推荐信在西方国家是求职，求学的必备材料。

写推荐信的人必须对被推荐者有一定的了解。最好有较深的资历。如被推荐者的原单位领导，本专业的专家等，名声越大越好。

As many as four-fifths of all the cells in the electric eel\'s body are specialized for generating electricity, and the strength of the shock it can deliver corresponds roughly to the length of its body.

There are many theories about the beginning of drama in ancient Greece.The one most widely accepted today is based on the aumption that drama evolved from ritual.The argument for this view goes as follows.In the beginning, human beings viewed the natural forces of the worldas unpredictable, and they sought through various means to control these unknown and feared powers.Those measures which appeared to bring the desired results were then retained and repeated until they hardened into fixed rituals.Eventually stories arose which explained or veiled the mysteries of the rites.As time paed some rituals were abandoned, but the stories, later called myths, persisted and provided material for art and drama.Those who believe that drama evolved out of ritual also argue that those rites contained the seed of theaterbecause music, dance, masks, and costumes were almost always used.Furthermore, a suitable site had to be provided for performances and when the entire community did not participate, a clear division was usually made between the \"acting area\" and the\"auditorium.\" In addition, there were performers, and, since considerable importance was attached to avoiding mistakes in the enactment of rites, religious leaders usually aumed that task.Wearing masks and costumes, they often impersonated other people, animals, or supernatural beings, and mimed the desired effect-- succe in hunt or battle, the coming rain, the revival of the Sun -- as an actor might.Eventually such dramatic representations were separated from religious activities.

2、围绕中心工作，提高业务素质。学校的中心工作是教育教学。要提高学校的教育教学水平，教职工不但要思想素质好，还必须业务素质高。学校、工会重视教职工教育教学能力的培养，倡导全体教职工立足岗位，加强学习，不断进取，勇于实践，苦练基本功，通过教育教学实践活动，不断提高自己的业务水平和能力。为此，工会配合学校，每年组织一次全乡中小学教师优质课赛讲活动，积极推荐教师参加区上组织的“教师基本功比赛”、“班主任技能比赛”、“优质课赛讲”、“教学开放周”等活动，组织教师多次去西安参加教学讲座活动，这些活动的开展，对于我乡的教育教学工作起到了积极的促进作用。一大批年轻教师在教育教学实践中脱颖而出，如郭丽娜、任艳萍、张思雨、郑钰桥、刘朝锋、党琰、梁丹、吕园、赵苗等。积极组织教师撰写论文，多篇论文在省级以上刊物上发表。中心校就近几年教师发表的论文、优秀教学设计、教学反思收集整理，编印成书。

3、提高师德素养，奉献一片爱心。全乡教职工师德素养的提高，体现在我校教职工在社会活动中的积极行动。08年5月，汶川大地震发生后，10年4月玉树大地震，义务教育均衡发展工作，学校工会向全校师生发出了倡议，大家迅速行动起来，积极参加向灾区人民捐款，共募捐

万余元，以实际行动支援灾区，充分体现了全校师生的爱心意识和社会责任感，也充分证明了我们的教职工队伍是一支有理想、有道德、有文化、有纪律的高素质的教职工队伍。

（二）校务公开，民主管理，不断调动教职工参与其中的热情和积极性。

1、加强自身建设，发挥职能作用。几年来，工会干部带领学校的工会委员会和女工委员会，积极参加上级工会组织的学习和培训，自觉学习工会工作的业务理论知识，了解新形势下的工会工作方法，借鉴兄弟单位的先进工作经验，逐步提高自身的工作水平和效率，坚持以人为本，以大局为重，协助落实学校工作计划，保持政令畅通，促进学校和谐发展，科学发展。08年学校工会被区总工会评为“基层工会先进单位”。

