我昨天刚考完,和大家分享一下,因为之前我也是一头雾水,不知道什么。

我是考前一周开始准备,主要是和另外2个同伴一起。我们每晚会聚在一起讨论1,2个小时,主要是讨论各种题型该怎么应对:词汇、阅读、听力、口语、写作、语音、语法,讨论完后,我们会挨个试讲,其余两人当考官,指出优缺点。感觉合作很重要。

考试当天流程是这样的:

7:30-7:45 到候考室抽号,A1到A12,B1到B12,就这样一直到K。我抽到的是A5,不要以为是第五个进去哦。A1-A12都是第一个进去,因为总共12个面试教室。也就是说只要是A,你就是第一个试讲的。B是第二个试讲,C第三个。。。。懂了吧。

抽完后A1-A12同学到抽题教室,带着准考证、身份证、还有抽的号去抽题。老师输入我的考号后,电脑自动抽题,我的是广告写作课。

抽完题后,我们到了备考室,这时候老师把你抽到的题发给你,写教案的一页纸发给你,20分钟准备。

准备20分钟后,我们12个人都各自到了指定的面试教室,面试开始。

1,先敲门,进去说下:各位考官各位老师好,我是A5号学生某某某

2,老师会问你两个问题,这个环节5分钟。(我回答很快,估计2,3分钟就答完了) 我被问的问题是:教学是一种艺术,你怎么看待这句话。

有个学生很调皮,不听话,你怎么办。

老师提问时,你可以说谢谢老师的提问,回答完后,可以说我的回答完毕谢谢老师。 3,回答完后,开始试讲,时间10分钟。(估计我讲了有6,7分钟就结束了)

注意试讲时候配合板书,不用写太多,但是一定不要写错单词啊。

4,老师针对你的讲课提问你。老师是用英文提问的。这个环节5分钟。

结束后我擦了黑板,谢了谢老师就走了。一定要记得擦黑板噢!

我是第一次考,题型也不是很懂。听别人说一些,简单介绍下吧:

词汇,给你篇文章,里面有加粗的单词让你讲。可以造句。

阅读,给篇文章。可以抓大意,找细节,划1,2个重点单词和句子。

写作:有的是半命题,有的是给篇文章。上写作课。

语音:给一首英文诗歌,或者一篇文章。可以考虑押韵、语音语调这方面。

其他题型就不知道了。

学生参与情况:

运用这种教学方式,我所教的班级学生普遍反映:这种讨论和写作的方式更适合他们,因为气氛活跃,让人觉得轻松,通过小组的讨论、互相帮助和老师的指引,较容易搜集到写作素材,而且参考小组素材再结合自己的观点,就更容易下手写作了。每个小组都能写出较为优秀的文章,而且,学生完成作业情况非常好,能充分运用课上所讲的相关词汇和表达方式,有些同学的文章写得相当好,可以作为范文展示学习。总而言之,这种写作教学法既激发了学生的写作兴趣,又提高了他们的口语表达能力,同时还培养了他们的群体合作精神,而且也达到了师生互动交流。

徐本禹出生于山东聊城的一个贫穷的农村家庭,他的父亲教了一辈子小学

1999年,徐本禹成为华中农业大学的一名学生。2003年,徐本禹以372分的高分考取了本校农业经济管理专业的硕士研究生。然而,2003年4月16日,徐本禹却作出了让所有人大吃一惊的决定:放弃攻读研究生的机会,去贵州省大方县大水乡大石村支教。2005年,徐本禹返回华中农业大学读研。

2003年7月,徐本禹重返生活和工作条件十分艰苦的为民小学义务支教。当时团中央西部志愿者计划尚未实施,为 了保证他的基本生活,学校团委和他所在的经济贸易管理学院为他提供了生活补助。后来,贵州团省委将他补入贵州扶贫接力计划。徐本禹深受感动和激励,每月从微薄的生活补助中节省出一半的钱,用来资助当地孩子上学。他的感人事迹经媒体报道后,社会各界纷纷伸出援手,使当地教育条件迅速得到改善,小学迁出山洞,搬进了新校舍,在校学生也由原来的不足100人增加到250多人。

