陈式英语简单到什么程度呢，简单到没有任何英语基础的人都能读懂，甚至没有任何汉语基础的人都能听懂，当你读一个句子给一个不识字的人听的时候，他照样可以很容易的理解一个单词的意思；简单到陈式英语的四个步骤，任何一个步骤都不会让人产生一点点难的感觉，虽然你不会有一点点难的感觉，但是却让你对一个单词已经完成了10几遍的记忆过程。也就是说，当你对初高中全部4000英语单词都完成了10几遍的记忆过程，你都不会有难的感觉。当你掌握了初高中全部的4000单词的时候，你还会说英语难吗？！

陈式英语就是不难的英语。英语不难才是英语的本来面目。

通过猜、查、读写、造句等几个步骤，对一个单词进行了多遍的记忆和巩固复习，能够让学生对一个单词的印象逐步加深。要想达到这一目的，单纯的背词典或一个单词写8遍10遍甚至更多，显然是太机械和枯燥，容易打压学生的学习兴趣；同时由于学生的年龄原因，学习的计划性差，陈式英语给学生制定出了现成的计划，学生只要照着做就可以了。

英语就是如此简单，因为英语本来就不难！ 陈式英语还原了英语的本来面目，英语本该如此！ 我是一个比较要强的人，总希望什么都能做的更好，希望比身边那么一些人强，所以我选择了走自己想走的路。毕业已经满三年了，但自己想做的事没有一件做成了。现在想想，原因还不是出在自己身上，怨不得任何人，只怪自己太急于求成了。

现在回头想想，自己这三年所经历的，在身边的朋友看来，是一种多姿多彩，但作为当局者来说，在收获经历的同时，却无疑伴有不同的辛酸苦辣。所以当今年走完自己心中那几条想走的路的时候，有那么一段时间，自己完全陷入了惆怅和迷茫当中，完全不知道自己接下来该何去何从。但另一方面，自己却又不甘心，不甘心这一切的无奈。

简单，其实也是最不简单的一种生活态度生活方式，我们可以很轻松的说着我活的简单，其实呢，简单的背后也会承受很多并不简单的压力思想，我们表现出来的也许是简单，但生活并不会像表现出来的那么无忧无虑。

简单是应该针对自己而不是别人，既然自己选择简单就不能要求别人和你一样，如果做不到只能说明你自己也并不是个简单的人，通常我们会说我对他多好，可他却没有真诚的对我??永远要记住你对他好是你的一厢情愿，他没有如你所愿是因为他不觉得你值得他对你真诚对你友好，这个简单的道理，直到我前几天看到人家的感悟才知道。

存在就有道理，就是没明白这道理所以有的时候会感觉委屈，现在看来所有的委屈也只

是自己的一厢情愿造成的，怨不了别人，我喜欢简单，所以我选择简单，简单永远是自己的选择不能去要求别人！

朋友，必须是心里互相认可接受的那才算，真正的朋友才能有所要求，当然还不能无理，朋友是可以依靠的像家人，如果只是玩伴只是爬友那最好还是简单点，别要求，没人有义务有责任对你负责对你友好，你做的是你自己觉得该做的，别人也一样。

这观点也不知道对不对，反正我就是这么理解的。

做简单的人就是让我们从冗繁忙乱的生活中，从复杂迷离的社会中走出来。让我们在蓝天白云的简练中忘却烦恼，让我们对自己说：“天下本无事，庸人自扰之”，然后心平气和地从一大堆琐事中理出头绪。

做简单的人就是要抓住生活的核心，过一种高效率的生活，而不为生活繁琐刻板的一面所禁锢。做简单的人不是对工作敷衍了事，不负责任，而是分清主次，一针见血地深入实质，精益求精。从某种意义上讲，做简单的人正是善于从主体上把握事物的脉络。

做简单的人就是不世故，不虚伪，不自欺欺人，不故作高深，不在错综复杂的关系网中作茧自缚。做简单的人需要真诚，需要坦率，需要求实，需要勇气，需不断舍弃那些心灵的累赘和种种执迷，不去计较个人的得失，以一种博大的心胸去容纳一切。

