先生们，女士们，大家早上好。很高兴能站在这里给大家做我的演讲——投身石油 为祖国奋斗。
我毕业于中国石油大学就读石油工程专业，去年，我怀着一颗火热的心来到河南油田，作为一名刚毕业的大学生，应该是胸怀壮志的，然而，面对这陌生的环境，从未实践过的工作，我倍感忧心，无所适从，虽曾在学校学习了不少石油方面的知识，但那仅仅理论知识。日子在一天天的推移，屈指算来，我在油田已度过了300多个日日夜夜。油田领导们真诚热心的微笑激励了我，同事积极向上的工作态度影响了我，渐渐地，我感受到了油田的勃勃生机和活力。在这期间，我已经学到了很多书本上学不到的实践知识，与此同时，我更加意识到实经验的重要性，并暗下决心，我将继续努力学习。
众所周知，“石油是国家的命脉”，作为一名石油人，我倍感骄傲。在建党90周年来临之际，我要向我们的党表达我这颗投身石油报效祖国的决心。
“有条件要上，没有条件创造条件也要上；宁可少活20年，拼命也要拿下大油田。”这是铁人王进喜的名言，也已经渗透到油田的每一个角落。而在这里，我也切身感受到了这种精神，也是这种精神坚定了我终身服务油田、献身油田的信念。
然而美好的事物后面总会带有些许的伤痛，而这些事故就发生在我们身边，给我们带来了无法预计的损失。值得庆幸的是，如果我们遵守规则，每一桩事故都是可以避免的。为此，油田为了加强职工的安全意识，大力倡导“安全才能生产、安全才能增效、安全才能回家”油田领导者积极组织了各种HSE活动，如开展“危害识别”、“安全演练”等活动，此外我们油田还借助电视、报纸、网络等其他平台，开设专栏，将“HSE”管理工作推向高潮。
在这个特殊的日子里，让我们牢记铁人精神，时刻谨记安全，理论联系实际，努力奋斗，勇于创新，勇敢坚强的走在河南油田上产的道路上，为祖国歌唱，为中国共产党成立90周年献礼。
祝愿伟大的祖国繁荣富强，人民幸福安康，河南油田走向新的辉煌！

Devote myself to oilStruggle for our country

Good morning，ladies and gentlemen.
It\'s my great pleasure to stand here to present my speech----devote myself to oilstruggle for our country.
I graduated from the China University of Petroleum and ever majored in Petroleum Engineering.Last year, I came to Henan oilfield with a fiery heart.As a recent graduate, I should be confident.Although I have learnt much knowledge of oil in college, it\'s just the theoretical knowledge.Facing the strange environment where I hadn’t worked, I felt overwhelmed.As time goes by, I have spent more than 300 days and nights.The smile on the face of the oil field leaders encouraged me and the positive attitude influenced me.I gradually had a sense of unlimited vitality.During this period，I have learnt much knowledge which couldn’t be mastered from books.Meanwhile, I have also realized the importance of work experience and I’ll go on to gain it.
As everyone knows,“Oil is the nation’ s lifeblood”.Thus, I’m very proud of being an oilman.With the 90th anniversary of CPC coming, I’ll expre my determination to Party to devote myself to oil and serve the motherland.
“When the conditions exist, go ahead; when they don\'t exist, then create them and go ahead.Would rather le to live 20 years will win large
fields.” That is the Iron Man Wang Jinxi’s wisdom that has permeated every corner in field.And I have also felt this spirit and it encourages me to make up my mind to struggle for oil.
However, good things are always accompanied by pain.There have been a lot of accidents round us which brought unpredictable consequences.Fortunately every accident could be avoided if we comply with the rules.In order to enhance safety awarene and advocate “Safety to production, Safety to achieving effect, Safety to return home”, the field leaders have organized the activities of HSE, such as “hazard identification” and “security rehearsing”.In addition, our filed has made full use of television, newspapers, network and other platforms to set up columns and further step up publicity.
In this special day, let’s remember the Iron Man spirit, keep the safety in mind, combine theory with practice, strive hard and dare to innovate on the way to oil production! Let’s sing for the motherland and celebrate for the 90th anniversary of CPC!
