How to deal with the preure in college study and life? Good morning, teacher.My topic today is how

to deal with the preure in college study and life. As we know, college life is colorful, rich, interesting but independent.We are far from home and have to face with some troubles on our own.Then how to deal with preure which occurs in our college life and study? Firstly, I think we should adjust our mental attitudes and turn the preure into motivation. Secondly, we can communicate with a trusty friend to pour out our preure.We will be better after speaking it out. Thirdly, strengthen the sport.Getting more exercise can not only keep our body healthy but also enhance the ability to handle stre.So that we can relax ourselves.Fourthly, we can keep a diary to record our preure, the diary just like a good friend who is listening to you when we are writing down our preure. What’s more, listening to favorite music and then having a sweet sleep is a good idea. The last one, and it’s also my favorite one.Going shopping and eating delicious food.I think it’s the choice of most of girls. Actually, good mood depends on our attitudes, we ought to face life with optimism.如何解决工作生活中的压力?

 调整好心态。化压力为动力。

 把一个自己信任的朋友,尽情倾述,把心中的压力和烦恼说出来,就会好多了。

 加强运动,锻炼身体,增强压力耐受力,也可起到发泄,舒缓作用。

 写下来。不管是备忘录,日记本还是说说。在写的时候就如同和朋友述说。自己面对的很多压力都会在文字中得到缓解。

 听喜欢的音乐,然后好好睡一觉,把自己心中的那份压力都缓解过来。  购物。吃美食。