自从上初中以来，我们就开始接触完形填空这种题型，用英语说叫cloze。以前只是知道这种题要求我们在通读短文的基础上，把空缺的单词或词组选出来。而通过学习，我了解到完型填空的设计是基于格式塔理论的。格式塔理论认，人的大脑里储存着已有的知识和完整的知识体系，当人们感知外部事物和对信息进行加工时，这些已有的知识和完整的知识体系会有意识货无意识地起作用。格式塔理论还认为人们在感知不完整的事物时，在内心深处总是倾向于将其补全，使之成为一个完整体；整体是由部分组成的，而整体大于各部分的简单相加。而完形填空正是一种需要补全，使之完整的语篇材料。这对我今后在教学时的启示就是，要告诉学生根据格式塔理论来解答完形填空的题，即利用上下文推断出空缺的信息，借助文章意义的层次推进来预测情节的发展。

一、本学期英语学习的内容：

1.课本后的单词表是最基础的，而且加粗词更为重要，要求孩子能够听、说、认读。这就要孩子们回家去复习，消化这些单词。词汇是三年级考试的重要内容，一定要过关。 2.课文中的对话，日常交际用语。要求熟练，流畅地背出来，说出来。

1、在英语作业本方面，基本是1号、2号、自备本。一般

情况下，英语作业会记在当天所要做的那本本子上，自备本一般是回家默写本。

2、每个孩子准备一本《英语笔记本》，记录下每一个单元

相关的重要知识，有些是语法点，有些是注意点，有些是常错误点。总之，英语笔记本的作用是相当大的，因为是刚开学，英语笔记本上，记得也不多。接下来的时间，我会充分利用好这本英语笔记本，也请家长留下这样一个概念：英语笔记本上的内容是精华部分，是重要知识点，是您的孩子在考卷、练习中出错的习题。每天回去读、背笔记本上的内容也是孩子每天的必修课。读多少可以控制，但是要形成读、背的习惯。

3、4a英语书上、每个单元的a、e部分逐个到老师这里

过关，我会在过关的部分做好记号，一目了然，家长可以随时看您的孩子，哪一课过关了，哪一课还不是很熟练，需要再加强读背的。

4、英语预习方面，听读课文磁带非常重要，预习时，整个

单元的录音，至少听上三遍。a部分是短文；b部分是单词；c、d部分是本单元句型练习。e部分是小对话。r部分是语音。g部分是内容延伸。在预习英语时，a部分在预习时，可以翻译成中文，b部分熟读，c、d部分，按照提示的句型结构，试着先写写。预习工作，做得越扎实，也就越能保障在课堂中学习的效率。

简单，做简单的人，在做的大部分人都比我年长，相信理解的也要比我深刻。今年以来，尤其是这段时间，我一直希望能调整自己的状态，所以也老是在思考一个问题：我怎样才能做回简单的自己？

现在回头想想，自己这三年所经历的，在身边的朋友看来，是一种多姿多彩，但作为当局者来说，在收获经历的同时，却无疑伴有不同的辛酸苦辣。所以当今年走完自己心中那几条想走的路的时候，有那么一段时间，自己完全陷入了惆怅和迷茫当中，完全不知道自己接下来该何去何从。但另一方面，自己却又不甘心，不甘心这一切的无奈。

简单，其实也是最不简单的一种生活态度生活方式，我们可以很轻松的说着我活的简单，其实呢，简单的背后也

会承受很多并不简单的压力思想，我们表现出来的也许是简单，但生活并不会像表现出来的那么无忧无虑。

简单是应该针对自己而不是别人，既然自己选择简单就不能要求别人和你一样，如果做不到只能说明你自己也并不是个简单的人，通常我们会说我对他多好，可他却没有真诚的对我??永远要记住你对他好是你的一厢情愿，他没有如你所愿是因为他不觉得你值得他对你真诚对你友好，这个简单的道理，直到我前几天看到人家的感悟才知道。