李桂林 陆建芬:悬崖小学的支教夫妻 烛照深山

男,42岁,彝族村寨甘洛县乌史大桥乡二坪村教师.女,41岁,彝族村寨甘洛县乌史大桥乡二坪村代课教师。

甘洛县乌史大桥乡二坪村,是凉山北部峡谷绝壁上的彝寨,村民上下绝壁都要攀爬5架木制的云梯,进出极为艰难,村民一年难得下绝壁一次。就是在如此艰险的环境下,从汉族地区来的李桂林、陆建芬夫妻扎根这里18年,把知识的种子播种在彝寨,为村民走出彝寨架起\"云梯\"。

1990年,李桂林夫妻来到这里,村民的落后与贫苦深深的震撼了这对彝族夫妻。强烈的同情心和民族感使李桂林坚定了扎根二坪搞教育的信心,得到了妻子的大力支持。他与妻子18年如一日地教书育人,共培养了六届学生共149人,其中有22人是从外村慕名而来的。李桂林本人还两度被评为县优秀教师。

二坪--这个过去的\"文盲村穷山村\",现在成了\"文化村\"。昔日的荒凉到今天的精神巨变,与这两位老师付出的心血是分不开的。他们为偏远山区的教育事业撑起了一片蓝天。

黑龙江省佳木斯市第十九中学语文教师,1997年至1999年在佳木斯第三中学读初中;1999年考入依兰师范学校;2004年专升本进入大庆师范学院;2007年毕业于哈尔滨师范大学;毕业后任教于佳木斯市第十九中学。

2012年5月8日,张丽莉在失控的汽车冲向学生时,先是把后面的两个学生挡住,又一把推开了几个学生,自己却被车轮碾轧,造成全身多处骨折,双腿高位截肢,现已康复。

舍己救人

回顾张丽莉受伤的那一幕,第十九中学教师李金茹泣不成声。

“我当时第一反应是丽莉完了,大喊快救张老师。孩子们也高喊,张老师怎么了!”李金茹说:“其实丽莉当时如果躲开完全有充足的时间,但她把精力放在救学生上了!”在这里,李老师还赞扬了一席。

“丽莉呵护学生胜过自己。”第十九中学副校长靳艳萍说,她还有一次保护孩子的故事在学校传为佳话。2009年冬天,张丽莉班里有一名学生生病了。她领着几名班干部去看望。过马路时一辆自行车因为坡路太滑,摇摇晃晃地朝他的学生撞了过来,眼看就要撞上了。这时,张丽莉猛地一把将这位学生揽在怀里。这位学生没什么事。可是张丽莉却被自行车撞了个正着,狠狠地摔在了地上。

那天,距离李金茹几米外的张丽莉站在车旁正在疏导学生。突然,原本停在路旁的客车猛地向学生们冲过来危急时刻,只见张丽莉向前一扑,将车前一名吓傻的学生用力推到一边,自己却被无情的车轮碾到了下面。双腿高位截肢。

“丽莉在生命垂危的时候,还惦记着她的学生。”肢哈尔滨医科大学附属第一医院ICU主任赵鸣雁说,“张丽莉昏迷多天后,醒来的第一句话是,那几个孩子没事吧!”

高位截肢后,她的亲人和医护人员都不敢想象她知道真相的后果会是怎样。出人意料的是,张丽莉不仅很快接受了事实,还反过来安慰父亲说:“当时车祸的场景我还记得,很幸运,如果车轮从我的头碾过去,你就看不到我了,我救了学生,也保住了命,今后一定会幸福的。”

有人问张丽莉,“你后悔吗?”她回答:“不后悔。这样做是我的本能。我已经快30岁了,我已和父母度过了将近30年的快乐时光,那些孩子还小,他们快乐的人生才刚刚开始。”

立志教书

张丽莉出生在一个教育世家,从小就渴望做教师。张丽莉进入依兰师范学

校后,不仅学习好,而且思想上积极上进。依兰师范学校的培养,为张丽莉在日后工作中逐渐显露出的优良品质打下了良好基础。2004年,张丽莉顺利通过了“专升本”考试,进入大庆师范学院。

