Good afternoon! My name is qianhui.I‟m from Weitang middle school,It‟s my great honor to give my speech.
Today, I will talk about friendship is a neceity.
I hold that friendship is a neceity in life.Of course , most of people will agree with me.
Friendship is a kind of human relations.It is a human instinct to make friends.It plays an important part in our life.
Friendship not only brings us a lot of happine, but also reduces the sense of loneline.Because friendship is a basic source of hope in our lives .For example, when we are happy, we can share our feelings with friends; when we achieve succe, we can also tell friends to share our joys.when we are sad, friends are good listeners who can give us
suggestions to make us get rid of it, if we are in trouble, we can turn to friends for help , friends will surround us and friends willoffer us support and encouragement.
In terms of real friendship, true friends share not only joy ,but more often they share sorrow.As we get to know people, we take into account things like age, race, economic conditions, social position, and intelligence.To the true friendship, these factors are not of prime importance.Close friends just have similar ideas and beliefs and have attitudes and interests in common .
Friendship is also a bridge between people to communicate with each others, which let us understand each other better.in the modern age, people attach more importance to relations and connections.Diffient people will make our minds more advanced and mature .
To me, I will never forget my old friends and keep making new friends.With friendship, life is happy and harmonious.without friendship, we will be denied withfortunate and happine.Therefore, friendship is neceity.

2The relationship between teachers and students in English teaching Honorable leaders ,dear friends:/ ladies and gentlemen, Good afternoon! My name is qianhui.I‟m from Weitang middle school,It‟s my great honor to give my speech.Today, I will talk about The relationship between teachers and students in English teaching。 In order to fully motivate students， learning desire and arouse their aspiration for knowledge, teachers and students should play different roles in English cla.So a between teachers and students and a friendly atmosphere is a must to ensure a succeful English cla.How can we have the harmonious relationship between teachers and students in English cla? Personally I think the relationship as follows.First and foremost , students and teachers should become good friends ,as the saying goes „Teaching benefits teachers as well as students‟.Smile to your students as often as poible; say “thank you” to them whenever students do you a favor.They will be interested in your cla and would like to cooperate with you in cla and follow your advice outside of cla.In this way you can achieve your teaching aims succefully.Besides, Teachers should respect every student and their dignity deserves respect.For the middle school students, They are full of fantastic ideas.So teachers need be more patient with them.Teachers should never use abusive or insulting words such as troublemaker, bad boy, devil and so on.When they make mistakes, teachers need help them remedy their mistakes or persuade them into trying to abandon their bad habits step and step.Last but not least ,Teachers‟ aements usually play an important role in their studies.Right judgments of students, work provide students with encouragement and confidence which promote their studies.Students level for their work varies from student to student even if they are in the same cla.So teachers need be careful with their judgments about each student‟s work so as to let every one of the students benefit a lot from the judgments.In conclusion, a good teacher-student relationship can be mutually beneficial.The students gain knowledge eagerly and enjoyably and the teacher gains satisfaction from his job.That‟s all.Thank you for your listening.(看情况进行删减)In an English cla, students have mixed ability.For some higher level students, It is natural for teachers to employ good, well-done, excellent and some other complimentary remarks to speak high of their performances and encourage them to do even better.As for some lower level students,teachers should never look down upon them but help them to build up confidence.If they are discriminated by teachers, They could take for granted that they were born good-for-nothing.Thus they lose interest in their leons.The correct way for teachers to educate students is that they need show respect to each student‟s dignity in every aspect and encourage them to work hard on their subjects so that every one of them gets some kind of improvement in their studies.)
3Opportunities are only for the prepared mind.

Different people have different views on opportunities.Someone complain that there are few opportunities in the word, while others argue that opportunities are equal for everyone.
As far as I am concerned, I agree with the latter opinion.I firmly believe that opportunities are everywhere around us, because every dog has his day.
I can think of no better illustration of the view than my own
experience.When I was studying in high school ,there was a nationalwriting competion .Most of my clamates thought that they had virtually no chance ofwiningthe competition since they were studying in a rural school.But I felt that was a good chance and I must grasp it.So I get good ready for it and finally I won the second prize.
There is another about Mayun.In 1994, he was set to America, and occasionally he encountered the computer and knew information could be searched on the Internet.So, after her went back, he decided to set up a company on the Internet.However, at that time the idea that the Internet will bring about a great of damage to our society are widespread in our country.But, now, time demonstrates that he is right.Therefore, the qualities we must be equipped are the courage, self-confidence and the perseverance.In addition, we have to make good preparations and improve ourselves.I think it is also an important aspect.
To sum up, we can come to the conclusion that there are lots of opportunities in our society, only if we get prepared well can we seize the opportunities instead of letting them slip by.Just as the saying goes that opportunities are only for the prepared minds

Good morning , ladies and gentlemen:
It is my greatest honor to stand here today.I would like to share my English learning and teaching experience with you .My topic is: My pleasure for teaching English
Firstly, doing is better than saying.We are all teachers.So, we all know it‟s very important for the students to listen to us carefully.But, sometimes they may break this rule.What can we do? Can we punish them? Certainly, we can‟t.How can we deal with it? Let me tell you a story.I still remember, when I taught for the first time, it was very noisy and the students were too exited.So I shouted: “listen carefully.” The students kept quiet for a moment.But later, they became naughty again.I was very angry and sad about it.Fortunately, I felt better soon.Because I tried my best to give my students more chances to show their own opinions and listen to them as attentively as I can.Most of them felt I honor them and they honored me very much.
In fact ,learning English should be fun and exciting and must not be boring or with a sense of failure .After becoming an English teacher, I do whatever I can to make my cla lively and instructive.I think, to be a good English teacher, she should know her subject well.Her personality is as important as his knowledge.A good English teacher must be
enthusiastic.She must love her students and respect them.In addition, she must also respect herself and take pride in her work.A good English
teacher should be kind, encouraging, and helpful and she should motivate her students to seek knowledge.
Furthermore, Being an English teacher, I am very content.I am so grateful to have a life that is full of teenagers‟ trust and love.When my students answer my questions correctly, when they discu paionately, when they communicate with foreigners fluently, when I see the slowest in thought make progre, I know I have done a great job.Nothing can replace my pleasure.So being an English teacher, I have got

I have this dream that one day, when our country becomes the world largest economy, all citizens from other nations would come to China to learn Chinese to get into our latest science and technology .And we, now English teachers, will be able to teach them Chinese in English .Oh ,I think: This dream must and will come true.
