在性格品行方面我要做到勤奋好学，诚恳踏实、积极向上。对待工作要有极强的责任心，善于观察，做事认真。易于沟通，能够以积极的态度面对工作以及尽自己的最大能力及时的完成公司所交于的任务。和人交往要态度友好，谦逊。面对困难要咬牙坚持，积极向上。在大学期间我要培养自己正确的人生观和价值观，以及正确的职业价值观。要我们专业是一个复合型专业，汇集了其他专业的主要课程，学习任务繁重，压力很大，所以我更要坚持学习。还要知道如今学到的知识很多在未来中用到的机会是很少的，所以我要充分了解本专业的性质，了解本专业未来的发展方向，有机会去企业参观学习，了解企业需要什么样子的人才。

对于一个在普通高校的学生,进入社会的确会给与不同学校的学生不同的礼遇。但很少有学生意识到这其实是自己的原因。我们学校其实不乏好老师,也有很好的实验室。因此只要把自己的能力锻炼到最强,还怕找不到工作。其实上什么大学并不重要，重要的是自己要努力奋斗，如今很多企业也已经不那么看重学历了，所以只要我们自身强大起来学校绝对就居于次要地位了,也就不再重要了。因此，现如今我的目标就是要努力学习，让自己强大起来，并且在学校里面还要能积累一定的人脉关系，有时间多出去走走见见世面。

要知道职业目标分为短期和长期目标,短期目标的建构必须为长期目标服务。对于做为大学生的我来说,首先要加强本专业知识的学习,另外就是不断拓展课外知识,因为毕竟还有三年的时间。然后在三年之后如何能拥有牢固的专业基础,并且努力加深自己的研究,同时拓展自己在其他领域的能力。

如今我们也已经是成年人了。做事要有分寸，有责任心。并且只有充分了解自己才能让未来的道路更加畅通。个人优势：学习不错，有强韧的品格，不怕吃苦，与人交往和谐，做事情十分细致。个人劣势：目前的校园内人际关系一般，有时候过于自信，给别人压迫感，体质偏弱。生活中成功的经验：1．比别人先走一步，懂得去学习很多课外知识来完善自己。2．注意收集信息：包括互联网，公告栏，高年级同学。生活中失败经验：高考成绩不理想，但我从未放弃，很快的适应了大学的环境，利用好大学的一切资源。所谓江山易改，本性难移，我需要努力改正我的缺点，我还要要尽量发挥我的优势，努力学好英语，将英语提高到一个相当的高度，参加更多的社会活动，尽早的进入社会。但我还应该加强锻炼，增强体质，以弥补体质不好而带来的负面影响。

尊敬的各位评委老师、亲爱的同学们：

大家好！我是来自xx分院xx专业0905班的xx。

我把人生比喻成一艘黑夜里摸索前进的小舟，而理想便是这艘船的启航灯，不管狂风暴雨，不管悬崖低谷，都需要我随时点亮，而今天很荣幸在这里与大家一同点亮我的天高任鸟飞。

我出生在素有美丽神话响铃公主的小城公主岭，2009年，怀揣着对未来的梦想与期望，我走进了xx学院的xx分院，为了我的大学生活更加充实，我努力着，我坚持着，学习上我不放弃每一个思考细节，生活中我不丢弃每一个参与的机会，凭借着自己的兴趣爱好，凭着对于梦想的那份执着，我出现在各种赛场，我组织着各种活动，从开始的当梦想照进现实诗歌会到之后的礼仪风采展示大赛，我从一个默默无闻的小人物成为了今天09级社团部负责人，同时我也完成了由一个参与者到组织者的转型，一路走来，伴着欢歌与收获我逐步成长。

有人说职兴业趣是一种动力，能指引着我们为我们的目标努力奋斗。所以经过职业测评我也得到我霍兰德职业兴趣结果：企业型、社会型、艺术型(ESA)；优势职业类型是企业型，MBTI个性特征结果为ISTJ（内向型、感知型、思考型、判断型）。为了进一步的了解自己，我还采用了360度测评工具，收集了父母、老师、同学及自己的评价，得出自己的优点、缺点，诚实、细心、善于思考，是我最大的优点，开朗、积极向上，并且精力充沛是他人对我的评价，不过自主性差、脾气倔强、情绪不稳定也是我致命的弱点。俗话说“知己知彼，百战不殆”。只有充分的了解自己，才能事半功倍。

