一次又一次的失望，最终也都变成了绝望，大家也只好选择离开。然而每一个人的离开您总是要跟我们找那么多地“坏话”，其实谁要走，为什么走，我们心里明镜一样。另外我告诉您，很多人现在过的比在公司好得多，无论是环境还是待遇，尤其最重要的是心情。从来不懂得珍惜的是您。

不积跬步无以至千里，不积小流无以成江海。每一个人的离开都是公司一次一次的给我们的绝望所致。现在您说得最多的就是说罗xx，说她如何的不知感激，不懂情理。可我问您是什么让他这样，让他放着７０００块不要，冒着找工作、还房贷等诸多的困难，一天都呆不下去！这都是为什么呀！也许您又会说那是她太任性，都不知道好赖。工资都加到了７０００还不知足，是的他到哪都拿不到这么高的工资，可这些钱对他来说又意味着什么呢？意味着他做错一点事情都要罚钱，意味着报销单您要查问一遍又一遍，意味着所有的活她要加班努力的干，意味着他要牺牲所有的个人时间听从老板的安排……

还是那句话，得道多助失道寡助，我都说了这么多，意思也已经相当明了了，希望您善待员工，不要把他们往死里用，否则铁打的人都会撑不住的。还有您不要总是许诺我们这个那个，您做不到就不要说，用罗的一句话谁都不是傻子，每个人心里都像明镜一样，您又何必把对客户的“忽悠”用在我们身上呢？？其实关心员工很简单，只要给他们一个可以喘气的机会就可以，不需要太多金钱的刺激，只是在别人撑不住的时候允许他可以休息一下，在生病的时候安慰一下，在请假的时候痛快一点，在他犯错的时候宽容一点。
