我自2012年进入公司以来，至今已近一年多，期间一直刻字装配、包装、收货职务。我一直努力工作，不敢有丝毫懈怠之心；加之公司近年不断发展壮大，我个人能力也在不断的提升和进步，使我更加喜欢公司的企业文化、喜欢公司的工作氛围，感谢公司领导对我的栽培与帮助。

Since We entered XXXX from 2012, have more than one year.During this time, I work on aemble, marking, package goods and reception goods.We are always working hard and can’t have any slack of heart.Combined XXXX have great development in recent years, we also have great progre in ours capacity, make us more and more like the our enterprise cultures and working mood.Thanks for all the XXXX colleagues help in my work time.现本人随着年龄增长，要担任养家的责任，结婚、供房等,但本人目前收入低薄，每月仅XXXX元，而珠海市本就消费水平极高，每月收入仅能自给，心中不免哀伤，但想到公司一向爱护员工，心中便有了一直走下去的希望。

Now with we ages, as need to responsibility with my family, marriage, housing, etc.But we incoming salary is low, only XXXX yuan per month,and have high consumption in Zhuhai, contrary with our salary can only be self-sufficient, not sad in the heart.But thought of XXXX always good care of all the employees, have good hope in our heart.

基于对公司的热爱和信任，鉴于现在的工作职责和工作强度，我希望公司能将我的工资提高至XXXX元左右，至此公司的深情厚意，不敢厚藏，尽表现于工作之中。

Based on the company’s love and faith, in view of current work responsibility and work preure.We hope our salary can increase to XXXX yuan.And thanks for the kindne of our company, we will have good performance in our works.如果公司领导认为我现在的工作内容及质量还未能达到XXXX元月薪的要求，我诚恳的希望您能提出诚肯的意见或建议，让我今后有一个努力的方向和目标，在提升自己能力的同时将工作做的更好，向更高的目标迈进。也请您放心，如果公司不予考虑，我仍然会像以前一样，用积极的、认真负责的态度去做好每一件事，这是我的知识和修养要求我应该做到的。

If you think our present work contents and quality still can’t not reach the requirement of salary XXXX yuan.I sincerely hope your can give us a good opinions and suggestions, then let us have a harsh target and effort on it, at the same time of increasing our capacity to do the work better.And we will guarantee to you, if the you need to consideration, we would still like before, with positive, serious and responsible attitude to do every thing.This is my knowledge and accomplishment requires that I should do.