在科技飞速发展的今天，想真正成为职场上的成功者，就必须对生活环境有所了解，否则就会被日新月异的社会所淘汰。我所在的学校，长春职业技术学院，国家百所示范性高职建设院校，国家主席胡锦涛、国务院总理温家宝曾先后到我院视察、指导工作。我所学的专业，机电一体化技术被国家列为二十一世纪社会发展最急需的十大专业。日前，一项对2010年高校就业趋势预测显示2010年我国劳动力总体有富余，但专业技术人才仍将出现供不应求的局面。由此可见，对于我们职业院校的学生来说，这是一次难得的机会，学好专业技能，我们前途无限光明。

除了学院提供的教学设施之外，10217平方米的图书馆和具有总价值1800多万元机加设备的实训中心，可谓是我们学习知识、训练专业技能的保障平台，并且学校还为我们提供了两大实习单位，同样也是我院主要面向的两家一级就业单位，中国北车长春轨道客车股份有限公司和一汽大众汽车有限公司。

就在今年的6月我与工程分院480名学子一同踏上了驶向一汽大众顶岗实习的全新征程,在体验企业文化的同时更达到历练自己的目的，我目前在目前国内投资规模最大，生产设备最先进的发动机传动器生产基地，发传厂负责EA111装配线增压器进气装置的安装工作。对于我来说每一天我都在摄取不同的知识，从一无所知到逐步了解，每一次收获都是对我的巨大鼓励，我坚信半年的实习将会把握历练的更加成熟，半年过后我收获的不仅仅是技能，还有对于未来职业的追求。

我的目标是在企业从一线操作员开始做起，掌握一线操作，熟悉各种设备的应用，之后凭借自己的专业证书，向操作技工进发，在逐步完成由操作技工组转换为机电技工，剩下的时间提高业务水平，争取担当车间班长。

目标确定后，就要制订相应的行动方案，然而，目标的实现却是一个漫长的人生过程。我将它分为短期，中期，长期三个阶段来实施，为了对以后的职业有更多的了解我与一汽企业员工了职业访谈，通过访谈我了解了如何才能成为一名合格的技术操作人员，同时也让我了解到现在我所掌握的知识和技力还不足以让我顺利的进入机电技工岗位，一个完整的职业生涯规划是由有一个个小的计划构成，所以想要成功，就要执行好每一个小目标，踏踏实实的走好每一步，同时我会用心践行我的职业生涯规划，并使自己达到最优的水平。

职业生涯是一个不断变化的过程，未来可能存在着诸多不可知因素，因此我会经常进行自我监督，在总结中发现问题，在问题中自我反思，我所从事的机电一体化专业，在就业方向不仅仅限制于操作、维修，还涉及到了销售领域，所以在评估调整中我又为自己设立了备选职业，从销售业务员做起逐步晋升为销售业务主管、销售业务经理。

对于我来说，不管是学校的比赛和活动，还是在社会的实践，都是对我人生的一次历练，为我在社会上生存奠定了基础，我自己本身掌握了机电一体化专业的理论基础和加上在企业实习更能了解企业对于产品的需求，所以销售领域也可以是我施展才华的一个大舞台。我也坚信没有比脚更长的路，没有比人更高的山。

生命就像一张白纸，等待着我们去描绘，每个人都有自己的奋斗目标，既然已经制定了，就要勇往直前，在人生的道路上挫折和坎坷在所难免，遇到困难，是知难而退，还是迎难而上，这道题的不同答案也就决定了谁是强者，谁是懦夫！

海阔凭鱼跃，天高任鸟飞，我相信，白云之下，白雪之上，蓝星湖畔那一只只舞动着臂羽正欲腾飞的雏鹰，它们一定会直冲云霄，载梦飞翔。

敬爱的各位学长,学姐,很高兴今天与有机会站在这个舞台进行大学阶段的第一次正规的演讲。我是来自11汽车2班的学生，我叫林壹帆。

今天，我演讲的题目是：职业道德规范之我见。

所先，让我先阐述一下职业道德规范的以下五点主要内容：爱岗敬业、诚实守信 ，办事公道、服务群众、奉献社会 。

众所周知，当今大学生的就业形势不容乐观。有的人说，那是企业的没眼光，有的人说那是社会环境下的无奈，也有人说那是大学生自身素质使然。而我认为，后者更具说服力！

古者有云，修身、齐家、治国、平天下。修身作为齐家、治国、平天下的基础，当仁不让的成为先决条件。

对于大学生的就业，也许，很多人会抱怨社会的不公，环境的差异，但是否有想过自身的原因。

职业道德规范，在重视学历、只看证书的当代，则为我们的生活态度、学习态度、将来的工作态度树立了典范，指引了方向。现在,就让我来浅谈对职业道德规范的些许理解。

古人有：春蝉到死丝方近，蜡炬成灰泪始干的爱岗敬业之佳话。这就要求我们做每一份工作的都是每一份工作中的艺术家，热爱自己的工作岗位，对自己的工作负责，兢兢业业。

而信用呢？既是无形的力量，也是无形的财富。职业道德规范中的诚信，作为一种经济规律，是自古以来整个人类所公认的一种美德。

接下来，就说到办事公道了。陶行知说：千教万教，教人求真；千学万学，学做真人。 如何让人承认你，在心中有你，办事公正，是关键。殊不知有：公正是各种美德中享誉最高的美德。

