I.With Strict Management and Love, Unite the Soldiers
Since I joined the fire force, as the station chief, I have been working at the center closely around the fire and rescue task management to adhere to the rules and regulations, and continuously strengthen the \"software\", perfect \"hardware\" facilities.
I deeply know “there is no bad soldier with a good chief.” Our officers and soldiers come from all over the country.It is the common obligations that make us together.Because we are from different families, as well as our various characters and habits, it is a great challenge of management and education.How do we do to make every soldier have the “Four Qualifications”? What can we do to help them form the right outlook on life and values? These are the problems I consider all the time.I encourage them with collective honor, educate them with right theory, unite them with comradeship.For example, one day, a soldier Xiao Yang, who comes form Jiangsu Province, came to the monitor on the first day and said, “Since I am a soldier for two years, I just want to hang out.The only aim to be here is to find a good job after out of service, so please do me a favor these days.” When I knew this, I talked to him immediately.After patient persuasion and education, Xiao Yang became the squadron\'s top soldier and a squad leader.Now he has become a model for soldiers to learn.
II.Being an Example, Lead the Soldiers in a Charge
As the chief, I have been concentrating on the work of combat training.Since the training began this year, I pay more attention to it.On the training ground, I use my own skills to help my soldiers.In training, I was very strict with myself, and request myself to do what soldiers should do.The large-scale military activities went into the climax period, when it was in the hot summer days.After trainings, officers and men were wet by sweat.However, it hadn\'t stopped soldiers’ training enthusiasm.It was an experiencing test for all of them.When they saw their captain did the same exercises as they did, they made no complaints, and tried their best to participate in the activities.My role model not only affects the recruits, also affects other deputy cadres.There is an old saying, “Train runs faster, which depends on the engine.” Precisely because the squadron leader goes to the front, several deputy cadres can follow soldiers to train on the training pitch on their own initiatives.Under the leadership of senior staff, the squadron set off a training campaign, during which the officers all compete to win, so that the training efficiency and the performance of trainees are constantly improving.In an integrated operation of the training, climbing over the window, my hand was cut open, bleeding, but I simply puta bandage on ,thencontinue the training, the other soldiers tried to persuade me into a break, but I do not care the wound, I picked up the hose and rushed out.Due to the high intensity of training my arthritis got worse, sometimes bending stand just for three minutes can actually cause so much pain that makes me could not stand.The deputy chief of the squadron advised me to take a break in his office, a few minutes later I could not sit still, I just returned to training ground to guide the training and help correct the soldier’s action.
I also pay attention to scientific training methods, on the one hand I was involved in developing training programs carefully, arranging training courses properly; on the other hand, I attach great importance to the communicating approach, I often use the training intervals to get the soldiers sit together to talk about ideas, to discu the training strategy analysis.
I am the youngest among the four military officers, but I still want to compete with them to see whose troop is the strongest.In the troop training of this year, I am the first one to show my decision to the branch and sign the military pledge.It is said that Rome is not build in one day.If you want to gain the soldiers’ respect and have the persuasion power in the training proce, you must have the ability to let people trust you, apart from having the presence of commander and the spirit of hard-working and endurance.Under my leadership, we win the seventh place in the whole corps and are awarded the title “The Victory Of the Competition in Military Skills” and I also win the first place in the two events——the Shuttle Run and the Comprehensive Drills— and the fourth place in the fire-fighting on the second floor.
III.Taking the Overall Situation and Selfle Devotion
Common saying, it’s easy to abandon one’s nation, but difficult to discard his family.This year, for completing “161 Project” and other works, I have to give up the holidays, and persist in working.As a long time I can not go home, the family always complain about me, but they still support to help me in action.There are twelve days vacation a year, but Ijust have a few days of rest .So, even parents sick nor can I take care of them and when my family are in trouble, I can\'t help anything either.I put all my energy into work, practice my ideal with my sweat, write a beautiful poem of my life with my persistent and pursuit.
