1、适用范围再度扩充

升级前的奖金优化只能支持2串1的组合过关，升级后的奖金优化不但支持3串1到8串1的组合过关，而且还支持同时选择多个串1方式的组合。同时，升级前的奖金优化最多可以支持8场比赛的奖金优化，升级后现在最多可以支持15场比赛的奖金优化。由于受到性能的限制，尽管用户选择的比赛最多可以支持15场，但单注注数不能超过500注。

2、优化按钮状态区分

之前由于受到过关方式的限制，当用户的方案不符合奖金优化的使用条件时，点击奖金优化按钮，就会弹出提示，用户体验不够好，现在当用户选择的方案不符合优化条件时，奖金优化按钮的颜色就变为灰色，这样用户可以更直观的看见，当前选择的方案，可不可以进行奖金优化。

3、一键购买优化方案

当用户在投注页选择的方案可以进行奖金优化时，点击理论奖金就会看见，在普通方案的下方会有优化后方案的奖金范围及购买按钮，用户点击购买按钮，可以直接进入方案确认页，而无须像以前先进入奖金优化页，再进行购买，购买步骤简化，让用户购买更加方便。若用户想对优化方案进行微调，则可以点击购买按钮右侧的微调入口，进入奖金优化页对优化方案进行微调。

4、增加博冷优化方式

本次升级还对快捷的优化方式进行了扩展，在之前保守优化的基础上，我们增加了博冷优化，优化规则就是在其它单注保本的前提下，将剩余注数全部移到单注奖金最高的单注上，同时名称的统一和让用户更容易理解，“保守优化”的名称变更为“博热优化”，优化规则没有变化，即其它单注奖金保本的前提下，将剩余注数全部移到中奖概率最高的单注上，即所有比赛最低赔同时开出的单注。

5、单注最低调至0注

升级前的单注最低只能调至1注，升级后最少可以调到0注，即相当于不购买某个单注，对于一些用户认为出现概率较小的单注，用户可以将其调至0注，相当于过滤到这个单注。

6、优化后再倍投功能

升级后的奖金优化，用户可以对优化方案进行倍投投注，倍投后，金额及奖金都将同时加倍。

7、批量修改单注奖金

之前的奖金优化功能用户可以直接点击任意单注的奖金，然后在输入框里输入自己心仪的奖金，但如果要修改多个单注的奖金时，则比较麻烦，升级后的奖金优化功能，用户可以在表头奖金的旁边点击批量修改的按钮图标，点击之后会出现输入金额框，用户输入金额后，点击确定，即可将单注列表中的所有单注奖金进行批量修改。

8、诸多功能灵活显示

升级后，在奖金优化页中，比赛选项及上方的优化功能区可以置顶显示，这样当用户选择的比赛较多、单注较多时，无论将网页如何滚动，都可以在屏幕上看见比赛选项及优化按钮，这样用户通过单注来对照选项或重新输入计划购买金额时都将更为方便。同时，下方的购买功能栏也可以始终显示在屏幕上，用户想提交方案时，可以快速找到，而避免了之前有时需要滚动页面的情况。

9、关联选项高亮显示

升级前，当用户选择比赛较多时，对照单注关联的选项十分不便，现在只要鼠标移入某一个单注上，右上方的比赛选项，就会将相应单注关联的选项球队名及赔率加红加粗显示，这样用户对照起来将更加方便。

10、单注选项支持排序

升级后，用户只要在单注列表中点击某场比赛的比赛选项，就会将所有包含这个选项的单注排在前面，同时进行加粗显示，再次点击则恢复默认的排序方式，及按照单注奖金由低到高排序。这样用户想对某场比赛的某个选项进行调节时，可以直观得进行调节，而省去了之前，还需要一个一个找的麻烦。

（三）面试和试讲

1、确定面试人选

四、考核

笔试和面试的成绩权重为4：6，根据笔试面试后的总成绩按照由高到低的顺序以拟招聘计划1:1的比例确定考核人选。总成绩并列者，按面试成绩确定考核人选。

用人单位对应聘人员的思想政治表现、道德品质、业务能力、工作业绩等情况进行考核，并复查报考资格。考核中发现不符合报考条件的，取消聘用资格，按总成绩排名从高到低依次等 5 额递补考核人选。考核结束后，根据考核结果，按岗位指数1:1的比例确定参加体检人选。