关于最后的两条：服务群众与奉献社会。我觉得，一个懂得服务群众的人，就是一个懂得奉献要义的人。

作为一个当代的大学生，我们，理应知道劳作的真正意义就是生活的真正意义。为人民服务，奉献社会，并不意味着不要个人的正当利益，不要个人的幸福。恰恰相反这是我们真正的追求幸福的支撑点。

也许，我们没有“大庇天下寒士俱欢颜”的能力，但我们可以有“安得广厦千万间”的情怀！

职业道德规范，职业道德素养，让我明白：你若要喜爱你自己的价值，你就得给世界创造价值。

所谓“职业英语”， 在英语中也叫“Workplace English”，即适用于正式工作场合使用的英语。与之相对应的就是日常英语(General English)。职业英语考试考试目标就是工作场合使用英语的能力，具有明确的针对性；而与之相对应的IELTS、大学英语四六级等传统的英语考试，只是泛泛地考察英语能力。职业英语考试专为工作英语设计，因而更注重语言交流能力和运用能力，更强调一个人在现代工作环境的综合语言能力。

目前流行的职场英语水平考试有三种：BEC、托业与博思。三

者之间有何异同，哪一种证书才

是你的职场所需呢？

一、考试概况BEC商务英语证书在职业英语方面最早进入中国，占有很大的市场份额。它是1993年教育部考试中心和英国剑桥大学考试委员会合作举办的考试。BEC考试的特点是成绩以等级计，在外企有较高的认可度，被称为商务求职的通行证。BEC考试,是为英语学习者提供的国际商务语言资格证书考试，它注重考查考生在实际工作环境中用英语解决问题的能力。BEC考试适用于不同职业背景的考生，并对考生的学习深造以及求职应聘具有实用价值。剑桥BEC考试被世界各地的众多大学、企业以及国际教育机构所认可，并将其作为入学考试或招聘录用的英语语言水平要求。

TOEIC即托业，被称做“商业托福”，是ETS于1979年为大型跨国企业和政府机构开发设计的，主要用于测试母语非英语人员在国际工作环境中英语交流的能力。国际上每年参加TOEIC考试的人数达250万。2002年12月7日，TOEIC在北京、上海举行了首次“托业”考试。TOEIC不仅成功地进入了中国，而且还得到了中国劳动和社会保障部职业技能鉴定中心的认可。“托业”考试最突出的特点是在日本、韩国推广非常成功，目前国内的日、韩企业比较认可该证书。

BULATS现称“博思”，剑桥职业外语水平测试的缩写。是特别为企业和机构设立，专门考查英语非母语人员职业外语水平的考试。只是目前尚没有开展大规模的考试活动，知名度与前两者相比略显不足。同样是一种职业英语测评考试，目前已在全球30多个国家和地区的企业中得到推广和应用。由欧洲四所顶级语言评估机构（法语联盟、歌德学院、萨拉曼卡大学和剑桥大学考试委员会）开发。 >>雅思、托福、口译、托业外语考试如何选

二、考试内容比较

BEC考试都是由阅读、写作、听力、口试四部分内容组成，试题中的词汇、文章类型的选择以及情景的设置都与\"职业\"有关。此外，BEC考核考生理解文章主旨大意和在听力材料中猜测生词的能力。BEC考核考生在广阔的实际工作环境中应用英语的能力，如提供或询问个人信息、安排约会或会谈；了解办公室沟通方式；迎接外宾、查询信息；作电话记录等。BEC考试涉及的主题包括：个人情况说明；办公室、商务环境与惯例；客户娱乐、业余时间与同事及客户的关系；旅游与会议等。

托业考试由听力和阅读两部分组成。托业是全球通行的权威英语测评标准。作为世界第一大国际英语能力测评工具，全球60多国家的5000多家企业都在使用托业考试作为人力资源管理工具，主要用于员工招聘、升迁、海外派驻、培训等方面，通过参加托业考试，学生可以了解企业对员工的英语能力要求，客观了解自身的现有英语水平，有针对性地进行英语学习。注重于日常英语的应用和交际。考题含有大量的英语国家的风土人情和礼貌用语；此外，托业考试面对的是全行业中不同工作，不同岗位的考生，因而试题中不会出现专业背景的题目，是对英语为非母语国家的考生真正英语的实际交流与应用能力的测量。 >>七条锦囊妙计助你获得托业高分

