School Sports-meeting
With the closing ceremony, the 33th thrilling school sports-meeting ended succefully on the afternoon of November 1.
Comparing the last year, although the result is not as good as we expected, we show our unity, our tenacity and our own character in the sports-meeting.Our department made a breakthrough in some events.Among all, we got the second place in gymnastics and the eighth place in women high-jumping and the second place in two-minute skipping.There is no denying that we made a clear progre in team events.
Our athletes, ignoring the bad weather, showed themselves with great paion and confronted the challenges courageously, perfectly presenting the motto of “swifter, higher, stronger.” xx, secretary of our Party Committee , yy, secretary of students work office and coo ,the secretary of branch league committee watched the sports-meeting in person with us.Shaking their colorful flags again and again with all the effort, our cheer squad cheered loudly “go! Go! Go!” to inspire our athletes who really show our college students’ vigor, endurance and teamwork.
In this sports-meeting, even if we didn’t accomplish enormous
achievements, our scores are better than last year.Sport-meeting is a trial of both physical power and mind .Its significance has been beyond itself .Hence, we needn’t regret not getting flowers and applauses .The youth should never say die .Let’s hold every chance to show ourselves ,composing a beautiful song together.