i want very much to do better this time.i started explaining, and finished in a hurry. pretending not to notice her still confused eyes, i ran off quickly.nat surprisingly, she again did very badly in the exam.and two months later, at the beginning of the new semester, word came of her death of blood cancer.no one ever knew about the little task i failed to fulfill, but i couldnt forgive myself.i simply couldnt forget her eyes, which seem to be asking, why didnt you do a little more to help me, when it was so easy for you? why didnt you understand a little better the trust placed in you, so that i would not have to leave this world in such pain and regret? i was about eight or nine years old at that time, but in a way it was the very starting point of my life, for i began to understand the word responsibility and to learn to always do my duties faithfully and devotedly, for the implications of that sacred word has dawned on me: the mutual need and trust of people, the co-operation and inter-reliance which are the very foundation of human society. later in my life, i continued to experience many failures.but never again did i feel that regret which struck me at the death of the girl, for it makes my heart satisfied to think that i have always done everything in my power to fulfill my responsibilities as best i can. words like individuality and creativity are getting more emphasis and more people are rewarded for their hard work and efforts.such is the era in which this generation ,grows and matures. such is the era in which this generation will take over the nation from our fathers and learn to run it.yet in the meantime, many problems still exist. we learn that crimes take place in broad daylight with crowds of people looking on and not aisting.we hear that there are still about 1 million children in this country who cant even afford to go to elementary schools while enormous sums of money are being squandered away on dinner parties and luxury cars. we buy shoddy medicines, or merely worthle junk in the name of medicines, that aggravate, rather than alleviate our diseases since money, many people believe, is the most important thing in the world that must be made, even at the expense of morality and responsibility. such an era, furthermore, demands, that we are a generation with a clear perception of our historical responsibility and an aggreive will to take action and solve the problems.history has long been preparing these qualities in this generation and it is now calling us forward to give testimony to our patriotism and heroism towards this nation and all humanity. standing here now, i think of the past 15 years of my life as an ordinary student.probably ill be an ordinary man for the rest of my life.but this doesnt discourage me any, for i know that with my sense of responsibility and devoted efforts to always strive, for the best, its going to be a meaningful and worthwhile life that i will be living. standing here now, i think of the past 15 years of this nation, which has achieved greatne that inspired millions of people of my age, most of whom will not attain fame or prestige and only a few of whom will be remembered by posterity.but that doesnt discourage us any, because we i cant ever forget that little girl in my cla who couldnt had the same opportunities as any of us here to enjoy a wonderful life today and a hopeful world tomorrow. it is the sacred responsibility of this generation to face up to the challenges of the new century and to devote our sweat and blood, our wisdom and paion, to the historic cause of making this nation a greater and happier land for every one of us. we are not going to evade that responsibility.we are going to let people down.and people, far and near, will hear of us.frost will be brought to their backbones and tears to their eyes when our stories are told and retold, so let us go forth, my fellow members of this luckily chosen generation, and meet the new century in victory and glory. 责任感——青年人荣誉的标志

期末考试前一天，她来求我说“请你给我讲解一下行吗?这次我很想考得好一点。”我开始给她讲解，不一会儿便草草收场，假装没有察觉她迷茫的眼神，一溜烟儿地跑开了。不出所料，这次她又考砸了。两个月后，新学期依始，传来她死于血癌的消息。我没有完成那项小小的任务，无人知晓。但我却不能原谅自己。她的眼睛令我难以忘怀，仿佛在责问我，“你为什么不愿多帮助我呢?这对于你来说，并不费事。你为什么不能理解我对你的信赖，而让我带着痛苦和遗憾离开这个世界?”

我当时才八九岁。但从某种意义上讲，这件事成了我生活的新起点。因为我开始体会到“责任”二字的意义，并尽心尽力地学着完成自己的义务。我也逐渐领会了这个神圣字眼的深刻内含:人与人之间的彼此需要和信任、合作和依赖正是人类社会存在的基础。

之后，我在生活中又经受过多次失败，但那小姑娘之死所引起的懊悔，心里却不曾再现。想到自己做每一件事都能尽职尽责，一种满足之感便油然而生。

此事及类似的多起事件改变了我，完善了我。当我长大成人，我开始领悟周围发生的一切变化。我发现，从某种意义上说，社会跟我一样，正处在一个自我完善的时期。新建筑、新商品、新款式一天一个样。新思维、新信息、新技术层出不穷。即便万里相隔，人们在转瞬之间即可相互交谈。社会竞争越演越烈。

人们越来越强调个性和创造性。越来越多的人因工作努力而受到奖赏。这就是当今的时代，一代新人由成长迈入成熟的时代。这是我们这一代人接替父辈治国安邦的时代。然而，我们也面临很多间题。