博思考试是面向个人考生的基本考试形式。它是全面考核日常工作中所需英语能力的一种迅速可靠的考试。该考试为纸笔考试，共两个部分：听力部分，阅读和语言知识部分。可对单位已有员工的外语水平进行甄别，以评估其是否适应单位目前和以后发展的外语水平要求；对应聘者的外语水平进行评估，以考察其是否达到用人单位的外语要求；帮助参加培训的学员定位适合的外语培训课程；筛选不合适参加外语直接授课的培训学员；对外语培训进行评估；为参与培训的学员推荐适合的外语考试形式。

三、考试等级比较

BEC考试分三级，BEC1为初级语言水平考试，难度相当于我国大学英语四级，就剑桥英语考试系列来说，它介于入门英语考试和初级英语考试之间；BEC2介于我国大学英语

四、六级之间，相当于剑桥第一证书英语考试；BEC3介于我国大学英语六级和英语专业八级之间，相当于剑桥熟练英语证书考试。

同时，BEC初级是面向初级和中下级英语水平人士，为需要在办公室工作中使用商务英语的雇员而设计，企业在招聘人员时使用BEC一级证书作为基本商务英语语言要求，可以准确评估应聘人员的真实商务英语运用水平；BEC中级是面向中、高级英语水平人士，适用于中级管理层的雇员，作为鉴定其是否具有中级商务英语水平的工具；BEC高级证书是面向具备较高级英语水平人士，证明了证书持有者拥有在广泛的专业领域使用商务英语的能力。托业是设计用来评价一个人专业工作上所需的英语能力，是一个参考值，而不是基于某种特别课程设计的考试，因此，托业的考分没有及格与不及格之分。托业的考分从１０分到９９９分，考生究竟要达到哪个标准才算合格，完全由公司企业方按照职务要求来定。例如，一家跨国公司要招收一名清洁工，那么应聘者的托业成绩可能只要求达到２０分，因为他们的工作不需要有很高的英语交流能力，而如果该公司招收的是公关部经理，那么公司可能要求应聘者有高达９００分的托业成绩。

听力和阅读部分分开记分，有利于考生具体分析自身语言能力并制定有针对性的学习规划，同时也利于托业的机构用户明确员工的能力差异。

博思考试由低到高的级别是1～5级。以ALTE（欧洲语言测试协会）的参照标准为基础，将所有的考生归进五个水平级别。综合化考试除有ALTE 0-5的分级外，还将以标准化的0-100分来计分，同时对考试中的听力和阅读及语言知识两个部分进行独立评分。博思考试初步确立了销售与市场营销、财政与金融、人力资源管理等三大行业综合英语能力的“底

线”。北京地区的人力资源岗位对英语能力的要求大部分集中在三级(高)；上海则定位为四级(低)；广州对人力资源岗位的最低要求也达到了三级(中)。财务是三大岗位当中要求最低的。在北京，虽然有跨国公司提出五级作为自己内部的英语基准要求，但是大多数公司认为对于这一岗位，三级(低)已经足够。从上海的情况来看，由于其对总体英语水平的要求高于其他地方，所以它的英语基准为三级(高)，广州企业则基本认为具备二级(高)水平即可胜任工作 。>>洋证书大比拼：“博思”PK“托业”

四、证书含金量比较

托业源于美国，均为美国教育考试服务中心(ETS)旗下的职业英语考试产品。托普是专门针对中国公司职员和政府公务员的一项综合性职业英语水平考试，“托业”号称每年通行全球60多个国家，每年有250多万的考试量。目前，TOEIC考试在全球4000多家大型跨国公司和院校广泛应用，年考试量超过250万人次，成为管理和人事部门对人员聘用、升迁、海外任职和培训等人事安排时的客观依据。据了解，日本、韩国、印度尼西亚等国政府部门均已采用TOEIC考试来评估公务员的英语交流能力；目前在已进入中国的全球500强企业中，有相当大一部分已采用托业考试建立了英语交流能力考评体系，作为人员招聘、升迁、海外任职和员工培训的内部标准。如宝洁公司（P&G）1９９5年就采用TOEIC考试建立了公司员工英语能力评测的全球标准，其它还有EPSON、辉瑞制药、三星电子、LG、可口可乐、麦当劳、NISSAN、BMW、马自达、大众汽车、Airbus、Northwest Airlines、Mobil Oil等企业。博思：针对企业或机构，专业性强，全面测试语言沟通能力，操作灵活，快速提供准确可靠的水平评估。“博思”跟托业一样拿出一份长长的顾客名单，其中不乏空中客车、BP、阿尔卡特等著名公司，甚至美国大使馆也出现在“博思”的顾客名单中。博思的试题由剑桥大学考试委员会和欧洲语言测试委员会的其他成员共同开发研制，已被全球大多数知名跨国企业和政府部门采用作为企业同部测评工具或作为政府项目的惟一语言测评工具，其全球统一的质量管理和客户服务标准测试结果，为全球30多个国家认可。在中国，博思考试被香港政府用于制定香港职业语言基准的测试之一，最近还被上海市政府率先作为衡量公务员语言水平的测评工具。