五、体检、公示和聘用

1、体检：体检由省服务业委员会和用人单位统一组织。体检工作参照人事部、卫生部《公务员录用体检通用标准（试行）的通知》（国人部发【2005】1号）执行以及体检操作手册和国家有关规定组织实施。体检费用由报考人员个人支付。体检时间另行通知。

体检合格者确定为拟聘人员。因体检不合格或考生自愿弃权等原因出现的职位空缺，按照总成绩依次递补，总成绩并列者，按面试成绩由高到低的排序递补。

2．公示：考核和体检程序结束后，拟聘用人员在辽宁人事考试网公示。

3．聘用：公示期满无异议的，确认为拟聘用人选，经省人社厅备案同意后，签订聘用合同，试用期为6个月(应届大中专毕业生见习期一年)。试用期包括在聘用合同期内。试用期满合格的，予以正式聘用；不合格的，取消聘用资格。

六、其他

An old man sailed on sea for ages, only to bring back a large coloal marlin skeleton，a worn-out boat, and his exhausted body.In Ernest Hemingway’s novel , there is only simple plot, and characters pure as water drops.However, no battle can be more glorious , and no story can be more appealing than it.I firmly refer it to story of hero.

“A man can be destroyed, but he can never be defeated.” The strong notes came out not from the old man’s mouth, but from the bottom of his heart.

Though he doesn’t accomplish his initial goal, he is not a failure.On the contrary, he is remembered as, hero.

Yes, no one can doubt that when he defended for the skeleton of marlin in the billows; When he raised up his powerful arms, grabbing the harpoon when attacked by a troop of sharps; When his profound, sea-like eyes shines the fearle perseverance.

I realized that our own lives are just like a vast ocean, splendid and miraculous, but dangerous with reefs as well.The waves can push you to an unbelievable climax, but in a blink of eye, it can also take away all your happine without empathy.

Cell phones do play an important role in people’s daily life,but every coin has two sides.

To start with,a wirele mobile phone is convenient for the user at any time to contact others .Secondly,it’s a helpful companuon.With a multifunctional cell phone in hand,one can easily surf the net,downloading what he needs.

在公司行政、工会的重视和直接领导下，我们于4月5日、6日分别组织本部全体职工、退休职工进行了体格健康检查。

在职职工在体检项目、体检金额等方面都较往年有所增加。体检项目除了内、外科、血黏度、血常规、尿常规、胸片、肝肾功能全套、五官科等常规体检项目外，还增加了心超、HP（幽门螺杆菌）及各类肿瘤指标化验项目，另外，根据已婚女职工的各自需求，增加了妇科、钼靶等项目。此次体检项目共计27项，男职工体检金额人均约1613元，女职工体检金额人均约1856元。

3、笔试。以邯郸市情、邯郸历史文化、时事政治、公务接待礼仪等为主要内容进行闭卷考试，主要测试报考者适应拟选调职位要求的文化素质、能力素质和知识水平。

按面试70%、笔试30%合并计算总分后，按照选调职位数1：1的比例确定进入体检人员。当比例内最后一名总成绩出现并列时，面试成绩高的考生进入体检。

4、体检。体检标准参照《公务员录用体检通用标准（试行）》和职位要求进行，因体检不合格造成缺额的，可根据考试总成绩确定递补人员参加体检。

5、考察。主要考察报考人员的思想品德、现实表现、主要业绩等方面情况。

选调优秀高校毕业生到基层工作，是培养选拔优秀年轻干部的“源头工程”，是实施人才 强省战略、加快中原崛起、推进新农村建设的重要举措，对巩固党的执政地位、建设高素质干部队伍具有长远战略 意义。为深入贯彻落实中央、省委关于引导和鼓励高校毕业生面向基层就业的有关精神，经研究决定，2010年继续 选调优秀高校毕业生到基层工作。现将有关事项通知如下：

一、指导思想

2、本省参与服务农村基层的高校毕业生。全日制普通高校大专以上学历、目前在岗且任 职2年(时间计算到2009年12月31日)以上的大学生村干部和2008年1月1日至2009年12月31日期间服务期满且考核 合格的“三支一扶”、志愿服务西部、志愿服务贫困县高校毕业生。

