1.Friends
Today, I want to talk to you about friend.Everyone needs friends.A friend can give us help and share our difficulties and happine.But how can we make friends?
First, to make friends, you must be friendly to others.Smile at others and you will get a smile in return.Think more about others than about yourself and never judge a person by his appearance and clothes.
Second, friends should communicate instead of arguing.When you don’t agree someone, please talk and discu with him.
Finally, never believe in those who leave you when you are in trouble.And never leave your friend when he is in trouble.Remember, a friend in need is a friend indeed.
Friends should be faithful/loyal to each other.So long as you can put your friend’s interests in front of yours, you will have a lot of good friends.

2.Habits

First, books are our friends.They give us different kinds of knowledge.They point the road to succe. Second, books are our teachers.They teach us truth, science, literature, and philosophy of life.Besides, they increase our knowledge, our experience, strengthen our character and tell us something we can’t see in our daily lives.We have to learn as long as we live.But our life is limited, and the knowledge is boundle.There are still many books waiting to be read.

4.Autumn
Today I’d like to talk to you about a season - autumn.Autumn is the third season of the year.The days in autumn are getting shorter and shorter, and the weather is getting cooler and cooler.
In my eyes, autumn is a beautiful season.There are falling leaves, golden fields and all kinds of fruits.Autumn is a season of harvest.Autumn is the time for us to pick up the fruits of our hard work.Everything is full of red and gold in the autumn.
However, there is also a touch of sadne in autumn too.At the end of autumn, the trees begin to lose their leaves.Everything seems to be bare in Autumn.So autumn is sometimes compared to old age.

5.Why Do We Learn English
Today I will talk to you about English.
The English language has become an international language, because it is used by people in the most countries in the world now.In today’s world, if you want to do busine with foreigners, you must learn English because most of them speak and write in English.English is one of the working languages at international meetings today.Most of valuable books are written in English.If you know much English, you will read newspapers and magazines in English and learn a lot of knowledge from other countries.You can also learn the cultures of other countries through language.If you want to know more about this world, learn English well.Learn another language well.
English is very important to us, but many students don’t know why he should learn it.I hope that all the students should pay more attention to English study and use it freely.It’s a great tool to know the world.

6.Practice Makes Perfect
The saying that “practice makes perfect” means that after you have a lot of practice in what you are doing, you will be perfect in it.If we practice a lot, we will master the skill more quickly than those who seldom or hardly practices.
For example, when we learn English, we have to learn grammar, words, expreions and so on.The most important thing may be how to put what we have learned into practice.If you only learn the grammar rules by heart and don’t do enough exercises, you won’t understand them and use them in real life.But if you practice a lot, maybe you will understand them more deeply and you can find some good ways of applying them.Memorizing English words whenever we have free time, we can easily memorize them and can even find the rules to memorize them more quickly.
There is another example.A famous singer can sing very well.Of course, his talent is very important, but practice is also neceary if he wants to be succeful.
It is evident that practice is important for everybody.If you want to improve your study and work, you should remember that practice makes perfect.
7.No Pains, No Gains
We all know that the only way to achieve one’s goal or dream is to work hard, and work harder and harder.There is an old saying, “ no mill, no meal”.If you are lazy about everything and don’t want to take actions, can you become succeful? Of course, the answer is “No”.In my view, if you want to gain something, you will have pains first.The farmers can harvest only after a year of hard work; the scientists can only get scientific advances by years of researches; students get good grades by studying hard; even the little ants have their food by moving around day and night.I know there are always some people who wait for the opportunities falling on them.Sometimes, they even think their failures are due to lack of good chances.Therefore, there are so many people who get nothing at last.Clever men know that if they work hard, the chance will be waiting for them somewhere.What I want to tell you is that never give up.Don’t complain, don’t be upset.Remember: no pains, no gains.
8.Time
A famous American poet says, “Life is short, art is long.” Everyone should work hard and study well.Never waste any time.Now we are young, it’s just about time for all of us to study for our selves, our family, our society and our country.Youth time is like a happy bird.If it fly away, it will never return.Nothing is more precious than time.
Today some students spend too much time enjoying lives such as eating, clothing, sleeping and so on.Others spend too much time playing computer games or checking out their phones and social network.A lot of time has been wasted.They have no idea that waste of time means wasting of one’s life.
What I want to tell you is that while we are young and full of vigor and energy, let’s work hard.Let’s read more, travel more, exercise more and learn more.
