1.自我介绍（self-introduce）
Good morning, interview.I hope I can make a good performance today.
First of all,let me introduce myself briefly.My name is Huangwei,22 years old, I come from Yueyang，a beautiful city of Hunan Province.Perhaps the traditional culture atmosphere gives me some steady personal characters and a meticulous(一丝不苟) work attitude.To be an environment researcher is my dream when I was a child.So I chose the major of environment science in Hunan University, without any hesitations.I know it\'s very hard to be an excellent researcher, however I never regret my choice.Generally speaking ,I am a hard working student, especially doing the things I am interested in, I will try my best to finish it no matter how difficult it is.During my college life, I paed the CET band 4 and 6, and won National Scholarship,National scholarship inspirational and \"outstanding student\" every academic year.Fortunately,I win the 2012 Outsdanding Graduate student of Hunan University .Well ,as a saying goes—all work and no play make Jack a dull boy,in my spare time,I like reading, table tennis and Chinese che, also English is my favorate.I often go to English corner to practise my oral English on weekend,and write compositions to improve my written ability, but I know my English is not good enough and I will continue studying.
Finally, I want to say I\'m an aggreive man.I always believe that one will easily lay behind unle he keeps on learning in this competitive modern world.Of course, if I am given a chance for advanced studies in Research Center for Eco-Environment Sciences, I will concentrate on the study and research in this field.If poible, I will go on with my study for doctorate degree.I believe I would never fail your expectation.

2.研究生阶段计划（Plan in postgraduate）
If luckily I got the chance to learn environment engineering in Research Center for Eco-Environment Sciences,I will concentrate on the study and research in this field.First,I will learn the theoretical knowledge hardly,constructing a solid base for my future work; Second,I would like to do some practical work with the help of the supervisor and clamate.And through this,I can get something that cannot be acquired from the textbooks.
3.本科的大学介绍（Introduce your college）
Hunan University is one of China’s key universities under Project 985 and Project 211.I appreciate it, because it offers me a chance to develop my abilities.During my college years, I have made rapid and great progre in many areas, as a monitor, I work earnestly（认真地）, also gain good comments from teachers and clamates.In a word, I learned a lot in my college life.
4.为什么选择生态环境研究中心、对生态中心有什么了解
I do love the scholarly atmosphere in Research Center for Eco-Environment Sciences,it is full of youthful spirits.It has three state key laboratories(国家重点实验室)，also teachers here are very famous,so it is a good place to learn and do research.As the proverb says ‘proce is the activity of today and the aurance of tomorrow.’ If I got a chance to study here, I would like to continue to accept profeional training.
5.为什么想读研，将来愿意从事的方向,对这个方向有什么了解
Although I have broad interests in many aspects and grasp the eential knowledge of the major, but I think at present, I can do many things in a superficial level, but not be competent to do things profeionally owing to lack of ample knowledge and ability.So I think further study is still urgent for me to realize self-value.The major that I hope pursue for my further education is water research.Because I find clean water resource is playing a more and more important role in our modern society.As we know water is the resource of life.
6.毕业论文研究的是什么？介绍一下(重点) The title of my graduation thesis is Molecular mechanism of white rot fungi on paivation of Plumbum.It is mainly about molecular biology.Through this experiment,we want to know the molecular mechanism of white rot fungus resistance to heavy metal poisoning.通过做毕业论文，我发现首先要对这个方向的发展现状以及趋势有一个详细的了解，其次就是通过快速阅读大量相关的文献之后要能提炼一些对自己有用的东西，有自己的想法（idea），提出一些解决的措施和实验方案，最后就是要付诸实际行动，不惧怕失败，但是要从失败中总结经验。失败是成功之母We should not be afraid of failure,because failure is the mother of succe.And it is very important to sum up experience of failure.
7.你认为你最大的优点是什么？（What is your greatest strength?）
I feel that my strongest aet is my ability to stick to things to get them done.I feel a real sense of accomplishment when I finish a job and it turns out just as I’d planned.I’ve set some high goals for myself.For example, I want to graduate with highest distinction.And even though I had a slow start in my freshman year, I made up for it by hard work.
我认为我最大的优点是能够执着地尽力把事情办好。当做完一件工作而其成果又正合我的预想时，我会有一种真正的成就感。我给自己定了一些高目标。比如说，我要成为出色的毕业生。尽管在大学一年级时我启动慢了些，但最终我以努力的学习完成了目标。