(三)选调条件

1、思想政治素质好，有理想、有道德、守纪律，具有全心全意为人民服务的思想。

2、工作实践能力强，务实肯干，勇于创新，具有一定的组织协调、文字综合和沟通表达 能力。

3、作风品行正派，事业心和责任感强，具有甘于吃苦、乐于奉献的精神。

4、学习成绩优良，按时获得相应的学历、学位。

5、身体健康，能适应基层工作需要。

6、应届本科生、硕士研究生为1980年6月30日以后出生;应届博士研究生和服务农村基层 的高校毕业生为1977年6月30日以后出生。

7、博士研究生应符合报考省辖市的选调专业意向。

有《公务员法》和其他有关法律法规规定不得录用为公务员情形的，不得报考。

三、选调程序和时间安排

选调工作采取本人自愿报名、党组织审核推荐、组织人事部门考试与考察相结合的办法进 行。

1、报名和资格审查。报名采用网上报名、现场确认方式进行(现场确认不接受 报名)。符合条件的报考人员登录河南省教育厅()、河南省教育厅( ）上公布，考生也可登录报 名系统查询笔试成绩。

3、面试、体检和考察。在省委组织部、省人社厅、省教育厅、省公务员局统一 指导下，由各省辖市具体组织面试、体检和考察。按笔试成绩从高到低依次排序，以省辖市选调名额1:3的比例确 定面试名单(应届硕士、博士研究生和服务农村基层高校毕业生达不到此比例要求的，相应核减计划，并将其名额 调剂为考录应届本科毕业生)。5月9日-10日，各省辖市分别组织面试和体检。面试由省委组织部统一组织命题， 采取结构化面试的方法，满分100分。考生的考试总成绩为笔试成绩×50%+面试成绩×50%。根据考试总成绩的高低 ，以省辖市选调名额1:2的比例确定体检人选，具体要求按人事部、卫生部《关于印发的通知》(国人部发〔2005〕1号)和人事部办公厅、卫生部办公厅《关于印发的通知》(国人厅发〔2007〕25号)的规定执行。对体检合格者，按分数高低排序、以省 辖市选调名额1:1.5的比例确定考察人选。5月17日-26日，各省辖市组织考察，对考察合格人选，按分数高低排序、以各省辖市选

选调的应届本科生、硕士研究生和服务农村基层的专科生、本科生、硕士研究生分配到缺编的乡镇(街道)工作。博士研究生分配到缺编的县(市、区)工作。新录用的省选调生，直接执行定级工资标准 ，应届本科省选调生在乡镇(街道)工作满3年(含试用期)、年度考核均为称职以上的，安排副科级职位;应届 硕士省选调生享受副主任科员待遇，在乡镇(街道)工作满2年(含试用期)、年度考核均为称职以上的，在职数 范围内安排乡镇(街道)党政副职，享受正科级待遇;博士省选调生安排主任科员，在县(市、区)工作满2年( 含试用期)、年度考核均为称职以上的，在本市范围内统筹考虑，安排副县级职位;服务农村基层的专科生、本科 生、硕士研究生，试用期满考核合格的，根据其资历和工龄，比照本机关同等条件人员，确定职务与级别，对表现 优秀的，要及时选拔进乡镇党政领导班子。

省选调生的工资和人事档案按照干部管理权限进行管理。新录用的省选调生试用期1年， 试用期满后，按照干部管理权限，及时进行期满考核，考核合格的，办理转正手续;不合格的，经省辖市委组织部 初审后，报省委组织部审核，取消录用;被取消录用的人员，退回毕业院校或由户口所在地的人才交流服务机构推 荐就业或自主择业。每批选调生试用期满考核后，各省辖市要于年底前将本市选调生考核情况统一汇总，上报省委 组织部。录用为省选调生的人员，应在基层工作满3年以上，3年期间原则上不得调动或借调到县级以上党政机关工 作。

