My dear Mom;

I would like to convey in this letter my heartfelt thanks to you for your upbringing in the past days.

Your upbringing is different from the other Chinese parents’.The traditional Chinese parents are always would like to get their children to all kinds of cram schools or interest-oriented claes.On the contrary, you never ask me to go to such places.It seems that your upbringing is excursive but actually not.On the one hand, you are very rigorous in some ways.In the terms of applying, you are always teaching me how to do the housework and cooking.But on the other hand, your teaching is very untrammeled and flexible.Sometimes, when I am discouraged, you would give me motivation to do the work.Invariably, you will never extinguish my creativity, and tell me that I can’t follow others blindly.This means I should have my own idea and gradually encourage me to think critically.Fortunately, I have become a well-rounded adolescent and generalist.

Thank you for those years’ great pedagogical methodology, which have made me become accustomed to the society.

As you see, my true gratitude is beyond the word\'s description.
