开各科室主任和护士长的知人善用，离不开护理姐妹们的支持与帮助。从我踏进医院大门，本着“一切为了病人，为了病人的一切”的服务理念，以“一切以病人为中心，努力学习业务知识，做到学以致用，不断拓宽自己的知识面，提高自己的业务能力。五年的临床护理工作的历练，使我的业务技术不断成熟，并得到明显的提高与发展；与此同时，护士长的言传身教，也使我积累了较多的护理管理与应对突发事件的经验。在这五年时间里，我的各项考核均获得合格和优良。正是这一切鞭策我在护理工作的道路上向更高的台阶迈进。
我知道护士长的工作十分重要，既是护理工作的管理者，执行者，也是指挥员，又是战斗员。我也深知护士长的工作十分辛苦。正是她们爱岗敬业，激励着我，促使着我向她们学习，向他们靠拢。 如果我能够竞聘为护士长，我要做好以下几方面的工作：
1、履职尽责，团结奋斗。在院班子的正确领导和护理部的指导下，积极配合领导搞好科室的管理工作，要团结全体护理人员，加强沟通，增进协调，充分发挥集体优势。
2、注重学习，强化责任。我将用制度和岗位职责去管理我的同事，督促核心制度的落实，要加强医护配合，积极主动地处理好医护关系、医患关系。
3、增收节支，积极创新。以实际行动感染和带动全体科室人员强化增收节支意识，从节约每度电、每滴水、每张纸的小事做起，降低医疗护理成，提高科室经济效益，增加大家的收入。建立温馨、和谐的医护关系，不断提高人民群众的满意度。
如果我这次能够竞聘成功，我一定与医院领导和科室主任同心同
德，与时俱进，我也会把护理事业的热情、忠诚、爱心和耐心，倾注到工作的点点滴滴之中去，争做一名合格的护士长。如果我没有竞聘到这个职位，我决不气馁，我将一如既往，脚踏实地的工作，在本职岗位上做一名优秀的护士。
我坚信：有志者，事竟成！ 若有人问我：“世界上谁的微笑最美”？我会毫不犹豫回答：“是我们护士的微笑”。在病人呻吟时，护士的一个微笑能让病痛减轻，能温暖一颗因疾病而变得冰冷的心，能使绝望的病人重新树立起战胜疾病的信心。

护理工作没有轰轰烈烈的辉煌，却写满了简单而又平凡的爱，打针、发药、铺床、输液，我们在苦中呵护着生命；交班、接班、白天、黑夜，我们在累中把握着生命的轮回；在病患家属的期待和焦怨声中，我们守侯着一个一个身患疾苦的病人??我们是捍卫健康的忠诚卫士，是我们为病人减轻痛苦，驱除病魔，南丁格尔在克里米亚战争中的功绩，白衣战士在抗击“非典”斗争中的贡献，这不是任何人都能做到的。面对人们用“白衣天使”来表达对护士形象美和内在美的深情赞誉，我们无愧！作为一名护士，我体验过患者面对病痛的无奈，我目睹过无数悲欢离合的场景，我感受过患者信任的目光，也遭遇过“秀才遇见兵，有理讲不清”的尴尬场面??但，我无悔！
别说你好苦，因为你是护士。是护士，就该为你的病人营造生命的绿色；是护士，就该承担起点燃生命，重塑生命的职责。虽然，我们的工作不曾惊天动地，也不会流芳百世，但我们无须为这种没有扭转乾坤之力而悲哀。因为你是春天的滴滴细雨，让生命的原野再现新绿；你似深秋的一片红叶悄然飘落，天使的青春已融为患者康复的笑靥；你是寒冬一一枝腊梅，阵阵幽香带给病人生的希冀。

