APPENDIX ITechnical Agreement

双方通过商榷，对**有限公司的1000x2000榨机双辊喂料器液压马达驱动系统在技术参数，供货范围，检验，安装，调试，培训，操作达成如下协议。

Both parties had discued thoroughly the technical aspects regarding the supply of hydraulic drives equipment for Guangxi Laibin Yongxin Sugar Co., Ltd 1000x2000 sugar mill’s preure feeder drive, and agreed to sign this agreement as the reference for technical specification, scope of supply, inspection, installation, commiioning, training and operation of the hydraulic drives equipment.

1．榨机参数

a).4座1000x2000榨机。榨机由直流电机经减速器通过联轴器驱动

b).现有装机功率：700Kw;

c).实际转速：0 ~ 6.5Rpm.

d).动力电：3相 380 Volt, 50 Hz.

e).控制电压：220VAC

f).冷却水温度；

g).榨季环境温度：0°~30°

h).榨季湿度：85%

Sugar mill specification

a).4 sets of 1000x2000 sugar mills.The mill is drive by DC motor, roll drive bygear box via tail bar.

b).Installation power at present is: 700Kw;

c).The actual speed is between: 0 ~ 6.5Rpm

d).Electric grid: 3-ph 380 Volt, 50 Hz.

e).Control voltage: 220VAC

f).Cooling water temperature:

g).Ambient temperature in sugar season:0 ~ 30 C

h).Relative Humidity in sugar season:85%

2.双辊喂料器驱动参数

用赫格隆驱动系统驱动双辊喂料器，且它的速度依附于主榨机速度的速度，并由PLC控制系统控制。

a).装机功率：400Kw

b).运行速度：0~9.6Rpm

c).液压马达：MB1600-CN

d).工作油压：160~200bar

e).工作扭矩：29Tm

f).最大扭矩：39Tm

Preure feeder drive specification

Use Hagglunds Drives system to drive preure feeder, and the preure feeder’s relates to the mill, and controlled by PLC.a).Power installation is 400Kw b).The speed is 0~9.6rpm

4.技术服务

1.设备到糖厂后，供货方免费派专业人员到现场调试：管路安装，指导糖厂

技术工安装液压马达和动力站，安装检查，运行调试。同时对糖厂有关人员操作维护培训。

2.*厂为调试人员提供当地交通，膳食及住宿(在**区)。

3.*厂负责设备安装，并提供技术工及所需普通工具设备等。

4.喂料器速度依附于主榨机的转速自动调节，也可根据高位槽料位的高低自

动调速。

Technical service

1.After arrival of the equipment at sugar mill, the seller will send profeional

service personnel for on-site commiioning: installation piping, instruct sugar mill’s workers installation hydraulic motor and power unit, check, startup.And also provide training to the maintenance staffin order to have a smooth running operation.

2.Sugar mill will provide local transport, meal and accommodation at

commiioning site.

3.Sugar mill to be responsible for the installation work and provide skilled labour,

tools and equipment as required.

4.The speed of preure feeder automatic following the mill’s speed, and also has

chute control function.

5.技术资料

合同签定4周，买方提供设备所需接口图纸给供货方。

合同签定6周，供货方提供设备所需接口初期图纸，电控初期图纸给买方。液压马达与榨辊的过度轴图由双方确认，并在图纸上签字。液压马达安装在榨机的哪一侧，由双方确认。

Technical documents

1． The buyer will supply interface drawing to the seller 4 weeks after signing

contract.

2． The seller will supply preliminary interface drawing, electric drawings to the

buyer 6 weeks after signing contract.

3． The adaptor between the roller and hydraulic motor will be approved by the buyer

and the seller, and both parties shall sign on the drawing.

4．Hydraulic motor to be installed on which side of the mill will be approved by the

buyer and the seller.

6.保修期及售后服务

卖方保证所提供产品的质量保证期为设备投入生产后12个月或到货后18个月，以先到为准。在质量保证期内，由于设备本身所产生的问题，卖方负责免费解决。对买方的问题，卖方应给于协助。出现重大故障，卖方48小时赶到现场。

Garantee and after sales:

The guarantee period shall be 18(eighteen) months counting from the date of arrival at China Port of Contract Equipment, or 12（twelve） months counting from the date on which the goods is installed and operation, whichever is earlier will count.In guarantee, if itself ofthe Seller’sequipment’s problem, the Seller should be free in charge solve the problem, if the problem is come from the Buyer, the Seller should be help for solve the problem.For serious failure from the Seller’s equipment, the Seller should be sent technican to site within 48 hours.
