房屋租赁合同补充协议书

AMENDMENT TO PREMISES LEASE CONTRACT

出租方: The Landlord: 承租方： The Tenant: 鉴于： Whereas：

1、双方于2009年月日签订了房屋租赁协议书；

Parties signed the PREMISE LEASE CONTRACT on day of , 2009;

2、根据上述协议，上述房屋的租期将于2011年7月31日到期，且双方就续租事宜达成一致意见。

In accordance with the above contract, the term of the lease will expire on July 31st, 2011, and parties achieved the agreement on the renewal of the original lease.据此，双方于2011年月日签订如下补充协议：

Wherefore, the following amendment hereby is signed by parties on the day of , 2011.

一、双方于2009年月日签订的《房屋租赁合同》条款继续有效。 The terms and conditions in the PREMISE LEASE CONTRACT signed by parties on the day of 2009 shall continue in full effect and force.

二、双方同意将上述房屋租赁合同的租期延续到2013年7月31日。

Parties agree to extend the term of the lease to July 31st, 2013.

三、双方同意自2011年8月1日起将房屋租金调整为每平方米元人民币， 1 总计为每月元；物业管理费保持不变。

Parties agree, as of August 1st, 2011, the rental shall be adjusted as RMB per square and the premise management fee shall be as the original.

四、本补充协议属于《房屋租赁合同》的必要组成部分，不一致之处，以本补充协议为准。

This Amendment is the neceary part of PREMISE LEASE CONTRACT; where there is inconsistence between them, this Amendment shall prevail to the extent of inconsistence.

五、本补充协议与双方签字或者盖章后生效。

This Amendment shall become effective as of the date on which parties sign or seal it.

六、本协议一式两份，双方各持壹份。

There shall be two originals of the contract.Each party shall hold one with equal validity.