丽莉自从上了师范,几乎每次见到当教师的大伯母,都会很认真地向她求教,询问如何当一名好老师,如何教育学生,如何培养学生的学习兴趣,如何让学生爱上老师。

丽莉的大学同学郑海峰回忆:“丽莉毕业时,她实习过的单位大庆油田宣教中心想留她,被她推辞了。这是我们大家都争着去的好单位,丽莉放弃了很可惜。她只有一个信念,回佳木斯陪爸爸,当一名教师。”

无私奉献

“只有有爱心的教师,才能培养出有作为的学生。”张丽莉时时刻刻用心诠释“师爱”这两个字的真谛,用自己诚挚的爱去温暖每一位学生。这应是所有教师学习的。

张丽莉爱笑,她的微笑总能激发学生的“兴奋点”。学生谷志超不喜欢学习语文,张丽莉就特意在课堂上让他朗读课文,并当着全班同学的面微笑着夸他“声音有磁性,很好听”。一段时间之后,谷志超的语文学习成绩明显提高。谷同学还大力称赞了张老师。

张丽莉有双会说话的大眼睛。课堂上,她的一双大眼睛从不放过每一个学生,在她的注 3 视下,全班同学都有一种被关注的感觉。“没有教不好的学生,只有当不好的老师。”张丽莉经常这么说。

在一个个细节之中,张丽莉从一点一滴关心着“家”里的每个孩子。体育中考时下起了雨,她把自己的伞给了学生;冬天,有的同学不吃早饭,她就自己掏钱买来一箱桃酥放在班级后面;为了让学生多上一会儿自习,她亲自动手,把班里的卫生整理得干干净净。

学生张旭很小就失去父亲,和重病缠身的妈妈靠最低生活保障金维持生活。2009年,张丽莉接手张旭所在班工作,听说张旭的遭遇后,从自己每月不足1千元的微薄收入中,拿出1百元资助他。为了保护孩子的自尊,细心的张丽莉每次都在没有其他人的时候把钱偷偷交给张旭。

追求卓越

“要么不做,做就做到最好”是张丽莉的座右铭。为提高教学水平,张丽莉经常听课,对每堂课都能找出有效点和无效点,并虚心与老教师探讨交流教学方法。很快,她就在全校90名青年教师中脱颖而出,成为学校着力培养的青年教师骨干和最受学生喜欢的教师。

张丽莉潜心研究教育教学规律,每个年度都制定阶段性发展目标。初一学生刚入校,重点抓学生学习习惯的养成;初二学生进入青春期,着力加强学生的情感教育;等到了初三,学生即将面临中考,开始进行学生心理健康的调适,以减轻中考给学生带来的压力。作为一名语文教师,张丽莉十分注重学生语文素养的提升。她对学生完成的每一篇作文,她都认真批改,写出大量有针对性的批语。

张丽莉的家距离学校较远,但每天上班她都早早来到学校,和学生一起上早自习。2009年当上班主任后,她每天早晨坚持带领学生出早操,即使在怀孕初期也未曾间断。由于运动量过大,身体超负荷工作,导致家人期盼已久的宝宝“擦肩而过”。在家休产假,身体还没有完全康复,她就坚持重新返回课堂。

她爱同事,并努力用真挚的友情感染着这个有着共同追求的团结集体。老师们下课了,时常能接到张丽莉递到手中的一杯热水;午餐的时间到了,经常会看到桌子上张丽莉为大家打好的饭菜……

在与学生日常相处的过程中,张丽莉让每一个学生都学会懂得爱。只要班级的孩子生病住院,张丽莉都要到医院去探望,并在下班后抽出时间照料。她还会组织同学集体去医院探望,每个同学只需送上一个水果,上面贴上对患病同学的祝福语和心里话。用她的话说:虽然只是一个水果,但情义无价,它是一份同学的真情,一份真诚的关怀,我要用这样的方式让每一名学生都懂得关心身边的朋友,关爱每一个需要帮助的人,让真爱渗透到每个孩子的心灵。

2、照应式

More and more people are interested to read modern poetry in English.Translation can be good, but being able to read in English gives you much more choice.Besides, no matter how well a poem is translated, something of the spirit of the original work is lost.Reading poetry in enlgish also opens the door to finding new ways of expreing yourself in Chinese.Finally, poems and literature can be bridges between the East and the West.They can help us to understand each other better, or as Mu Dan wrote:
