Making our earth more beautiful Good evening,everyone.My name is ______.I’m in Cla 14,Grade 7.I like English very much.I’m very glad to stand here and give you a short speech.My topic is “ Making our earth more beartiful”.I’m going to talk about the environmental protection.
We have only one earth.But now, the envoironment becomes worse and worse.There’s no enough clean water for people.Many of them lose their lives because of water.In a lot of countries,people have to cut trees for living,so there’s nothing to keep water from running away.We also have polluted the land ,the river and the air.So we have to face more and more floods and droughts.It’s time that we must do something useful to protect our enviroment .We should plant more trees and flowers around us .We shouldn’t cut them down .We should stop factories from pouring waste water into the river and waste gas into the air.Whenever we see litter on the ground , we should pick it up and throw it into dusbins.Never spit in public.Don’t draw on public walls.It’s our duty to protect the environment.If we take good care of our earth today,it will be more beautiful tomorrow.