2、坚持民主管理，实行校务公开。对于上级主管部门和上级工会有关校务公开、民主管理、民主监督的指示精神，学校领导高度重视，学校工会积极组织和实施。（1）每遇学校重大方案的出台，学校都要征求有关部门和教职工的意见和建议，不断修改完善，保证实施效果；（2）对于涉及教职工切身利益的职称评聘、岗位考核、教学量化、评优选模、党员纳新等方面的工作，都要及时予以公布；（3）每年组织全体教职工对中层以上干部进行评议，这使得广大教职工对学校的前途、改革的目标、管理的方法、工作的程序有了比较清楚的了解，有利于提高教职工参政议政的意识，发挥其当家作主人的积极性。

（三）关心职工生活，开展课外活动，丰富教职工的精神文化生活。

1、关心职工生活，维护合法权益。几年来，学校工会认真宣传、贯彻《工会法》、《教育法》、《教师法》，把维护教职工合法权益作为工会的基本职责，通过为广大教职工办实事，送温暖，关心教职工的身体健康和生活，营造一个舒适、温馨的“教工之家”。（1）学校工会几年来，遇有教职工及其亲属婚、丧、病、产等事项，都坚持组织人员前往或祝贺、或探视，或慰问，将学校的关怀和同志们的关心送到每个教职工的心坎上；（2）每当逢年过节，如春节、“三八”妇女节、教师节、中秋节等，学校、工会都会组织人员前去慰问，或发送慰问品；（3）组织教职工进行体检，不断提高教职工的健康水平。

2、开展文体活动，充实精神食粮。大力开展丰富多彩的文体活动，丰富教职工的业余文化生活，营造文明、健康、活泼、多彩的文化氛围，推动校园文化建设。火神庙初中、三岔河初中多次举办元旦联欢会；协助乡党委、政府组织举办庆祝建国60周年文艺汇演，组织教职工举行乒乓球、篮球比赛等，丰富了教职工的业余文化生活。

以上是我乡教育工会五年来的工作总结，在此我谨代表工会委员会向一直关心、支持我乡工会工作的上级工会领导、学校行政领导、以及全体教职工表示衷心的感谢！

二、今后五年的工作展望

1、加强师德建设，打造高素质教师队伍。我乡新一届工会委员会要在上级工会和中心校的领导下，带领全乡教职工以科学发展观为指导，围绕学校的中心工作，用优秀的文化凝聚人，用良好的师德塑造人，团结和引导教职工充分认识学校所面临的各种挑战，统一思想，更新理念，与时俱进，提高素养，营造良好的育人环境和工作环境，为我乡教育事业持续发展贡献力量。

2、完善民主管理，健全大会制度。要进一步完善教代会的职能作用。每年召开一次教代会，增强教职工的主人翁精神，参与学校的民主决策、民主管理及民主监督，进一步推进学校的民主政治建设和廉政建设。

3、确立服务思想，办好“教工之家”。要坚持以人为本，关心教职工的思想、工作、学习、生活、福利，创造一个良好和谐人文环境，进一步开展丰富多彩的教职工文体活动和健身运动，使教职工以更强健的体魄、充沛的精力、愉悦的心情积极投身于学校的各项工作之中。进一步做好女工工作和老年工作，保护教职工的合法权益。保持“先进教工之家”的光荣称号，以实际行动当好教职工的代言人、贴心人和“娘家人”。

4、加强自身建设，不断完善自我。工会委员会要进一步完善会员制度，引导会员学习先进理论，学习师德规范，学习业务知识，只有加强学习，强化责任意识，树立强烈的事业心和敬业精神，才能进一步提高为群众服务的本领，才能创造性地开展工作，才能适应教育发展的形势，为我乡教育事业做出更大的贡献。

同志们，只要我们以更加饱满的热情、昂扬的斗志、负责的精神，认真做好本职工作，在理解和和谐的氛围中，凝聚全乡之力，同心同德，开拓创新，我相信，三岔河乡的教育发展之路会越走越宽广，三岔河乡教育的明天会越来越美好！