据悉，坏人在光天化日之下作恶，周围的群众居然袖手旁观，无动于衷。我还听说，目前我国尚有100万儿童连小学也上不起，而巨额资金却拿去举办奢侈的宴会和购置豪华的轿车。

我们常常买的是劣质药品，或名曰药品实为一文不值的废物，非但不能除病去痛，反而会使

病情加重。在某些人看来，世上金钱最宝贵，只要能赚钱，不惜牺牲道德和责任。

因而，这个时代赋予我们的是更强烈的竞争和效率意识，使我们更善于批判性地思考和创造性地行动。

此外，这个时代要求我们这一代人必须认清自己肩负的历史重任，下定决心，采取行动，解决上述问题。长期以来，历史一直在我们这一代人身上培养着这些品质。现在，历史呼唤我们挺身而出，以实际行动向全民族及全人类证实我们的拳拳爱国之心和大无畏的英雄主义。

学英语很多年了。读书的时候我过了大学英语六级。毕业后也一直没有放弃英语。但是口语始终不怎么行！为什么呢？因为我缺少英语口语练习，没有英语口语练习的一个很好的环境。 我现在是越来越觉得口语的重要了。你想想你肚子里有货，假如你说不出来的话有什么用？更何况，英语不同于其他学科，英语是一门语言，如果你学一门语言你不会说，或者说得不好，你怎么可以说自己学会了这门语言呢？

提高英语口语水平，没有其它路径，唯一的路径就是要多多地去练习英语口语。但是你怎么练呢?

1) 有的人选择读课文，读范文。

大量地读，大声地读！不可否认，这是一种很好的方法。但是这种方法的缺点是，如果你没有经过实战口语练习的话，你虽然可以把句子说得很通顺，但是往往到了实战场合，你不能很好的把你想要说得话脱口而出。或者你可能需要一个思维组织句子的过程，所以你说出口的话也是通顺的，但是你就是会让人感觉到一个思维的过程。

2) 有的人选择去说英语的地方。这种地方总的来说有两个地方，一个是国外，比如美国、澳大利亚、英国、加拿大等。但是这种条件太高了，一般人做不到。经济上不允许，时间上不允许。那么在国内，英语角就几乎是首选了。所谓的英语角，就是英语学习者，或者英语培训机构等组织的一个主要以练习英语口语为目的一个聚会活动，有的是定期的，有的是不定期。这种英语口语练习方法的优点是显而易见的。因为这是最接近于真实的环境。或者说，这本身就是一个真实的英语交流环境。我本

来就参加过很多次英语角的活动，不仅英语口语水平通过这种方式的练习得到了提高，而且还交到了一些有共同爱好的朋友！真是一石二鸟啊！

3) 参加一些培训机构的英语口语特训班。这种系统的英语口语练习应该是有不错的效果的，可以说是见效最快的，因为有专业老师甚至一些外教的辅导和指点，可以避免走很多弯路。缺点是你要花一笔不菲的学费。因为这些培训机构收的学费一般都不便宜。

4) 找网友在网上进行英语口语练习。其实这是我最最想推荐的方式！因为这种方式最方便，最容易实现，最省钱。现在互联网技术已经很成熟了，语音聊天已经不是什么新鲜事了。qq, msn, skype等等都有语音聊天功能。在这里我强烈推荐skype！因为skype是世界级软件，而且提供搜索网友功能，这样你就

可以在skype上搜索英语系国家的网友来练习英语口语！这种功能非常有用，因为你能够以很低的成本找到

native englsih speakers来交流！

ps: 第4种方法说到的通过skype寻找英语国家的网友来聊天，这个是有技巧的，我这里小小分享一下：

1) 不是所有的老外都是很空闲来等着你去聊天的，所以你要尽量找一些年纪在60以上的，因为这部分人通常退休在家，所以也愿意跟你闲聊。

2) 一定要有礼貌。外国人一般很注重礼节，比如你想跟对方语聊最好先通过文字聊天征求他/她的同意，不要直接call过去。直接call过去的结果通常是被对方直接deny甚至直接blacklist。