五、加强组织领导

选调生工作是培养选拔年轻干部工作的重要举措之一，政策性强，涉及面广，各级党委、政府和组织、编制、人力资源和社会保障、财政、教育等部门都负有直接责任，要高度重视，加强领导和指导。组 织部门要牵头抓总，有关部门要密切配合，认真按照文件要求，严格程序，坚持公开、公正、公平，扎扎实实地做 好选调工作。

高等院校和组织开展高校毕业生到农村基层服务的各业务主管部门要增强责任意识，采取 多种形式，广泛宣传，正确引导，认真组织报名，严格把关，积极推荐，切实配合做好选调的有关工作。

亲爱的孩子们：

当我写下这个标题时，便意味着我们六年的小学生涯已经结束了。小学的六年时光，留下了你成长的足迹。无论快乐与悲伤，回忆起来都充满了乐趣。小学阶段经历的那些人那些事，将教会我们如何做人，如何做事。希望这些，能让你们今后不再孤单，充满力量。

后天，我们就要迎接毕业考试，我对大家充满了信心。但是，我还是有些担心：我怕大家审不清题；我怕大家写不好字；我怕大家不够灵活，不够细心；我怕大家不多读短文，不认真做短文题；我还怕大家审不清作文要求，离题；我怕大家一遇到没有见过的题型就心慌……我也知道，我的这些担心都是多余的。我相信只要大家审清题，写好字，多读题，多读短文，把作文写满、写好，把握好时间，不慌不忙，不急不躁，认真细心，你们一定能发挥出自己应有的水平，取得优异的成绩。

工厂竞争上岗公开招标公告

根据本厂办公会关于《电镀工段经营管理模式调整的决议》，在电镀工段引入竞争上岗、绩效考核承包的管理模式，对电镀一工段工段长、电镀二工段工段长职位实行竞争上岗、公开招标。现将招标的相关规定公告如下：

一、应聘者条件

1、年龄：50周岁以下；

2、学历：相关专业中专以上或具有从事电镀工艺技术管理5年以上的工作经历。实际经验丰富者视实际情况放宽条件。

第20篇：公告（优秀）

（一）公告的含义

公告是行政公文的主要文种之一，《国家行政机关公文处理办法》对公告的功能作了如下规定：

适用于向国内外宣布重要事项或者法定事项。

公告的用途主要体现在两个方面。

一是向国内外宣布重要事项。具体说，包括公布法律、法令、法规；公布重大国家事务活动，如领导人出访、任免

、逝世；公布重大科技成果；公布有关重要决定等。如国家税务总局关于外籍个人储蓄存款利息所得个人所得税有关问题所发布的公告。

二是向国内外宣布法定事项。法定事项，包括按照《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》等法律规定发布的公告，以及根据法律条文向社会公布有关规定的公告。例如外交部根据《中华人民共和国澳门特别行政区基本法》第139条的规定，继续给予进入澳门的国家及地区的人员进入澳门特别行政区免办签证待遇的公告。

党的机关公文中没有公告，但有与之功能相似的“公报”。

（二）公告的特点

1．发文权力的限制性

由于公告宣布的是重大事项和法定事项，发文的权力被限制在高层行政机关及其职能部门的范围之内。党团组织、社会团体、企事业单位，不能发布公告。

2．发布范围的广泛性

公告是向“国内外”发布重要事项和法定事项的公文，其信息传达范围有时是全国，有时是全世界。譬如，我国曾以公告的形式公布中国科学院院士名单，一方面确立他们在我国科学界学术带头人地位，一方面尽力为他们争取在国际科学界的地位。这样的公告肯定会在世界科学界产生一定的影响。我国有关部门还曾在《人民日报》上刊登公告，公布中国名酒和中国优质酒的品牌、商标和生产企业，以便消费者能认清名牌。

3．题材的重大性

公告的题材，必须是能在国际国内产生一定影响的重要事项，或者依法必须向社会公布的法定事项。公告的内容庄重严肃，体现着国家权力部门的威严，既要能够将有关信息和政策公之于众，又要考虑在国内国际可能产生的政治影响。

4．内容和传播方式的新闻性

公告还有一定的新闻性特点。所谓新闻，就是对新近发生的、群众关心的、应知而未知的事实的报道。公告的内容，都是新近的、群众应知而未知的事项，在一定程度上具有新闻的特点。

