L: Firstly, We would like to introduce the rules for the contest and
1 principles of the judging.Y: （1）此次演讲比赛规定：要求参赛选手脱稿演讲比赛，不能脱稿演讲的选手将无参赛资格。
（2）第一部分为主题英语演讲，内容同预赛，时间不
超过5分钟。
（3）第二部分为评委提问，选手现场答题，答题时限2分钟。
（4）本着公平公正的原则，比赛由评委现场打分，并在下一个选手演讲结束后，由主持人当场公布上一个选手的成绩。 （5）评分标准：满分为10分
演讲内容方面、英语表达方面、形象表现方面、综合印象分。