3) 女生更容易找到人来聊，来练习英语口语。因为这个世界上的男人都好色。

4) 如果你口语基础还很差的话，最好以其他方式先练练。免得碰到欧美的老外半天说不出一句话来，这样对方通常不会有耐心的。

蒜泥白肉蔬菜卷

其实我本人是不吃肥肉的，偏爱蔬菜。对于我来说花肉也是肥肉，就是不敢吃，吃了也会恶心。但好姐妹们却很喜欢，为了她们我就把这道“蒜泥白肉蔬菜卷”学了起来。这样的搭配完美地满足了我们的口福喽！

这道菜是我在“美食天下”网上学来的。我本来是厨艺白痴，之前连煮个鸡蛋汤面都煮不好，别的就更别说了。现在上这网站多看，多学，经历过几次惨痛的失败后，现在让我煮一餐家常饭还是没问题的。当然跟大师级的是没得比，靠边站还差不多啦。好了费话说太多了，不好意思！我们赶快入主题！！！ 原料：

主料：五花肉250克、黄瓜1根、红萝卜1根

调料：葱2根、姜1小块、八角1颗、大蒜4瓣、料酒、盐、酱油、糖少许、香醋、香油、辣椒油适量、熟芝麻少许。

做法：

1、五花肉洗净，冷水下锅，煮开；滚煮5分钟。

2、捞出，重新煮锅开水，把刚煮过的花肉放到开水锅，把准备好的葱、姜、八角和料酒倒进去，点两滴醋，肉更容易入味。大火煮开转小火煮10分钟左右，至肉熟透；猪肉不必煮得过烂，否则不好切，还影响口感，以筷子能轻松插透为准。

3、关火后让肉浸在原汤中20分钟后，再取出沥干晾凉；

4、用刀把肉切成薄片；

5、黄瓜和葱白切丝；

6、把黄瓜丝和葱丝摆在肉片上，卷成卷儿，摆盘；

7、大蒜捣成蒜泥，添加盐、凉拌酱油、糖、香醋、香油、辣椒油和熟芝麻，兑成调味料，浇在白肉蔬菜卷上即可。

1、酸辣土豆丝：

制作工艺

1.将土豆削皮，切细丝，泡在水

中洗去淀粉，既能避免其变黑，又能使其在炒烧时保持白嫩、爽脆。炒前捞出，沥干水分。

2.青、红辣椒去籽、蒂，切成细丝，干辣椒切丝。

3.炒锅上火，加入花生油烧热，放葱丝爆锅，加入干辣椒炒香，再加入青红椒丝、土豆丝，炒至八成熟时加入精盐、味精调 味，再淋上香油和香醋，炒熟即可。

2、红烧茄子：

1 把茄子洗净去掉头尾，切成滚刀状，泡在清水中，捞起沥干水后洒少许淀粉拌匀。葱去头尾洗净，切成段。

2 猪肉洗净切片，剁成泥后，加1/2汤匙酱油、1汤匙生粉、1/2汤匙油和1/3汤匙鸡粉拌匀，腌制10分钟入味

3 倒3汤匙油进锅烧热，倒入肉末炒散，直至肉色变白后捞起待用。

4 继续加10汤匙油，爆香葱段，放入茄子开大火快速翻炒，加5汤匙水炒至茄子出水变软，约5～6分钟。

5 倒入之前炒好的肉末炒1分钟后，洒1/3汤匙盐、1/5汤匙鸡粉和1/2汤匙酱油调味，就可起锅啦!

3、鱼香茄子：

原料：

茄子 2条, 肉丝少许.

姜, 蒜, 葱, 辣豆瓣酱, 醋, 糖.

制法：

1.将茄子洗净沥干，切成小圆段备用。大蒜洗净切末、葱洗净切成葱花, 姜切末备用。把醋, 糖, 芡粉放入碗中, 加水备用.注意: 碗中先放糖, 再放醋.醋放到和糖一样平.

