After listened to the speech of Mr.Yellow, I figure that as a new teacher, I must pay more attention to learning something about education.

Just as Mr.Yellow said, love is the most important thing on education.If you don’t love your student, you can not teach them with your heart.Education needs love and love needs persistence.We should learn to appreciate our student, and only in this way can we create the mode of education that is fit our students.And in this field, we should learn from a famous educationist, Li zhenxi.After read his book, I knew that as a teacher, we must own love and childlike innocence, because they are as important as teaching skills.

In addition, in order to be a good English teacher, we must try to be a good English user.How to be a good English user? In my opinion, not only should we grasp Basic English knowledge, such as vocabulary, grammar and culture, but also we should try to use English as much as poible.In cla, we should create English atmosphere, guide students to build up the good habit of English learning.After cla, we also need to use English to communicate with students.We all know that English is our second language, maybe it is difficult when compared with our mother tongue, but I believe it can become easy to students when we use the right teaching methods and the right practice methods.And our objection is make students learn English well through acquisition.

Besides, one thing we should remember is attentive cla is not enough, what we pursue is that we should grasp the eence of English and create effective cla.
