4.Conclusion Personally，I support the release of two foetuses policy.For individuals, only children don\'t have the full family fun；In theory，people should have a spontaneous adjustment proce.One-child policy is a forced policy but not an ideal policy.If the conditions change, we will have to change our policy.For employment, two foetuses policy will not increase the employment preure in the short term.Newborn babies will impact in 20 years later and social demand will increase greatly during the 20 years，which will create more employment opportunities.For population quality, because compulsory education popularization has been universal, education resources shortage will not appear.Of course, the implementation of two foetuses policy gradual proce and may need test in advance，many problems is demanded to be considered.Broadening family planning is a kind of attitude, while born not is a choice.This reflects the attitude that everyone is equal in fertility.People who don\'t like children and those lacking of raising ability can chose to don\'t have a kid or Have fewer children, while those people who have the ability to raise and can ensure that their children can get a good education and the development can choose to have more children.