比较以上三种职业英语考试的“含金量”，外语培训界有人士认为，证书的有效程度是依赖推广考试的机构今后的工作成效及认证考试的机构、企业的权威性，而“含金”的关键就要看它能否符合具体考生的需要。

为了传播和普及职业生涯规划理念，帮助大学生更好的明确学习目标，充分展示自我能力，特制定“江西科技师范学院第一届“规划人生成就未来”大学生职业生涯规划演讲大赛”方案，具体内容如下：

一、大赛时间

2011年4月27日—5月20日

二、组织机构

大赛由校招生就业工作处主办。具体构成如下：

三、参赛对象

全体在校学生。

四、大赛安排

本次比赛分成宣传动员、学院初赛、学院推荐和个人报名、学校复赛和决赛五个阶段进行。

1.宣传阶段（4月27日—5月4日）。利用海报、橱窗、板报、电子屏、广播、横幅、学校就业网、主题班会等多种形式进行宣传，让所有学生都知道大赛。

2.学院初赛阶段（5月5日—5月12日）。各学院对报名学生进行职业规划知识的指导培训，并完成本学院职业生涯规划初赛。

3.学院推荐和个人报名（5月13日）。学院按照初赛成绩推荐优秀选手参加学校复赛，并将推荐名单交招就处周磊老师，未参加学院初赛的学生也可在该天到招就处填写《报名表》（见附表一）进行报名。

4.学校复赛阶段（5月16—17日）。本着公平、公正的原则，招就处聘请学校有关专家做评委，选出12人进入决赛。

5.决赛阶段（5月20日）。决赛在图书馆二楼学术报告厅进行，分为PPT自我展示、专家提问两个环节。选手PPT自我展示（不超过5分钟）,回答评委提问（不超过2分钟）。评委将以作品内容、语言表达、仪态表情、个人特色和应答能力作为主要评分标准（见附表二）。

女士们先生们，大家早上好！很高兴走上这个讲台，今天我给大家带来的演讲是《大学学习生活计划》。

大学是一个自我发展的平台，几乎完全自由的学习，以及生活，没有父母的管教，也很少有老师监督。在这样一个完全自由的环境之下，首先，我们就需要好好计划自己的时间吧。 面对就业问题，现在的大学生在潜意识里普遍存在一种懒惰和依赖思想,缺乏危机感和进取心。大学4年，大部分时间是用来背单词、背概念、应付考试、取得高分。当然，作为学生，做这些事情无可厚非，但他们却忘记了来大学是要做什么的。我们不再是小学生，需要家长老师敦促着去学习，也不是读书背书的机器，目标单纯的考高分、保研、读博、留校。我们在积累知识的同时得培养自我意识，锻炼学习能力，不断提升自我价值和社会竞争力。

我分析的现在大学生存在的普遍思想，不是偏激的讨伐和评判。我认为这种思想让人变得失去了自我价值和自我意识。于是危机感在这时候很重要，当你大学期间明白了社会竞争的残酷，你就会更加努力的去锻炼自己，为实现自己的短期/长期目标而有效的规划和发展。不是为了学习而学习，是为了工作而学习，是为了自己的将来而学习，带着这样一种目的去学习，自然会收获很大，在大学毕业找工作之际也会派上用场。

作为一名大学生，在缺乏理论知识和社会实践的情况下，我想自己的理想和现实差距甚远。为了能够顺利实现自己的理想，我应该在未来的大学生中，在努力学习好专业知识的前提下，有目的，有针对性地看一些与公务员职业有关的书籍，以便尽快提升自己在本职业方面的觉悟和认识。同时，要做一个德智体美劳全面发展的大学生，不断地提高自己的综合素质。

二、学生情况分析

本学期我依然担任高考班121,122两个班的英语教学工作，从学生上学期期末考试情况来看，存在以下三方面问题：

①在思想上、态度上放松或放弃的现象有所表露，读,不会读，就谈不上听得懂,看得懂,从而导致破罐子破摔的现象。

②基础知识不够扎实，灵活运用语言的技能相对薄弱。 ③运用能力不够强实。学生的阅读能力、理解能力、分析能力、判断能力、应变能力等均不能较好地适应考查要求。语言学习的关键在于语言知识的积累，只有通过学习者亲身的体验和摸索，才能学会并掌握语言知识，从而达到在交际中灵活使用语言的目的。