有人说天使的微笑就像夏日里一丝清凉的微风，带走了炎热与烦闷，留下了清爽；像寒冬中中的一缕阳光，送走了寒冷，留下了温暖。让人间充满真情，充满温馨！“白衣天使”的称呼很美，如同一群白
鸽飞翔在蓝天，外表看似如此，但是天使背后的苦和累。外人难以得知。从上班护士服一穿开始，在医院消毒水的气味中，不能有任何杂念，在白色的氛围中送走了无数个宁静的夜晚。请你把眼睛投向这群身着白衣、头顶燕尾的天使们吧，她们有对职业的热爱和敬仰，也有
苦衷和酸涩。请走进她们的心灵，去感知她们的辛苦，与她们一起分享维护生命、使生命得以存在和延续的喜悦。我不敢说护士工作的伟大，但我想说护士的工作一定不平凡。护士，承担着“保护生命，减轻痛苦，促进建康”的使命。
我们的医院是一棵参天大树，而我们则是与树干息脉相连小小的绿叶。当繁花盛开的春天，也许有人会赞美花的芬芳，枝干的挺拔，树荫的浓密，但谁又会提到那一片片默默无闻的绿叶呢？不，我没有怨，也没有惋惜，我依然含着谦然的微笑坚守在那平凡的岗位上。为了使医院这棵大树更加枝繁叶茂，我们愿献上自己微薄的力量。不要问医院能为我们做些什么，而要问我们能为医院做些什么，因为医院在我心中！奉献让我们更加美丽！

“每个人的青春只有一次，只有奉献的青春才能永褒魅力”，带着这个坚定的誓言，怀着对白衣天使和社会责任的向往，我选择了护理这个专业，走上了护士这个辛苦、繁琐但有价值，被人们称为“白衣天使”工作岗位。工作快三年了，让我真切的体会到我们的工作有多苦有多累，又有多重要。打针、输液、抢救…在苦中感受呵护生命的快乐；交班、接班、白天、黑夜…在累中体会自身价值的意义。记
得那个夜班，我抢救成功了一个病人，那天上白班我灌了12个肠，那天前夜下班回家三点钟，无数个寂静的黑夜，我们在病人的鼾声中迎来了新的一天，无数个寒冷的冬天的早晨，我们是行走在街头最早的上班族。
其实，我只是一名普通的护士！
在工作中并没有做出什么轰轰烈烈的业绩，与许多护理前辈和老党员的爱岗敬业，将一生奉献给了医学事业相比，我倍感惭愧，我所做的这一切还远远不够。记得冰心老人写过这样一首诗：爱在左，同情在右，走在生命的两旁，随时撒种，随时开花，将这一长途，点缀得香花弥漫，使穿纵佛叶的人，踏着荆棘，不觉得痛苦，有泪可落，却不悲凉。我认为这是对护士天职最好的诠释，也默默地用自己的实际行动为她作出注脚。在工作中，努力使病人得到尽可能多的帮助与照顾。护理工作或大或小的许多事，许多细节，在不断地感染着别人，同时也激励着自己。
其实，我只是一名普通的护士，
作为新世纪的青年人，我把护理事业当作无上的荣光，当作义不容辞的责任，这是一种实现理想的热烈情感，是一种奋发向上的精神状态，是生命潜能的充分迸发，是脚踏实地的不懈追求。是的，我愿将青春和热血奉献给太阳底下最美好的事业，怀着这种追求，捧着这颗恒心，带着这股力量，我将不断向着新的目标破浪前进。

one hundred years later, the negro lives on a lonely island of poverty in the midst of a vast ocean of material prosperity.one hundred years later, the negro is still languishing in the corners of american society and finds himself an exile in his own land.so we have e here today to dramatize an appalling condition.in a sense we have e to our nation\'s capital to cash a check.when the architects of our republic wrote the magnificent s of the constitution and the declaration of independence, they were signing a promiory note to which every american was to fall heir.this note was a promise that all men would be guaranteed the inalienable rights of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happine.it is obvious today that america has defaulted on this promiory note insofar as her citizens of color are concerned.instead of honoring this sacred obligation, america has given the negro people a bad check which has e back marked \"insufficient funds.\" but we refuse to believe that the bank of justice is bankrupt.we refuse to believe that there are insufficient funds in the great vaults of opportunity of this nation.so we have e to cash this check -- a check that will give us upon demand the riches of freedom and the security of justice.we have also e to this hallowed spot to remind america of the fierce urgency of now.this is no time to engage in the luxury of cooling off or to take the tranquilizing drug of gradualism.now is the time to rise from the dark and desolate valley of segregation to the sunlit path of racial justice.