2.将油加热后，放入茄子段炸软成金黄色时，捞起将油沥干。

3.将姜, 蒜, 葱爆香后，倒入肉丝，再倒入炸好的茄子拌炒一下，再加入碗中 的调料拌炒, 即可盛入盘中。

4、青椒炒鸡蛋：

做法：1.把青椒用清水洗净，去籽切成细丝。将鸡蛋打在碗里，用筷子搅散开。

2.锅内放油，烧热，将蛋汁倒入，炒好倒出。

3.往锅内倒入余油，烧热，放入葱花炝锅，随着放入青椒丝，加精盐炒几下，见青椒丝翠绿色时，放入炒好的鸡蛋、味精，翻炒均匀，用香醋烹一下，即可出锅。

5、地三鲜

材料：土豆 1 个 ,茄子 2 个 ,青椒 1 个

调料：烹调油、酱油、糖、盐、葱花、蒜蓉、生粉、高汤各适量

做法：

1、茄子和土豆去皮，切成滚刀块;青椒手掰成小块。

2、锅中到入多一些的油，七

成热时，先将土豆块放入，炸成金黄色，略显透明时捞出备用.。

3、再将茄子倒入油锅，炸至金黄色，加入青椒块即一起捞起.。

4、以少量热油爆香葱花及蒜茸，加高汤、生抽、糖、盐、茄子、土豆和青椒块，略炒.。

5、加入水生粉大火收汁即可

6、干煸豆角

用料：扁豆400克，肉末150克 调料：干辣椒4个，老抽1大勺，榨菜末、花椒、蒜粒、盐、味精各适量 做法：

1、扁豆两头撕去老筋，掰成两节，洗净，控干。

2、烧热250克油，放入扁豆，炸到扁豆表皮起皱时，用笊篱捞出控净油。

3、另取锅烧热，用1大勺油爆香肉末、干辣椒、花椒、榨菜、蒜粒。

4、倒入老抽、扁豆翻炒，扁豆熟透时关火，放盐和味精，炒匀即可。

7、鸡肉炒菜花

用料：鸡胸肉、菜花 调料：葱丝、姜末、大料、食用油、料酒、盐、鸡精、蚝油、粉芡 做法：

1、鸡胸肉洗净，切成片用盐料酒食用油腌一会，再用粉芡抓匀。

2、菜花洗净劈成小朵，坐开水锅，下锅焯一下，捞出过凉水，控净水备用。葱切丝，姜切末，蒜切片。

3、另取炒菜锅，放油，油温热了

把大料放入，再放姜末，把鸡胸肉也放进锅中滑炒至肉变色盛出备用，然后再把葱丝姜末放入炒出香味，放焯好的菜花翻炒。

4、放料酒、鸡精、蚝油，把滑好的鸡胸肉也放进锅中，快速翻炒，放盐，翻炒，出锅装盘。

8、粉蒸肉

用料：五花肉一块 调料：八角一颗，葱少许，姜若干片，料酒少许,辣椒，花椒若干，大米，紫米若干，老抽，生抽，鸡精，糖，豆瓣酱 做法：

1、五花肉切片。

2、把肉用料酒，葱，姜，八角腌上。

3、腌上肉以后，准备辣椒，花椒，大米，紫米。

4、把准备好的3放锅里炒。

5、把3放锅里用中火把大米抄香且变得微黄。

6、用搅拌机把炒好的3打碎。不要搅得太碎。颗粒大些易可。

7、把6倒入腌好的肉里。加入老抽，生抽，糖，鸡精，少许麻油。拌匀。

8、最后加入一大勺豆瓣酱。再加少许水，使粉湿润。

9、葱花炒鸡蛋：

烹制方法

材料：鸡蛋、葱

调料：盐、油

1 .葱洗净去掉葱白，把葱青切成葱花，放进玻璃大碗里

2 .打入四只鸡蛋，将玻璃大碗倾斜成45度，用筷子顺一个方向，将蛋和葱花快速搅拌，打至蛋液呈黏稠状。

3 .把锅烧热，直到锅内的水分全部蒸发，烧1分钟左右，放6汤匙油入锅，转动锅让油铺满整个锅面，然后改成小火，再浇入蛋液。

4 .顺一个方向快速翻炒蛋液，大约1分钟后，蛋液会凝固起来，这时赶紧起锅，免得炒蛋过

老。

厨神贴士

1、炒蛋时，锅一定要烧得很热，这样炒起来蛋会嫩滑点，锅不热炒蛋容易失败。

2、进过冰箱的鸡蛋，要先拿出来放一小时，再拿来烹调。

3、炒鸡蛋忌加味精，若加入味精，加温后味精会掩盖鸡蛋本身的鲜味。

4、如果食用过多鸡蛋，会导致代谢产物增多和增加肾脏负担，每天吃1～2个鸡蛋就行了。

10、西红柿炒鸡蛋

方法一

说明：西红柿炒鸡蛋人人会做，但是要做的好吃，难。主要是由几个误区，等会我会详细说。 材料：西红柿，鸡蛋

配料：植物油，盐。注意，西红柿炒鸡蛋不用放鸡精或者味精，因为西红柿炒鸡蛋是吃一个“鲜”字，而西红柿炒鸡蛋的时候就有形成鲜味的物质析出，不需要再放提鲜的味精或者鸡精。这也是做这道菜的时候不放葱姜蒜的原因。

