“英语口语演讲比赛”策划书
一、活动的背景和意义
英语作为一种国际通用语言，在国际交流与合作日益增多的今天，其主流地位和作用将会愈加凸显。能否准确纯熟地使用英语，特别是交流和演讲能力的高低，将会直接影响到大学生特别是航运学院学生今后的就业问题，以及能否为国家和社会做出大的贡献。因此，大学生尤其迫切需要在不断的锻炼、比较和竞争中，培养英语交际能力，提高自身的综合英语水平，才能在日趋激烈的社会竞争中找到自身的发挥之地。因此本着“全院参与，办出特色，发现人才，培养学习兴趣”的宗旨，航院团委举办一次面向航运学院的英语演讲比赛，以提高同学们的英语口语水平和交际能力，提供一个可以展现自我，激励他人的舞台，加强航院学生的自我学习意识。

七、活动参与对象
航运学院学院全日制在校学生大一新生
八、报名方式
1）本着自愿原则，以班级为单位报名； 2）每个单位人数不限；
九、活动流程 1） 部门分工
1．团委宣传部：设计宣传板并放到三食堂和一食堂外进行宣传，粘贴海报，拉出横幅。在本院范围内下发比赛通知，宣传比赛的目的和意义，积极动员本院学生参与，深入到各班级内部进行宣传，并张贴宣传海报。 2.团委新闻部：活动进行的当天，新闻部负责拍照，写新闻稿，并向校内
各媒体投稿。
3.团委：邀请嘉宾和评委（必须包含外教）。
4.学生会：负责会场秩序、现场安保、礼仪和主持人。5.学生会：负责统分及其他会场布置工作。
2） 实施阶段
初赛：
1．竞赛场所应准备一个比赛室。进行竞赛的选手应在竞赛前进入比赛中途不得离开。
2．选手在比赛前抽签决定竞赛上场次序以及参赛试题题号；抽签后在比赛室等候。
3．正式比赛开始前5分钟，工作人员将第一位选手所抽试题发给选手，准备时间为五分钟。五分钟后，由工作人员先回收试题，并在选手登台前把试题交给评委，并让第二位选手抽取试题进行准备，依此类推。 4．选手不得在试题上做任何标记。
5．竞赛开始时，第一位选手站上讲台，进行竞赛。该选手在评委的指导
下将两个赛题（自我介绍，试题演讲，由评委限定时间，最好在3—5分钟以内）依次做完后到台下休息区休息。 6．竞赛应保持连贯，不能出现冷场。
7．比赛完毕立即公布比赛结果，取前十名进入决赛，通知这些同学进入
决赛并告知决赛时间、地点。 决赛：
第一环节：自我介绍和才艺展示，时间为3分钟。 自我介绍要求简洁有个性；
才艺展示内容自定，可以是命题演讲、情景对话、英语歌曲演唱等，但必须与英语相关。
第二环节：影视配音，时间为3分钟。
比赛前选好要模仿的影片，并在大屏幕上播放该片段，时间为2—3分钟，然后消掉原声台词重播该片段，选手开始模仿表演。
要求：表演形象生动，语音语调要相似，也可适当自由发挥。第三环节：场景对话，时间为3分钟。
以上时间限制由工作人员计时，并叫停整个英语口语比赛，决赛的总分由评委评定，两个环节结束后，评委根据每位选手的表现进行现场点评。
十、比赛流程：
1）主持人致开幕词并且介绍到场的评委、嘉宾。 2）主持人介绍比赛的规则、评分细则。
3)比赛开始，选手根据比赛前的抽签顺序进行比赛。
4）待所有的选手比赛完后，邀请评委代表上台发言，工作人员进行统分。 5）评委发言完后，主持人上台宣布比赛结果。 6）上台颁奖。
7）主持人宣布比赛结束，全体工作人员、嘉宾、评委、选手合影留念。8）工作人员负责做好后期工作。
9）在活动结束后，航运学院团委、学生会和马研召开全体会议，认真总结此次活动的成功与不足，为以后工作的开展提供经验和教训。
十一、现场规则
1)自备服装和道具。 2)评委到公平、公正。
3)参赛选手演讲内容积极、健康、向上，能体现一定的思想。4)参赛选手活泼、积极、友好、自信。
5)赛场无论参赛选手或观众，均需关掉手机或设置无声，禁止大声喧哗。 十
二、奖项设置
按照各参赛者的总分排名，一等奖一名，二等奖三名，三等奖六名，并颁发证书。

桌椅，评委要喝的水(5瓶)，给评委的礼物(价值两三百)。

1、比较全面的反映了各班教师在教学中，注重了基础教学、发音教学和口语训练。总体来说，参赛同学大都能自信的开口说英语、用英语，学生的表达能力和交际能力都比较强，说明了教师在平时的教学中不仅注重知识的传授，更注重了能力的培养，达到了较好的效果。
2、比赛内容形式多样：有自我介绍，有短文朗诵，有即兴演讲，有现场对答。同学们表现的落落大方，情感丰富，口齿清晰，语音准确，语调抑扬顿挫，展现了中小学生的天真可爱及深厚的语言功底。
3、这次活动，有利的促进了同学们学习英语的进程，激发了同学们学英语、说英语的热情，也进而形成了浓厚的学英语的氛围。在此，我特别提出的是，我们特别感谢我们的英语老师。也希望同学们以此为契机，在全体同学中掀起又一个学习英语的新高潮。
有收获，但也存在着一定的不足：
1、部分同学准备不充分，或者临场发挥不够好。具体表现在，有些同学在台上冷场。俗话说“台上十分钟，台下十年功”，希望同学们一定要把功夫用在平时，包括考试也是这样，千万不能一蹴而就或临时抱佛脚。
2、个别同学口语不是很标准，这个也需要平时教师加强指导，上课时同学们也要严格要求自己，尽量模仿老师或录音，说好、说准英语。
3、我们还要控制语速，注意台风，和上下台的礼仪，比赛除了比英语口语外，我们也不能排除细节对我们最后的结果有所影响。
总之，这是一次意义重大的比赛，也是一次非常成功的比赛，希望所有同学再接再厉，争取更大的成功！
