显然，论题一对我们最有利而论题三对对方最有利。我们应该准备如何将话题由三及二引导到一上来。对方观点：开车打电话很可能会引发事故对方可能的论点：

最基本的，打电话会分神，分神就会有危险，有危险就有可能会引发事故。首先公共舆论及新闻媒体的宣传是对这一观点有利的。

比如，有关调查表明有多少比例的事故是因为开车打电话而导致的。进而有些地方甚至出台法律将开车打电话定为违法。

我方观点：

我方再次重申：开车打电话是Ok的，那些驾驶素养不高，不遵守交法的司机即使听从了对方辩友的论点开车不接打电话，也会因为别的一千种原因而分神而导致事故。加强教育提高全社会尤其是司机的道路素养，远比简单的一个“禁止”或一个“不能”更能消除事故安全隐患。大禹治水，靠疏不靠堵。
