小低组教研工作总结

本学期我们以教学为中心,以培养教师实施素质教育的能力为重点,坚持从实际出发,开展教育改革,向教育科研要质量。下面就从教学、教研、教改三方面对本学期工作做以总结。

一、为了在课堂教学中真正做到面向全体学生、全面提高教学质量,改变整齐划一的教学要求,根据不同年级学生的年龄特点和知识水平,我们主要采取了以下方法对学生进行能力训练。1:在提倡创新教育,强调把学生教“活”的同时,讲究“实”。

(1) 教师的“教”要适应学生的“学”,学生是有差异的,

教也要有差异。

(2) 课堂教学中要形成一种促使全体学生都能在各自原

有基础上得到良好发展的机制。

2:在情境教学、情境教育实验中,始终把学科能力训练与发展思维相结合。

3: 在训练中,既引导学生用形象思维,展开联想、想象,甚至浮想联翩。又引导学生进行推理的、判断的逻辑思维训练,让学生独自地沉思冥想,培养思维的深刻性,具体做法:

(1) 主张结合熟练的计算,训练思维的敏捷性;-1-

(2) 结合几何形体的理解,训练思维的形象性;

(3) 结合应用题的演算及自编,培养思维的广阔性,逻

辑性;

(4) 结合公式定理的探究,培养思维的创造性。

二、教研活动:

1:每星期开展一次或两次组内的教研活动,针对教学工作中

出现的一些问题进行讨论,并确定改进的方法,取长补短,共同提高。

2:加强对青年教师的培养,开展传、帮、带活动,组织新、

老教师进行听课、评课、探索经验,树样板,树先进,促后进,带中间。

3:积极参加各级领导组织的教研活动,开阔教师眼界,使每

位教师都看到自己的差距,产生积极的内驱力___自己需要学习,需要提高。

4:为了提高自身的业务水平及教育教学能力,教师自订了杂

志:《小学教学参考》、《小学语文教师》等资料进行学习。 5: 组内学习资料有:《教师博览》、《小学数学》、德育报、教

师报、农垦报等,按期上交读书笔记。

三、从教研的实际问题中选择研究课题。本学期,我们开展了

2个省级课改实验(北师大教材,以儿童中国文化促进思-2-

想教育)。

在教育科研的过程中,我们强化群体意识,要求人人有课题,个个有成果。教师们紧紧围绕选题,努力读书学习,汲取先进的教育思想,掌握现代教育理论,同时用这些新的教育理念指导自己去进行教学实验,进行更高层次的研究和探索,边干边积累资料、收集信息,然后将获得的经验、体验进行理性的概括,从而提高了教育教学能力,又提高了教育科研能力。

1、用实物或模型创设情境的实践研究

这个时期儿童的形象思维比较灵活,他们喜欢教师生动的讲解,关注于贴切生活的物品。在教学过程中如果能适当的出示生活中的实物或者实物模型,可切实节省讲解时间,提高操练效果。

2、利用图片或简笔画创设情境的实践研究 逼真的图片不仅可以吸引学生的眼球,还可以增强学生对图片中物体的感知。而利用简笔画教学,往往可取得意想不到的效果。简笔画生动简洁,它要求快、简,动物、人物、植物、事物,只须迅速的简单几笔,便被生动的勾勒出来。

3、用动作创设情境的实践研究

在教学生表示动作的单词时就不能仅仅靠图片来让学生观察和读了,必须配以动作让学生练习、感知,才能更牢固地掌握所学单词。

4、用音乐歌曲创设情境

歌曲以其节奏、音韵之美博得孩子们的喜爱。在教学生一些表示时间等的单词时,因为它们只有文字而没有图片,因此容易让学生产生疲劳的感觉。此时,在学生会读的基础之上,教师可以将它们串成歌曲。

5、用多媒体创设情境的实践研究

现代化的教学,自然离不开前人的智慧引导和自己不断的经验总结,但也需要具备现代化的教学条件。电教多媒体有生动活泼的动感、丰富鲜明的色彩以及立体的音响效果,可让学生通过看、听、说来学英语。

根据小学英语课程的特点,安排情境化英语课堂教学的内容,内容的安排力求充实、精当、有序,并初步形成一个相对完整的生活化情境课内容体系。

三、研究方法

采用调查法、文献法、行动研究法。

1、文献学习:对近几年来发表的关于创新英语课堂教学情境设 计,培养交际能力的文献资料,特别是介绍课堂教学情境设计研究成功经验的文章进行系统归类,并作比较性研究,在此基础上,筛选出有效经验为本课题借鉴。

2、调查研究:了解目前小学英语教学情境设计现状,通过分析, 找出共性问题,进行调研。了解实验教师操作情况,学生交际能力的发展状况,以便及时调整,使实验计划得以更好实施。

3、实践研究与经验总结:选定实验班级,以行动研究为主,反 复进行课堂教学实践研究,并对实践活动中的具体情况及时进行归纳与分析、研讨,撰写总结或实验报告,使实验更趋系统化、理论化,以此提高实验操作质量。

四、实验步骤

第一阶段(2012年3月至4月)

1、制定课题组成员以研究方案。

以英语学科组为单位,在不同学年开展研究实验。 课题组成员:—— —— —— ——

曾经,地球母亲留给我们丰富的能源使我们兴高采烈,感叹地球上的能源取之不尽,用之不竭,现在,最新统计表明,石油将在50年后枯竭,煤还可以供人类使用200年;曾经,物资、能源的浪费多么猖獗,现在,“节约光荣,浪费可耻”成了新一代的口头禅;曾经,“发展第一”,环境问题被忽视的情况时常发生,现在,可持续发展,与大自然和谐相处成了最大的课题。不难看出,环境问题在不断被人们重视。

尽管如此,环境问题仍然严峻,节能减排、低碳生活迫在眉睫。在哥本哈根气候大会上,这一影响人类命运的问题却迟迟无法达成协议。在生活中,开着大排量汽车,购买含氟空调、冰箱,含磷洗衣粉,夏天把空调开着低温还一边裹着被子,日光灯彻夜长明,水龙头滴水声日夜不息......这些影响环境的现象屡见不鲜。

大家还记得熄灯一小时活动吗?假设每个家庭的灯都是五十瓦,每家有五盏,如果有一亿五千万人参与,按每家三口人算,那就是五千万家,一共就是四百五十亿瓦电。同学们,这是整整四百五十亿瓦电啊,这些电可以抵得上多少个三口之家全年的用电量啊。如果我们每天都节约用电,那么,全国十三亿人,全年能节约的电量将是四百五十亿瓦的多少倍?这样的话,不就做到低碳了吗?

况且,要使生活低碳、绿色的方法还有很多,如:少开私家车,多坐公交车;少用纸巾,多用手帕;开空调时多开一度,这样可以减少百分之七的电力;不用干衣机烘干衣服,让衣服自然晾干,这可以减少2300克的二氧化碳排放量等。