制作方法：

1。西红柿切成块，要大小不一，什么形状无所谓，鸡蛋打开放入碗中，打匀，放入少许的盐。

2。锅内放入适量的油，等油热了的时候，，倒入鸡蛋液，注意这个时候，鸡蛋液会自然的凝固，不要动，等到这个鸡蛋液都凝固的时候，用饭铲从鸡蛋的边缘轻轻进入，将鸡蛋翻过来，煎一下，等两面的颜色都呈现金黄的颜色时候，把鸡蛋从锅里取出来，这个时候锅里面应该还有一些油，把西红柿翻进去，翻炒几下，由于西红柿里面含有大量的水分，会有水份析出，这个时候把炒好的鸡蛋放进去，放入少许盐，翻炒几下，出锅。ps：有人喜欢做的时候，放一些水进去，本人不推荐，其实西红柿里的水份完全够用了，不用放水。还有，现在的西红柿质量不好，炒出来的菜不甜还有些苦味，出锅的时候可以适量放一些白糖。

11、丝瓜炒鸡蛋

原料：丝瓜 鸡蛋

调味料：油，盐，料酒，葱花。

1.将鸡蛋2-3颗，加入小量食盐，料酒。搅拌均匀备用。

2.将丝瓜去皮切片或切丁备用。

3.猛火将炒锅加热入油，待油温升高倒入鸡蛋炒熟盛碗备用。

4.猛火将炒锅加热入油，待油温升高倒入丝瓜炒熟，加入已熟鸡蛋同炒，后按个人口味加入盐，葱花翻炒小会即可起锅食用。

多吃益处：丝瓜的营养价值很高,丝瓜中含有蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物、粗纤维、钙、磷、铁、瓜氨酸以及核黄素等b族维生素、维生素c,还含有人参中所含的成分——皂甙

12、风林茄子

基本材料 肉泥20克、茄子200克、香葱10克、生姜10克。

调味料：花生油500克、盐10克、味精5克、白糖3克、生粉20克、麻油5克、鸡汤50克、老抽王10克。

制作过程：

1、茄子去皮，切大粗条，香葱洗净切段，姜切米。

2、烧锅下油，油温120度时下入茄条，炸至金黄捞起。

3、锅内留油，下入姜米、肉泥、茄子、鸡汤、盐、味精、白糖、老抽王，用小火烧至汁浓时再用湿生粉勾芡，淋麻油即成。

13、金牌蒜香骨

基本材料 原料：猪肋骨

调料：海鲜酱，沙茶酱，老抽，生抽，蚝油，味精，白糖，干辣椒，蒜茸。

1、猪肋排改刀成12厘米的长段，用清水漂去血水

2、用调料腌制2小时以上。

3、油烧到二成热，把排骨放入锅中，油温由低至高慢慢炸制，至肋排成熟、外皮结壳取出沥干油。

4、再在锅中放入蒜茸、干辣椒炒出香味，再放入肋排稍炒，加上调料，装盆即可。

---------------------分割线------------------ 做饭实用技巧

1、煮水饺时，在水里放一颗大葱或在水开后加点盐，再放饺子，饺子味道鲜美不粘连;在和面时，每500克面粉加拌一个鸡蛋，饺子皮挺刮不粘连

2、炖肉时，在锅里加上几块桔皮，可除异味和油腻并增加汤的鲜味

3、煮骨头汤时加一小匙醋，可使骨头中的磷、钙溶解于汤中，并可保存汤中的维生素。

4、炖鸡：洗净切块，倒入热油锅内翻炒，待水分炒干时，倒入适量香醋，再迅速翻炒，至鸡块发出劈劈啪啪的爆响声时，立即加热水，再用旺火烧十分钟，即可放入调料，移小火上再炖20分钟，淋上香油即可出锅;应在汤炖好后，温度降至80～90摄氏度时或食用前加盐。因为鸡肉中含水分较高，炖鸡先加盐，鸡肉在盐水中浸泡，组织细胞内水分向外渗透，蛋白质产生凝固作用，使鸡肉明显收缩变紧，影响营养向汤内溶

