本人于2012年8月考入内蒙古大学生命科学学院生物技术基地班，经过将近三年的努力学习发现我对生物方面具有浓厚的兴趣。通过本科期间对生物方面的实验研究，越来越对生物感兴趣。
我在2013年9月份加入了本学院王迎春教授的实验室，本实验室研究方向为植物逆境分子研究，在实验室师兄师姐的帮助下，同其他四名成员申请了校级大学生创新训练，研究课题为：长叶红砂Na+/H+逆向转运蛋白RtSOS1和RtNHX1的功能分析。在此期间我学习到了很多知识，比如通过PCR实现基因的体外克隆的原理，对目的基因连接到不同载体上进行转化，构建重组质粒载体，并通过浸花序法对模式植物拟南芥进行转染，筛选等。这一系列的实验都锻炼了我的动手能力，现在本实验进行的非常顺利，中期考核也顺利通过，预计于2015年8月完成，并撰写结题报告。并以第二作者身份在华北农学报投稿《长叶红砂黄烷酮-3-羟基转移酶3（RtF3H3）基因的克隆、表达分析及酵母表达载体的构建》2015年6月3日录用，以第三作者的身份在西北农业学报投稿《长叶红砂咖啡酸-O-甲基转移酶（RtCOMT）基因的克隆及蛋白纯化》2015年8月30日录用
为了更好的适应研究生的生活,提前对研究生期间进行规划很有必要。我对自己在未来三年内的规划大致如下:
一、研一阶段:
1、牢固专业基础知识,提升专业素养。通过广泛阅读专业文章和科学文献，了解他人的实验方法和思路，为自己的实验做准备。
2、学习理论知识的同时注重结合实际。可以尝试对相关专业问题做专题研究，并在导师的指导下对问题进行解决。
二、研二阶段:
1、跟随导师，确定实验方向。跟随导师进行科学研究是十分关键的，从最基本的收集资料到相关问题的独立构思，都需要在导师的指导下进行学习的积累。
2、培养创新思维，并进行学术论文撰写。创新主要来源于学习过程中不同实验者对一些问题的不同观点和所采用的不同试验方法。同时希望有机会可以直博，对本专业进行深入研究。
三、研三阶段:
1、完成硕士生毕业论文。把毕业论文当作研究生三年学习的结晶，把自己的所学所思运用在论文创作中。

其次，一年级的时候还必须接触到更多的前沿知识，这对接下来一年半的研究也是至关重要，所以，第一年在学好课程的同时必须尽快进入到导师的研究组，接触导师研究的前沿专业领域，尽量做到对导师的研究理论有所了解，同时也要进行实践，参与到导师课题组的工作，如果条件允许，就尽最大努力完成一篇有水平的论文，这样可以大大减轻后面的研究压力。如果这些能够很好的完成，将为接下来一年半的研究工作打下了坚实的基础。
紧接着，二年级的开始将密切结合自己一年级的准备工作以及导师的研究，做到纵向与横向的有机结合，在这一年半的时间里，理论的应用与创新将是主题，所以我会通过大量的实践经验与资料查阅来完成这项工作，同时密切结合导师与其他专家的意见。
最后，完成好自己的硕士研究生毕业论文，顺利从母校毕业。
当然，以上只是攻读硕士期间的大体计划，很多地方可能还不完善，这些不足将在进入硕士学习之后与实际情况结合做出调整。如果以上工作都能够完成，那么我应该完成了硕士阶段的任务了，接下来的安排就是继续攻读博士或者参加工作了，我现在不能说一定选择哪一个，但是对于两者我都有一个明确的认识。
如果选择继续攻读博士学位，那么说明我在硕士阶段取得了很不错的成果，想将这个成果继续研究下去，学习更多的专业理论，使自己的专业素养与理论水平更上一个台阶；如果参加工作，那么进入与我的研究相关的行业将会是首选，毕竟学以致用才是学习的真正目的，所以我会优先选择进入一些优秀的大型企业，这对我能力的发挥将有很大的帮助，也会为我提供一个比较好的平台向更多的前辈学习。

In 2009, when everyone in China was saving money for real estate investments, I was putting money away so that I could come to the United States and study.This was not a popular decision among my family and friends.Why would I give up a great job and life to travel half way acro the earth and become a poor college student again? My grandfather was a respected profeor at a prestigious university prior to the Cultural Revolution and both my parents are senior engineers who graduated from the best university in China.Though we were never rich by any means, my parents always made it a priority to take me to museums, bookstores, and famous colleges in their spare time.I loved reading stories about famous scientists, especially those who persisted in their theories no matter how difficult the situation.The atmosphere in my house was one that allowed me to cultivate my mind and find my paion.

母亲他给了我在这个世界上的机会，她虽然精神上不正常，也没有劳动力，但我能感受到母亲她的母爱是完整的，她没有说，但是从她的眼神中我看到了，她的动作中，我感受到了。因为上了大学，离家里远了，所以回家的时候也少了，她看到我回家，表情真的很开心，父亲说；你不经常回家，你母亲经常嘴里念叨你呢！而且上次回家天冷，竟然递给我衣服，让我多穿一点。母亲她的爱，每当我看到这样的时候我想我要把母亲的病看好，让母亲像一个正常的人一样，大学之后找到一份工作，努力工作，挣钱给母亲看病，再者给年过六旬半的父亲减轻负担，让我承担这个家庭的支柱！

**区中西医结合医院申请配置CT申报陈述材料各位领导、专家：**区中西医结合医院占地面积26600多平方米，建筑面积21000多平方米。现有在编职工135人，其中卫技人员125人，具高级职称13人、中级技术职称人员42人。医院设有院办公室、医教科、中医管理科、护理部、预防保健科、院内感染管理科等职能科室；有急诊科、内科、外科、妇产科、针炙推拿科（中西、中西医结合治疗疼痛科）、慢病科（中西医结合治疗糖尿病科）、麻醉科、放射科(含CT室)、检验科、功能科（心电图、B超室、内窥镜）和药剂科（中药房、西药房）等23个临床科室。其中，中医糖尿病科、中医肛肠科为市级重点专科；疼痛科为省级重点专科。目前，开放床位100张，四个护理单元。去年底我院投入400多万元对原病楼进行扩建，扩建面积2100平方米，主体工程已经完工，正在装修，新扩建病房楼投入使用后，开放床位可达150张。
