就职演讲稿
各位同仁，各位同事：
大家下午好！我，是日不落广告创意公司的ceo辛强。日不落是一个团结奋进，作风优良的工作团队，在过去的发展中取得了骄人的业绩，在此，我仅代表我个人向兢兢业业辛苦工作的员工表示深深的感谢和诚挚的谢意。谢谢你们，因为你们，日不落傲视全雄。
回顾历史，展望未来。我们送走辉煌的2011，迎来富有挑战性的2012。伴随着广告公司的日益风靡，我们现如今面临着诸多困难：首先，市场占有率的下降；其次，竞争的日益加剧，无一不是我们所要面对的。但是我相信，在诸位同鄙人的共同努力下，日不落将更上一层楼。因此，我承诺做好以下几点：
第一；担任ceo期间，我本人首先要做到“本本分分做人、扎扎实实做事”，力争一次把事做好。在工作中我将发挥班子的核心领导团队作用，做到分工明确，各尽其责，带领全体员工把各项工作做好。
第二；继续加强项目基础管理，全面推进公司企业文化创新，强化团队执行力，提升项目形象力，使公司整体能力和素质得到进一步改善，以不断提升日不落营造的品牌影响力和市场竞争力。
第三；始终秉承我公司的优良传统，协调好各部，推动
公司的进一步发展壮大。引领发展，创造一个新的明天。
第四；面对公司跨越发展战略目标的实现,在今后的管理中要进一步加快人力资源的开发,加大对员工能力培训和对人才的引进与培养,使公司的人才结构不断优化,使公司人力资源真正成为公司的优势资源。
同志们，过去的已成为历史，明天只是目标，而我们更应该注意今天。
只有成功才是我们最好的装饰，我对任何事都会一视同仁，让我们尽自己的最大力量，努力完成我们正在或将要进行的工作，只要大家想着公司，公司一定不会忘记大家的。日不落就是我们的家，希望大家永远都要记住我们的口号：阳光有限，创意无限。我们的目标，我们的目标是要让世界刮起日不落之风，让日不落成为行业届的领头羊。
