Presentation of Simulated Interview

Each team will work together to researching the problems of human resources selection in an organization of their choice, and prepare a 15 minute presentation to present in week 12-13

The presentation should include the following information:

1.Organization background

2.A critical analysis of the effectivene of the Selection activity implemented by your team.

3.The strategies used to minimize the adverse consequences and recommendations.

Video Recording can be introduced to make up your presentation.
