongs to Beijing Capital Tourism Co., Ltd, is a modernized enterprise group integrating tourism, accommodation, food and beverage and entertainment.For now, with the total aets of more than RMB 20 billion, BCTS is one of the earliest and profeional travel agencies in receiving inbound groups of both foreign and overseas Chinese travelers, one of the first batch of travel agencies qualified for outbound and domestic tourism, and one of the senior travel agencies with the longest history, the earliest qualification and the broadest scope.Busine scope of BCTS include: inbound tourism; domestic tourism; undertaking busine travel, the international and domestic conferences, etc.BCTS has profeional and special services, normative profeional operations, rich experience in organization and team work spirit.
5.The contents of your internship at this Company
When I came to the company on the first day, I was aigned to the customer service department.At first I thought this department\'s duty was just to answer telephone calls as other company\'s customer service.However, after a period of time training, I found that the customer service department was not just answering telephone calls as I think.You also need to popularize and sell company products. At first, the department manager arranged a senior worker who had rich experience as my agent master.I sat next to him and watched how he operated in the actual work and when I met some problems, I could ask him for help initiatively.During this period, my master also told me that the customer is god.When guests consult you, you should reply modestly and never complain to them even if they have complaints.After acquiring the knowledge gradually, I started my actual operation.In work, I was responsible to help guests check the tour route, provide the quotation and get the paport for guests every day.On the job, I also had met many problems.At the beginning, because I was unfamiliar with my work, I was always unable to answer the questions that my customers consulted me.Once, one client consulted me about the tourist route.However, I could not solve the problem in time, because I was unfamiliar with the busine in this part.Therefore, I received a complaint later.At that time I felt very guilty, because the company\'s image was damaged because of my fault.So after that I always consulted my colleagues with an open mind in order to be competent in solving problems in future work.Sometimes, I would sit beside them to observe how they work, and I would put forward every question I found timely and write it down.In my free time, I often read the brochure of the company in order to understand the tour routes and product features deeply.After exercising and consulting modestly, I adapted to the job gradually and did it better and better.In the study, I know that when travel routes are introduced, I should get the guests\' positions as starting points, hit on what they like, and after guests signing up for the tourist groups, I should clearly tell them the local consumption, manners and customs,
matters need attentions and so on.Because these can not only ensure that guests have a good trip, but also establish a good relationship with our customers, which can let guests come to our company and sign up to travel.For me at present, I have been adapted to this job and hope to continue my work here after graduation.are lots of colleagues who have higher education background, they can always finish their tasks in little time while working and they are able to do everything regularly.As a newly graduated person, I\'d like to be as brilliant as them, so in the work afterwards, I\'ll concentrate on doing everything well, continuously improve myself to become an understanding employee.I have got a lot of experience during the three months\' working.Although I met some setbacks, I managed to overcome them.I believe that I will do better no matter what job I take in the future.
Conclusion In several months\' internship, I have learned a lot which cannot be learned in the claroom.I contacted with all kinds of people as well as getting along with many nice colleagues and friends who helped me to have a further understanding of society and made me grow up.After the internship, I began to know the importance of independent thinking well.I know I’d better consult someone else modestly to solve problems and know that the proce of providing services for others is the proce of self-learning at the same time no matter what job I take.This internship also imprees me that it is critical to keep good relation with colleagues while working.Being a good man is a premise of doing work.It’s important to understand the truth of life.Besides, how to get along with others is the most basic problem in modern society.For me, an undergraduate who is about to step into society, there is a lot to learn.However, I will do my utmost no matter what I do.