（三）公告的分类

1．重要事项的公告

凡是用来宣布有关政治、经济、军事、科技、教育、人事、外交等方面需要告知全民的重要事项的，都属此类公○告。常见的有重要领导岗位的变动，领导人的出访或其他重大活动，重要科技成果的公布，重要军事行动等等。如全国人大常务委员会关于确认全国人大代表资格的公告，新华社受权宣布我国将进行向太平洋发射运载火箭试验的公告，都属此类公告。

2．法定事项的公告

依照有关法律和法规的规定，一些重要事情和主要环节必须以公告的方式向全民公布。

《中华人民共和国专利法》第三十九条规定：“发明专利申请经实质审查没有发现驳回理由的，专利局应当作出审定，予以公告。”

《中华人民共和国企业破产法（试行）》第九条规定：“人民法院受理破产案件后，应当在十日内通知债务人并且发布公告。”

《国务院公务员暂行条例》第十六条规定，录用国家公务员要“发布招考公告”。

《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》规定发布的公告种类繁多，有通知权利人登记公告，送达公告，开庭公告，宣告失踪宣告死亡公告，财产认领公告，强制迁出房屋、强制退出土地公告等。

上述公告均属法定事项公告。

（四）公告的写法

1．公告的标题和发文字号

公告的标题有四种不同的构成形式。

一是公文标题的常规形式，由发文机关＋主要内容＋文种组成。如《深圳市劳动局关于办理2000年度劳动年审公告》。

二是省略主要内容的写法，由发文机关＋文种组成。如《深圳市人民代表大会常务委员会公告》。

三是省略发文机关，由主要内容＋文种组成。如《关于1990年全国清理“三角债”成果和1992年继续清理“三角债”工作的公告》。这种标题形式比较少见。

四是只标文种《公告》二字。

公告一般不用公文的常规发文字号，而是在标题下方正中标示“第×号”。有些公告可以没有发文字号。

2．公告的正文

（1）开头

开头主要用来写发布公告的缘由，包括根据、目的、意义等。如1989年6月15日《人民日报》刊登的《对外经济贸易部公告》的开头：

为了进一步加强对进口货物唛头及进口合同编号的管理，消除目前在进口唛头代号上的混乱现象，根据治理经济环境，整顿经济秩序的精神，特对进口唛头的管理公告如

下：

……

这是公文普遍采用的常规开头方式，多数公告都采用这样的开头。但也有不写公告缘由，一开头就进入公告事项的。

（2）主体

主体用来写公告事项。因每篇公告的内容不同，主体的写法因文而异。有时用贯通式写法，有时需要分条列出。总之，这部分要求条理清楚、用语准确、简明庄重。

3）结语

一般用“特此公告”的格式化用语作结。不过，这不是惟一的选择，有些公告的结尾专用一个自然段来写执行要求，也有的公告既不写执行要求，也不用“特此公告”的结语，事完文止，也不失为一种干净利落的收束方式。

【 例 文 一 】

国家税务总局公告

根据九届全国人大常委会第11次会议的决定和国务院第272号令，从1999年11月1日开始，我国恢复对储蓄存款利息征收个人所得税。按照有关规定，储蓄机构在12月20日对活期存款结息时，应依法代扣代缴储户应纳的个人所得税。为了正确执行我国政府与有关国家政府签订的税收协定，维护协定缔约国居民的合法权益，特公告如下：

一、凡在我国境内各内资商业银行、城乡信用社、邮政储蓄机构、外资银行等储蓄机构（以下简称储蓄机构）存有人民币、外币活期存款的外籍储户，应在2000年6月30日前，持能证明其税收协定缔约国居民身份的有效证件，到开立储蓄存款帐户的储蓄机构办理确认税收协定缔约国居民身份的手续，以便在活期存款结息时，按照税收协定规定的税率计算代扣代缴储户应纳的储蓄存款利息所得个人所得税。

二、对2000年6月30日前，仍未到储蓄机构办理确认税收协定缔约国居民身份手续的外籍储户，各储蓄机构在对其活期存款结息时，一律按20％的法定税率计算代扣代缴储户应缴纳的储蓄存款利息所得个人所得税。

深圳市统计信息局统计登记公告