三、本学期的教学目标及措施

职高二年级是高中的重要阶段，又是高中三年的承上启下阶段。因此，让学生在二年级打好学科基础并有所发展是极其重要的。下列目标应在本学期内达到：巩固、扩大基础知识；培养口头和书面初步运用英语进行交际的能力，侧重培养阅读能力；发展智力，培养自学能力。争取在原有基础上有所提高，缩小与上学期期末考试时平均分与其他兄弟班级的差距。让复杂问题简单化，使学生更容易掌握所学知识。加大学生的阅读量。提高阅读速度。此外，在本学期的教学中，要狠抓基础及单词、句型及语法等，扎实基础知识，突击写作训练，

为高考打下扎实的基础。具体方法如下：

1、钻研并创造性地利用教材，灵活使用，发挥教材特点。

2、内容要求学生一定要过词汇关，反复朗读、默写单词、以便加强学生对基础知识的掌握。摒弃不切实际的教学步骤，抓重点，搞强化，在日常教学中渗透语法意识。利用教材提高学生的基本功，坚持默写单词及重点句型。

3、培养学生的阅读能力，并以这些材料为基础，扩充学生词汇量，做到每学完一篇课文，就进行词汇检测。拓宽教材，扩展学生阅读量，努力补充学生的词汇。在平时教学过程中不断扩大学生的词汇量，词汇教学以新带旧，从而达到巩固扩充词汇的目的，做到经常督促、检测。

4、加大基础写作训练的力度，大力鼓励学生学以致用。并要求学生背范文、教师精选的课文段落、写作必背句型，使学生熟悉英语的句式结构及习惯用法，从句到篇，从而写出完整的英语文章。另外每周进行一篇的写作训练，鼓励运用背过的句型，提高学生的写作能力。

5、综合检查。准备每一单元做一次练习或测试，主要以结合当前教学内容为主要测试内容,间或分块测试，习题的训练在于精而不在于多。在教学中尽量按照高考的知识体系有针对性地选择典型性题目。针对共性问题进行精讲，让学生在书本中找到解决问题的源泉，学 会思考、整理和归纳。

高职班第一学期英语教学计划

一、教学目的

经过一个学期90左右学时的教学，使学生掌握一定的英语基础知识和技能，具有一定的读、写、译的能力，在涉外交际的日常活动和业务活动中进行简单的口头和书面交流，并为今后进一步提高英语的交际能力打下基础。

二、教学要求

一、学生情况分析：

电子技术应用班都春招生占大多数，在他们身上有一个共性，学习成绩差、心理素质不稳定、组织纪律意识薄弱、自尊心强，但我相信任何学生都有他们的闪光点，只要教师调动他们的学习情绪，他们会有意想不到的进步，教学中一定要把握主这一机会。

托业是设计用来评价一个人专业工作上所需的英语能力，是一个参考值，而不是基于某种特别课程设计的考试，因此，托业的考分没有及格与不及格之分。托业的考分从１０分到９９９分，考生究竟要达到哪个标准才算合格，完全由公司企业方按照职务要求来定。例如，一家跨国公司要招收一名清洁工，那么应聘者的托业成绩可能只要求达到２０分，因为他们的工作不需要有很高的英语交流能力，而如果该公司招收的是公关部经理，那么公司可能要求应聘者有高达９００分的托业成绩。

失信问题触目惊心：上桥怕塌、住房怕垮、打的怕绕路、吃饭怕挨宰。假文凭、假数据，假合同，一个“假”字，似乎无孔不入。从市场上的假冒伪劣到股市上的暗箱操作；从足坛上的黑哨到学术界的腐败；从商业上的欺诈到个别地方政府的失信行为等等。信用危机、信用缺失已经成为市场经济的“败血症”。据国家统计局统计，我国去年因部分企业失信，导致直接或间接经济损失5000亿元人民币，5000亿人民币可以解决多少下岗职工!可以解决多少失学儿童!可以救活多少企业。

中国的经济要发展，离不开招商资。招商引资，重在“招”和“引”。要想把商招来，把资引来，固然离不开交通、能源等必要的”硬件”环境，但良好的信用环境至关重要。因为硬环境的改进并不是很困难，而信用环境的建设却需要更长的过程。北京的老字号“同仁堂”药店，诚信经营350年，从一家名不见经传的普通家庭药铺，发展成为国药第一品牌，金字招牌至今不倒，其潜在的信用价值显而易见。

人无信不立，市无信则乱。诚信是做人之本，为政之道，执政之要，更是市场经济的黄金规则。世界上，犹太人很富有，他们精于做生意。他们的成功、他们的商业秘决就在于重信守约的商业道德。在犹太人的观念中，契约是神圣不可毁坏的。这使他们受益匪浅，从而获得了巨大的财富。

