大家都知道下雨后的天气特别清新，伴随着气温的上升，阳光也变得充足明亮起来。所以，清明节除了可以译成tomb-sweeping Day之外，还可以译成pure brightne festival.节气的英文释义是point/day marking one of the 24 divisions of the solar year in the traditional Chinesecalendar.中国传统日历里的一天，而这一天是根据太阳位置在一年的时间中定出24个点中的其中一个点，通常在阳历年的4月4号到4月6号之间。

所以24节气就翻译成了24 seasonal division points.Division 指the proce or result of dividing into separate points, 分开，（分出来的）部分。前面的seasonal是限定，这些分点是跟随季节变化的，跟气候有关的。

所以清明节是我国的24节气之一，通常是在四月四号到四月六号之间。这整句话的翻译就是

The tomb sweeping Day is one of the 24 seasonal division points in china.注意了，这里的day 在做节日讲时指a day on which a particular event or celebration take place.强调有特殊的活动和庆祝发生，通常纪念或者表达感情色彩比较重，比如说母情节，mother’ Day.再比如说清明节，我们只能说tomb sweeping day 而不说成tomb sweeping festival.

而festival是指a special occasion when people celebrate something such as a religious event, and there is often a public holiday,指人们庆祝的特殊时刻，感情色彩较淡。比如说清明节pure brightne festival 我们不能说成pure brightne day 第二句，通常是在四月四号到四月六号之间。这句话的重点在固定搭配的积累。我们表达发生在哪一天，通常都会用到一个词组，fall on ,表示to happen or take place.发生比如说，今年我的生日适逢星期一 My birthday falls on a Monday this year! 所以，通常是在四月四号到四月六号之间这句话我们可以翻译成falling on April 4-6 each year.两句话连起来就是
