youself try your best.don\'t give up ,never give in, never lose hope ,

Ladies and Gentlemen , Good afternoon! I’m very glad to stand here and give you a short speech.today my topic is “youth”.I hope you will like it , and found the importance in your youth so that more cherish it.
First I want to ask you some questions:
1、Do you know what is youth?
2、How do you master your youth?
Youth is not a time of life, it is a state of mind ; it is not rosy cheeks , red lips and supple knees, it is a matter of the emotions : it is the freshne ; it is the freshne of the deep springs of life .
Youth means a temperamental divdominance of courage over timidity of the appetite , for adventure over the love of ease.This often exists in a man of 60 more than a boy of 20 .Nobody grows old merely by a number of years .We grow old by deserting our ideals.
Years wrinkle the skin , but to give up enthusiasm wrinkles the soul .Worry , fear , self -distrust bows the heart and turns the spirit back to dust .
Whether 60 of 16 , there is in every human being ‘s heart the lure of wonders, the unfailing childlike appetite of what’s next and the joy of the game of living .In the center of your heart and my heart there’s a wirele station : so long as it receives meages of beauty , hope ,cheer, courag
As you slowly open your eyes, look around , notice where the light
comes into your room; listen carefully, see if there are new sounds you
can recognize; feel with your body and spirit, and see if you can sense
the freshne in the air.
Yes, yes, yes, it’s a new day, it’s a different day, and it’s a bright
day! And most importantly, it is a new beginning for your life, a
beginning where you are going to make new desicisions, take new actions,
make new friends, and take your life to a totally unprecedented level!
In your mind’s eye, you can see clearly the things you want to have,
the paces you intend to go, the relationships you desire to develop, and
the positions you aspire to reach.
You can hear your laughters of joy and happine on the day when
everything happens as you dream.
You can see the smiles on the people around you when the magic moment
strikes.
You can feel your face is getting red, your heart is beating fast, and
your blood is rushing all over your body, to every single corner of your
being!
You know all this is real as long as you are confident,paionate and
committed! And you are confident, you are paionate, you are committed!
You will no longer fear making new sounds, showing new facial
expreions, using your body in new ways,approaching new people, and
asking new questions.
You will live every single day of your life with absolute paion, and
you will show your paion through the words you speak and the actions you
take.
You will focus all your time and effort on the most important goals of
your life.You will never succumb to challenges of hardships.
You will never waver in your pursuit of excellence.After all,you are
the best, and you deserve the best!
As your coach and friend, I can aure you the door to all the best
things in the world will open to you, but the key to that door is in your
hand.You must do your part, you must faithfully follow the plans you make
and take the actions you plan, you must never quit, you must never fear.I
know you must do it, you can do it, you will do it, and you will succeed!

Now please allow me to introduce myself to you .My name is Wangjia and I
majored in traffic engineering .Baoji is my hometown it is very
beautiful.and the people are very friendly.
As we all knowen thingking is easy acting is difficult and to put
one\'s thoughts into actions is the most difficult thing in the world.
So if we want to learn English well ,we must practice reading English
everyday ,acturally practicing repeatly is the best way to succeed.When
you speak ,don\'t care how poorly or how well you speak just care about
catching the chance to speak ,enjoy losing face or just forget your face
because the more you speak the better your English will become,never
afraid of
making mistakes because the more mistakes you make the more progre you will make.As a man living in the world ,we must try our best to make
each day our masterpiece and don\'t let our parents down ,don\'t ever let
our country down ,most importantly don\'t let ourself down.

In the world, I am sure that no one dare say he hasn\'t met any trouble all his life.So we must face failure.In fact, failure is not fearful, but important thing is how to face it correctly.Facing failure, people will never take their fate lying down.They will try their best to work harder and harder until at last they succeed. Not being courageous to face setbacks, people have no chance to enjoy the pleasure of succe.So they have nothing to do but feel sad and empty all day and all night.In fact, they lose the chance of succe themselves.My friend, whenever in trouble, please remember, \"Failure is the mother of succe.\"

Twists and turns in life are unavoidable and are not always bad.We should have a more optimistic view on life and try to make the most of it and draw leons from the bumps and turns along the way.
If there is any single factor that makes for succe in living, it is the ability to profit by defeat.Every succe I know has been achieved because the person was able to analyze defeat and actually profit by it in his next undertaking.Confuse defeat with failure, and you are doomed indeed to failure.For it isn＇t defeat that makes you fail: it is your own refusal to see in defeat the guide and encouragement to succe.Defeats are nothing to be ashamed of.They are routine incidents in the life of every man who achieves succe.But defeat is a dead lo unle you do face it without humiliation, analyze it and learn why you failed.Defeat, in other words, can help to cure its own cause.Not only does defeat prepare us for succe, but nothing can arouse within us such a compelling desire to succeed.If you let a baby grasp a rod and try to pull it away, he will cling more and more tightly until his whole weight is suspended.It is this same reaction which should give you new and greater strength every time you are defeated.If you exploit the power which defeat gives, you can accomplish with it far more than you are capable of.
挫折
生活中假如有任何一个因素可以促进成功，那就是从挫折中受益的能力。我所了解的每一次达到的成功都是因为那个人能够对挫折进行分析，在下一次工作中真正得益。假如混淆挫折和失败，你就注定会真正失败。 因为不是挫折使你失败，而是你自己拒绝从挫折中看到成功的方向和勇气。 挫折并不可耻。在每个取得成功的人的生活中，挫折是家常便饭。但你一定要能够面对挫折而不感到羞耻，能够分析它并了解失败的原因，否则挫折就是绝对的损失。换言之，挫折可以帮助解决它自身的起因。挫折不但可以为我们成功做好预备，而且没有任何东西可以在我们的内心激发起如此强烈的想要成功的欲望。假如你让一个婴儿抓住一根竿子，然后试着把竿子抽出来，孩子就会越抓越紧，直到他们整个重量都依附于此。每次你被击败的时候，正是这同样的反应会赋予你崭新的更为巨大的力量。假如你能够利用挫折带来的这种力量，你就能够用它来完成远远超乎你能力的目标。