一个诚实守信的政府环境和社会环境，是投资信心的根本所在。一个信用缺失、欺诈泛滥、市场秩序混乱的地方，肯定不会成为投资的热土，肯定不会成为企业发展壮大的摇篮。从长远看，经济遭受创伤可用金钱来计算，而诚信缺失却难以用金钱来估量。只有建设信用政府、只有建设诚信社会，投资行为才会有保障，投资安全才能有保证。

市场经济有两只眼睛：一只是有形的眼睛，即法制；另一只是无形的眼睛，这就是信用。就如同一个美丽的少女，无论哪只眼睛瞎了，都是缺憾和不幸！

重建诚信，要德法并举，标本兼治。个人信用是基础，企业信用是重点，政府信用是关键。对已要讲诚信，持家要讲诚信，为人要讲诚信，处事要讲诚信。要用好的信用做人，做信用好的人。让我们每一个人携起手来，树立“人人都是投资环境，人人都是汉南形象”的信用理念，爱国守法，明礼诚信，团结友善，勤俭自强，敬业奉献，恪守为民之责，多办得民之事，共同建设祖国，发展祖国，繁荣祖国。

在今天的中国，诚信缺失却成了社会一个棘手的问题。有研究表明，我国商业领域每年因为信用缺失而导致的直接和间接经济损失数额巨大。我们显然不能回避这样一个事实：商业诚信缺失危害社会商务环境，社会主义市场经济呼唤商业诚信的建立。

商业诚信对市场经济具有非常重要的作用。如果信用缺失，就会增加交易的难度和风险，干扰投资、贸易与信贷等正常业务，降低人们投资与消费的信心，给社会经济稳定增长带来巨大损害，甚至会让整个国家失去竞争力。

首先，诚信是市场经济得以存在和发展的根本。市场经济的根本特征是信用经济。市场主体如果讲诚信并且在经济交往中践行诚信，对内会形成强烈的凝聚力和积极向上的商业文化，对外则会塑造出强大的社会公信力，吸引合作伙伴并提高消费者的信任度。排行全美500强企业榜首的沃尔玛一贯推行的八大理念之一就是“以客户为中心的诚信理念”。而与此形成鲜明对照的是，曾经辉煌一时的南京某食品公司因为“陈陷月饼”事件而信誉尽失，最后破产收场。可见，诚信是核心竞争力，是安身立业之本，是市场经济得以健康发展的根本所在。

其次，诚信是打造著名品牌的重要途径。在经济全球化推动下，许多世界知名品牌长期占领市场。美国《财富》杂志每年对年销售额5亿美元以上的300家企业，进行信用和业绩相关度评估。近年来的研究报告显示，企业对社区和环境的责任感、商业信誉和企业信用已成为决定企业形象的首要指标，而这个指标与企业的经营业绩成正相关关系。可见，信用已经成为现代市场经济运行中一种重要的资本形态，是商业经营者精神财富和生命所在。失去诚信，纵然一时得利，日后也必吞苦果。

再次，诚信是参与国际竞争的通行证。我国加入WTO已经五年多时间，国家宏观经济环境发生了重大变化，要求我们在参与国际经济交往中严格遵守国际商业惯例，在生产经营中做到诚实守信。在商业信用体系的建设方面，西方发达国家早在一百多年前就已建立了信用评级体系。商业主体要参与国际竞争，必须首先接受国际信用规则。

在我国，商业诚信缺失已经不是新问题。每年因为诚信问题被曝光的事件不在少数。

2012年上半年，BCP中国商务信用平台连续发布了《岁末假票欺诈泛滥消费者提防网购诈骗》、《开团网收款不发货遭消费者集中投诉》等数篇BCP信用预警公告后，迅速占据了网购投诉舆论制高点。其中北京电视台首都经济报道栏目更是针对“开团网”事件联系BCP中国商务信用平台，进行采访报道。我们不禁要问：为何商业领域会频频发生诚信缺失事件?主要原因大概有以下几个：

经营者为追求高额利润不惜牺牲诚信。许多商业经营者对市场经济缺乏正确认识，认为市场经济就是追求利润的最大化，信用无关紧要。这种错误认识使人们在投身商业领域时片面追求短期效益，忽视信用的重要作用而放任自流，导致“无奸不商”成为许多人心中深信不疑的“商务文化”。

监管部门的监督管理作用未能充分发挥。一些诚信缺失的企业生产的产品，竟能够获得国家免检、中国名牌，而且连续六年拿到中消协认证标志。这说明我国的市场监管、质量认证程序以及预防和惩治信用缺失的法律法规制度存在严重漏洞，难以对商业主体真正起到有效的监督管理作用。