解，且煮熟后的鸡肉趋向硬、老，口感粗糙。

5、煮肉汤或排骨汤时，放入几块新鲜桔皮，不仅味道鲜美，还可减少油腻感。

6、烧豆腐时，加少许豆腐乳或汁，味道芳香

7、将绿豆在铁锅中炒10分钟再煮能很快煮烂，但注意不要炒焦

8、煮蛋时水里加点醋可防蛋壳裂开，事先加点盐也可

9、煮海带时加几滴醋易烂;放几棵波菜也行

10、煮火腿之前，将火腿皮上涂些白糖，容易煮烂，味道更鲜美

11、羊肉去膻味：将萝卜块和羊肉一起下锅，半小时后取出萝卜块;放几块桔子皮更佳;每公斤羊肉放绿豆5克，煮沸10分钟后，将水和绿豆一起倒出;放半包山楂片;将带壳的核桃两三个洗净打孔放入;1公斤羊肉加咖喱粉10克;1公斤羊肉加剖开的甘蔗200 克;1公斤水烧开，

加羊肉1公斤、醋50克，煮沸后捞出，再重新加水加调料。

12、煮水饺时，在锅中加少许食盐，锅开时水也不外溢

13、面条时加一小汤匙食油，面条不会沾连，并可防止面汤起泡沫、溢出锅外

14、煮面条时，在锅中加少许食盐，煮出的面条不易烂糊

15、熬粥或煮豆时不要放碱，否则会破坏米、豆中的营养物质

16、用开水煮新笋容易熟，且松脆可口;要使笋煮后不缩小，可加几片薄荷叶或盐

17、猪肚煮熟后，切成长块，放在碗内加一些鲜汤再蒸一会儿，猪肚便会加厚一倍

18、煮猪肚时，千万不能先放盐，等煮熟后吃时再放盐，否则猪肚会缩得象牛筋一样硬

43、炒肉片：肉切成薄片加酱油、黄油、淀粉，打入一个鸡蛋，拌匀，炒散;等肉片变色后，再加佐料稍炒几下，肉片味美、鲜嫩

44、炒牛肉丝：切好，用盐、糖、酒、生粉拌一下，加上生油泡腌，30分钟后再炒，鲜嫩可口

45、炒肉菜时放盐过早熟得慢，宜在将熟时加盐，在出锅前再加上几滴醋，

46、肉丝切好后放在小苏打溶液里浸一下再炒，特别疏松可口不论做什么糖醋菜肴，只要按2份糖1份醋的比例调配，便可做到甜酸适度

47、炒糖醋鱼、糖醋菜帮等，应先放糖，后放盐，否则食盐的“脱水”作用会促进菜肴中蛋白质凝固而“吃”不进糖分，造成外甜里淡

48、做肉饼和肉丸子时，一公斤肉馅放2小匙盐

49、做丸子按50克肉10克淀粉的比例调制，成菜软嫩

68、炒菜时应先把锅烧热，再倒入食油，然后再放菜

69、当锅内温度达到最高时加入料酒，易使酒蒸发而去除食物中的腥味

70、熬猪油：在电饭褒内放一点水或植物油，然后放入猪板油或肥肉，接通电源后，能自动将油炼好，不溅油，不糊油渣，油质清纯

现在回头想想，自己这三年所经历的，在身边的朋友看来，是一种多姿多彩，但作为当局者来说，在收获经历的同时，却无疑伴有不同的辛酸苦辣。所以当今年走完自己心中那几条想走的路的时候，有那么一段时间，自己完全陷入了惆怅和迷茫当中，完全不知道自己接下来该何去何从。但另一方面，自己却又不甘心，不甘心这一切的无奈。

简单，其实也是最不简单的一种生活态度生活方式，我们可以很轻松的说着我活的简单，其实呢，简单的背后也会承受很多并不简单的压力思想，我们表现出来的也许是简单，但生活并不会像表现出来的那么无忧无虑。