社会尚未形成诚实守信的良好风气。商业诚信缺失从侧面反映了整个社会的诚信道德状况。在当前商业信用机制尚未建立的情况下，尤其是我国地域辽阔，商业主体之间多次交易的频率较低，一个不守诚信的商人完全可以在一个地区从事欺诈交易得手后转向其它地区继续欺诈。当靠不讲诚信而获利的人越来越多时，守信用者将因为利益受损而变得越来越少。

当前，构建商业诚信是推进社会主义商务文化建设的重要内容，是形成和谐有序的商务环境、促进我国商务事业健康发展的重要途径。因此，需要整个社会的不懈努力。

第一，要完善商业信用立法。市场经济既是信用经济，同时也是法治经济。十几年来，我国相继颁布了《消费者权益保护法》《广告法》《产品质量法》等一系列规范商业行为的法律法规。然而，这些法律法规仍不足以对商业诚信起到足够的保护作用。因此，应当加强商业信用立法，为商业诚信的建立提供有力的法律保障。

第二，要加大对市场主体诚信经营行为的监管力度。首先，工商行政管理部门作为市场监督管理和行政执法的重要部门，必须发挥积极作用，大力推进商业诚信建设，在企业登记管理、执法监督检查等源头深入调查企业诚信状况，确保市场交易秩序规范性，对欺诈交易行为进行严厉查处。其次，质量监督管理部门要对在市场上流通的产品进行严格的监督检查，杜绝不合格产品进入市场，促使经营者严格控制产品质量，从源头上切断不诚信产品进入市场的通道。

第三，要建立独立的商业信用评价体系。商业信用评价体系对于确保商业领域公平竞争和市场经济的有效运行具有非常重要的作用。它的主要功能在于：制定商业信用标准、建立商业诚信档案数据库、建立商业信用评级制度和公布经营者的商业诚信状况。由于我国目前尚未建立起统一的商业诚信档案数据库，因此有必要加强这方面的工作，减少经营者与消费者之间的信息不对称现象。

第四，要加强宣传教育和舆论监督。舆论媒体对倡导诚信风气、监督商业诚信状况有着至关重要的作用，应当充分利用各种舆论工具，加大对经营者的宣传教育和诚信状况的监督、曝光力度，树立“无诚信则寸步难行”的社会氛围。商务主管部门要注重发挥商会、行业协会在倡导商业诚信、自觉抵制不正当交易行为方面的作用，大力宣传商业诚信对于经济社会发展的重要意义，形成“以诚实守信为荣，以见利忘义为耻”的舆论环境。

第五，通过建立企业社会责任体系促使经营者诚实守信。企业社会责任是指企业在赚取利润的同时，主动承担对环境、社会和利益相关者的责任。20世纪末期，在欧美国家先后出现了关于“企业社会责任”的多边组织，并逐步形成了一些评价体系和认证制度，如SA8000(Social Accountability 8000)。引进现代企业的社会责任体系，对增强以企业为主体的经营者诚信意识有着非常积极的作用。我国可以借鉴这种做法，引入社会责任体系从而使企业的行为得到有效约束。

第六，采用第三方信用服务机构监管模式。一些发达国家的实践也证明，第三方信用评价及信用监督工作能有效遏制诈骗现象的发生;从消费者角度，也更相信与交易方没有利益往来的第三方审查评价。国富泰公司作为国家级、最权威的第三方信用服务机构，立足于中国商务信用服务领域，致力于商务信用体系建设，整合信用数据库及信用平台，优化信用专业服务，为全行业企业提供集信用评价、信用认证、征信及信用预警于一体的综合性、专业信用服务。

演讲又叫讲演或演说，是指在公众场所，以有声语言（口头表达）为主要手段，以体态语言（肢体动作）为辅助手段，针对某个具体问题，鲜明、完整地发表自己的见解和主张，进行宣传鼓动的一种语言交际活动。 (演讲=演+讲)

三．联系学生自生情况引导思考

刚刚我们提到了演讲是在公众场所进行，那我们在座的各位同学们你是否会遇到上台紧张、思路不清、脸红心跳、脑海一片空白呢？是还是不是？是否在公共场合讲话紧张、语无伦次，是还是不是？接下来我们一起来相互认识一下，来看看各位同学在今天的这个场合下是否会紧张，语无伦次。我们有请在座的各位同学用简短的英文来介绍一下自己（请学生自我介绍……..）那么各位家长是否会在开会时讲话没有感染力；在员工面前讲话条理不清、思维混乱而顿失威严 ；在领导视察、事业重大活动场合讲不好而没面子；不能有效的表达想法、词不达意。
